About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life. I love dogs of all sizes. We have two black labs and a shepherd mix. We also have a cat and several aquatic creatures. I’m currently working part time from home and have plenty of free time to care for your pets. My schedule is fairly flexible and I look forward to meeting your furry friends! About: I've taken care of many different types of animals since I was 10 years old. I have recently watched my neighbors dogs for weeks on end. I have a great joy for animals and feel they bring me as much if not more joy than I might them. I'm about to be on summer break, so I will have flexibility to drop in whenever needed to take care your pet. I'm an early riser so I can always take them out early as desired. I am very dependable and consistent in taking care of your pets needs. I have a wonderful hiking area behind my house I'd be willing to take your pet to if needed. I love to stay active so taking your pets on a walk is enjoyable to me. I will also have my daughters on occasion during the summer and they will gladly love on your pets as well :)

About: Throughout my life, I’ve always had family pets; fish, chickens, a horse, dogs, a hamster, cats - you name it! Growing up, I was the person who wanted to help with feeding, walks, playtime, grooming, and making sure our pets felt loved. Two years ago, I got my own puppy, a miniature dachshund! Having my first pup all to myself gave me even more experience with pet care and understanding a dog's individual needs and personality. Since moving to Nashville, my pup has stayed back in my hometown with my parents, where she has a yard to run around and the familiar people she loves. While I know keeping her home was the best decision for her and she's thriving, I miss her tons and realized that I need pets in my life again! I understand that pets are family, and I treat them with the same patience, affection, and care that I would want for my own dog. Whether your pet needs playtime, walks, companionship, or simply someone dependable to stick to their routine, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m currently taking the summer off, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability to care for your pet throughout the week. Just reach out and let me know your ideal schedule! At my apartment, I have a roommate who may be around, but will not be involved in caring for your pet. We have one cat who is quite shy and very sweet. Because of this, we have plenty of cat toys, food, and a spare litter box should your kitty come over! As for dogs, we have plenty of space, though no dog-specific toys/equipment. If your pup comes over, I will happily bring anything from your home that they’ll need to have a comfy stay. In general, my apartment has plenty of space for your pet to lounge, play, and have a great time. For outside time, we have a small balcony with 3.5ft tall safety railings that will allow your pet to get fresh air at any time. Beyond the balcony, I live in a walkable neighborhood that’s great for walks, playtime, exercise, and potty breaks. When at your home, I will always be respectful of your space. Ensuring I leave everything exactly as I found it, I’ll maximize time with your pet while also keeping the area tidy! When working with me, please just let me know any boundaries you have within your home and I’ll happily abide.

About: Dogs and cats are the center of my world! I have over 11 years of paid and volunteered hands-on experience caring for a wide range of pets, including my own animals and those I’ve fostered through rescue organizations. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life but over the past 11 years I have volunteered at various animal shelters and provided the services offered on Rover through word-of-mouth and other platforms/websites! I have experience caring for cats and dogs of all ages—from newborns to seniors—and pets with medical conditions, special needs, and behavioral challenges. B) You live in an apartment complex—mainly if you’ve been told your complex is difficult to navigate. I want your pet to have all of their first visit spent with me there. If I have a commitment that would prevent me from being able to spend extra time with them, I won’t be able to give them a whole 30 min (or hour if that’s what you are booking) if I’m unable to locate your apartment. C) You have particularly unique preferences for your pet’s care. I love detailed instructions, actually I prefer this. I would love to get a feel for and see what this will look like during the meet and greet though. ***as of 2/20/26 I will have moved from Franklin, TN 37069 to Nashville, TN 37215. Furthermore, I want my clients to always feel heard and supported. *****Boarding and day care information if you have a medium to giant size dog, pets who don’t react well to cats, and/or you prefer a yard and large quantities of exercise during the booking: My family owns a large property and farm about 10 minutes from my apartment. I am able to stay there in their guest house with your pets rather than board them at my apartment. This is honestly preferable for any large dog/dogs who become activated around other dogs, mainly because my complex is heavily populated by dog owners and we would encounter other dogs each time we go outside. I can still board larger and/or reactive dogs, dogs who don’t mix well with cats, and dogs requiring extra exercise. ____________ More about me (if you’re curious): -Outside of pet care I am a licensed social worker (non-practicing at the moment) and a part time esthetician student. My social work career mostly includes providing individual or group mental health therapy, and case management for individuals experiencing homelessness, previously incarcerated, and/or with mental health and substance use disorders. As you can probably imagine, shifting towards Rover and esthetician school has been a major change! -During my free time I love working out—Pilates, barre, & running/walking. I’m relatively athletic so I can provide exercise tailored to each pet’s needs. With pets whose owners would prefer more exercise, I am able to provide more fast paced exercise, such as speed walking or jogging. And you’ll never have to worry if your dog happens to be a larger dog and/or pulls on the leash. Still haven’t met a dog I haven’t been able to walk! -I’m very big on volunteer work since I am not currently practicing social work. I have a very nurturing side, and while I’m so excited to become an esthetician, I would love to still be engaged in service of others. Right now I am developing an outline for a “pay what you can” farm-to-table service using the products of my family’s farm. Also in progress is an incorporation of my skincare, beauty, and wellness services into a larger ministry that serves survivors of trafficking, addiction, and/or DV. -During my free time I also enjoy binging thrillers and crime dramas during my free time. I’ve been getting into true crime podcasts. So yes, I’ll most likely be listening to Dateline while driving to our meet and greet at your house when I’ve never met you before. As if I need to be any more nervous about that part of this job! Happy to do it though. I love this job. But if you do happen to want to meet at a dog park or coffee place, I won’t object! - I’m a Nashville native and the oldest of four kids in my family. I’m a bit of an extroverted introvert. I enjoy my alone time and being home as much as possible. But if you bring me around social situations, I could talk to just about anyone about anything. - I have a baby kitten, older kitten who is almost an adult, and a senior kitty that live with me full time. I have a senior (family) dog that lives with me a few months out of the year when my parents snowbird in Florida. I commute to a night school M-Th 5:30pm-10pm and work another job remotely. Rover is my main obligation outside of school and I prioritize my rover bookings over most things. Alongside client satisfaction, self-care is imperative to me. While I am finishing school over the next few months, I typically will not accept early morning bookings unless there is flexibility with the times. However, I am able to offer late night visits on days off from school due to my routine sleep schedule. Quite a few of my repeat clients work night shifts and I’ve provided care for their pets between 11pm-4am. I try to avoid committing to any visits between 5am-10am so that I can keep a consistent sleep schedule, and be punctual for you! When caring for pets, safety is always my top priority. I carefully follow all instructions from the owner, including dietary needs, medications, walking preferences, and any behavioral considerations. I have gained a good amount of experience over the last few years in the area of taking care of senior pets and pre-adoption pets. My pup, Pasco, is currently receiving medications and palliative care, so I have personally experience in this area. Before adopting my kitten, Ocean, I recently fostered three pre-adopted kittens that needed bottle-feeding and gentle help with passing stool. I make sure the home environment is pet-proofed—keeping hazards like wires, cleaning products, and choking risks out of reach. I also monitor pets closely for any signs of distress, illness, or unusual behavior and will notify the owner immediately if anything seems off. Building trust with both the pet and their owner is equally important. I take time to get to know each animal’s temperament, routines, and comfort zones so they feel safe and secure in my presence. Whether in my home or theirs, I maintain a calm, structured environment, offer plenty of positive attention, and create a consistent routine that pets can rely on. Regarding trust and safety, as a sitter I also request that you disclose any video and/or audio surveillance inside your home before officially booking with me. It goes against Rover’s guidelines (and federal law) to not disclose indoor surveillance. In today’s world, 90% of clients I work with have some form of video surveillance. As an owner myself who also hires Rover sitters to care for my pets, I understand completely and have never not booked with a client due to disclosed video surveillance. For in-home services, I’m respectful of the client’s space—leaving things clean and secure, and keeping communication open with daily updates, photos, and check-ins so the owner feels confident their pet is in good hands.

About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life, and my pit bull, Tyson, recently crossed the rainbow bridge after 14 amazing years by my side. Loving and caring for him taught me just how much our dogs become family and how important it is to trust the person caring for them. In addition to caring for my own dog, I have also spent time working in rescue and in boarding/grooming environments, which gave me experience with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and comfort levels. I’m especially comfortable with large breeds, strong personalities, and dogs who may need a little extra patience, understanding, or one-on-one attention. Friends and family have trusted me with their dogs over the years, and I truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality and routine. I’m very particular about who I would trust with my own dog, so my top priority is making sure both you and your dog feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. I work from home full-time, so I’m home throughout the day and able to provide frequent potty breaks, outdoor time, companionship, and a consistent routine. Your dog won’t be left alone for long stretches outside of normal errands or the occasional trip to the gym, and will have plenty of attention, supervision, and time to settle comfortably into a home environment. If I have any plans that would keep me away longer than usual or mandatory work meetings in office, I’ll always communicate that ahead of time. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a large fenced yard with added dig-defense around the perimeter for larger gaps, a gated deck for an extra layer of security, and dogs are never left unattended outdoors. I only host one household at a time, which allows me to provide calm, individualized care in a peaceful environment without the stress of unfamiliar dogs. Inside, I have gates and flexible setup options if your dog prefers structure or a routine similar to home.

About: I have been a dog walker and pet-sitter for my neighbors since I was 12. I have watched dogs of all sizes, cats, and lizards. I have a dog of my own that lives with my parents, as well as a tortoise. I have experience with all different sizes and types of animals. I work part-time, and I live alone, so I will have plenty of time to care for any animals. I adore dogs and reptiles, and spending time with them brings me so much joy. I have a small yard to take dogs out to - they will need to be leashed. I also live in a walkable neighborhood so they will get ample walk time. My apartment is large and they will have plenty of space to stretch out. For reptiles, I have plenty of space to keep them/ their enclosure in a safe area.

I am experienced with senior dogs and understand their special needs and more than happy to help how I can. I work from home, so I’m always with your dog when I have them over. This also allows me to be flexible for potty breaks and walks. I am also able to visit them in your home if needed during lunch hours or any time after 4pm. Weekends I am completely free. Any pets at my place are free to roam as they please. They can even lay on my bed if that’s cozy for them. I do not have a yard, but my apartments do have an area outside for me to take them on potty breaks. Very receptive to any instructions you may have.
