About: I’ve always had a dog while growing up and have a true love for them! I may not have any pets of my own at the moment but I treat each dog as such. Since I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life I know the kind of love, attention and care they need and ensure to provide all of those traits for this I’m in the process of getting my real estate license so I’m currently working part time mostly at nights, which leaves my mornings and afternoons pretty available to check in/walk your dogs! My current place does not allow me to have pets, but from having my own dogs growing up I know the kind of care it takes to handle a dog in your own home! I would treat both your home and dogs with respect and give your dog the love you need for the time being

About: I’ve taken care of pets for family and friends for as long as I can remember. I love going on walks and seeing new parts of the city and would love to have a companion on my adventures. Our family dog passed a little over a year ago and I miss having a pet in my life even if just for a quick 20 minute walk. I will care for your pet as if they were my own. I am currently on summer break from work and would love to take care of your pet in my free time. My schedule is fairly open and flexible. I have a fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood and own a crate if needed for their comfort. I foster dogs so I have raised food and water dishes, a bed, and other essentials to make their stay comfortable.

About: I am active and love taking care of pets. I am adaptable and can work in any setting while still being very organized and on task. I am currently a college athlete at Xavier University and manage my course load along with my athletic commitments. While I do have a lot going on I have lots of downtime away from sports and school where I would love to spend it helping people out. I have 2 dogs, ages 5 and 7, that live in my home. I live in an area with easily accessible walking paths and parks while also have a yard for dogs to play in.

I’m very calm and patient, and I’m excited to have the opportunity to care for your pets as well! I’m currently working part-time, early mornings. Mid-week, afternoons and weekends are the best times for me to care for and play with your babies! I live in a very quiet home and a very quiet neighborhood. We can sit and relax while I knit or easily walk down to the nearby observatory, park, or town square.

About: I currently cannot have my own dog but I love taking care of dogs. I have been watching some family friends’ dogs taking care of them and their home while they’re on vacation. I’m currently working a job part time on the weekends but my week days are completely free because I’m a teacher who is off for the summer. I have a fenced in yard. I also do not have any pets but my boyfriend and I love dogs! We love taking care of other people’s pets because they all have different personalities!

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. With more than 30 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, I've been surrounded by pets since I was a child. In fact, my very first job was walking neighborhood dogs when I was in middle school—and my love for caring for animals has only grown since then. I've raised and trained my own dogs from puppyhood, giving me firsthand experience with house training, socialization, leash training, and the patience and consistency puppies need to thrive. My dogs are truly part of our family, and I care for every pet as if they were my own. I also have experience caring for senior pets who require daily medications, as well as rescue dogs who may need extra patience, understanding, and a calm approach due to anxiety or special feeding routines. I understand that every pet has their own personality, and I enjoy getting to know what makes each one feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Beyond dogs and cats, I've cared for many other animals over the years, including birds, fish, hamsters, turtles, frogs, lizards, and hermit crabs. I'm comfortable caring for a wide variety of pets and am always happy to learn about their individual needs. In my full-time career, I work in an elementary school, so I have summers off and additional some flexibility throughout the year (outside of carpooling to my kid’s sports 😉). That allows me to provide dependable, attentive care and plenty of time, love, and companionship for your furry (or feathered or scaly!) family members. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your pets are safe, happy, and treated like family while you're away. My schedule is very flexible this summer! Since I work at an elementary school during the school year, I have the summer months off and am available throughout the day to care for your pets. Aside from occasionally carpooling my son to camp/sports, my schedule is wide open, allowing me to accommodate a variety of pet care needs. Whether your pet needs drop-in visits, walks, companionship, or a consistent routine while you're away, I'm happy to work with your schedule to provide dependable, attentive care. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I prefer caring for dogs in their own home whenever possible, where they can remain in a familiar, comfortable environment and maintain their normal routine. I understand that changes can be stressful for some pets, and I strive to make your time away as calm and worry-free as possible. My schedule is flexible, and I'm happy to work around your dog's individual needs, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise routines, and favorite activities. About: I grew up with cats and now also have a dog, and as a kid loved taking care of my dad's horse with him. I've always loved animals, so I jump at any chance to take care of friends' and family's pets, and have been paid to sit as-needed for over four years now. I have taken care of cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, and houseplants for a few days to a few weeks, and always make sure that I keep in contact with the owner for safety and to show them how their pet is doing. I've been on Rover for almost a year, and have found that with mutual trust and respect, taking care of any animal go from a task to a friendship. I'm a full-time college student in Cincinnati, so I sit for people on a case-by-case basis to responsibly balance my schedule and make sure that I can properly commit to someone's pet. During breaks I'm in Lexington and have a much more open schedule. When I go to clients' homes, I always make sure I get detailed instructions so I don't invade their privacy while caring for their pet. I can clean, do yard work, water plants; most anything I'm asked to do to fully take care of your pet and home. I interact with pets according to their wants, needs, personality, and schedule so that I can care for them in the way they need. Oftentimes I do homework in the house, especially if the pet(s) like calmer companionship, and make sure to love on them as much as they let me.
