That is indeed super convenient, but as anyone reading this already knows, convenience is hardly the number one factor in choosing a dog sitter. The most important reason for recommending Levirina is her handling of Penny Lane, our sweet and somewhat anxious Doxie. Penny suffers from separation anxiety, a challenge that’s been exasperated by the lack of socialization during quarantine. Though she’s struggled with other sitters, we are absolutely thrilled to report that Levirina is basically her new BFF. This woman is like the fairy godmother to nervous shorties like Penny (and her parents). When we arrived Penny waltzed right into L’s house like she was visiting old friends. About: I am my friends and family’s go-to pet sitter for both cats and dogs! I’ve been independently pet sitting for them for over 10 years. I work from a quiet pet-free home and I’m around all day! I just lost my 16 year old golden retriever, so he provided me with dog experience from the puppy stage all the way to some pretty intense senior care the last few years of his life. I have plenty of space for dogs to run and play around my house. Fair warning, our house does have a lot of stairs which may be more difficult on an older pup’s joints! For high energy and excited puppies, the stairs are great to get some exercise in if it’s too hot to go outside! I also always have lick mats or mental enrichment games on hand to keep a pup engaged throughout the day.
