She was able to do a meet and greet prior to my trip so that she could meet the “kids” and I could show her around. On the day of my trip, she came a few minutes early so everyone knew she was supposed to be there. That is always my preferred way to leave as I think it provides the two dogs a bit of acceptance of my departure. Throughout the stay, Nicole sent great updates and I felt very at ease that everyone was in good hands. Upon return, my house was just as clean as when I left, my fur babies were happy and I was completely satisfied that everyone was well taken care of. I can’t recommend Nicole enough.
