About: I’ve been taking care of pets my whole life, growing up I was always the one to help with all the animals. Started with the neighbors dogs, then I would ride my bike to a house in the neighborhood and look after their two dogs. Now I regularly cat sit for a coworker and am the go to whenever anyone needs help with pets. I have lots of experience with senior dogs, but am willing and able to take care of all ages and sizes. My job schedule is not the most consistent, but typically 9-5 on weekdays, but sometimes I’ll be done earlier or have a long break in the middle, but I always have lunch and I would be able to go back for a potty break then. And weekends are always different, but I would be gone for shorter periods of time. Walks would be in the evening during the week and then we could work out a time in the morning or evening on the weekends. More than happy to keep your baby company if you are out of town and take care of whatever they need. I’m also willing to stay over and house sit if that is needed, but can also just do visits if that’s preferred. If you’re in town, but in a busy phase of life I would be able to take your dog on long walks, do enrichment activities, or take them to a dog park.

About: I have had pets since I was a kid. I worked at a vet for a couple years when I was younger. I have two dogs that I love dearly. I have worked with a dog trainer with my dogs and we do group dog class with agility. I work full time from home. I am available to come to your house to feed your cats or let your dogs out at lunch time. I am free in the evenings and on weekends to walk dogs. I can come to your house to take care of your cats or let your dogs out at lunch time. If your dog gets a long with my dogs I am able to have them at my house also.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. With more than 30 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, I've been surrounded by pets since I was a child. In fact, my very first job was walking neighborhood dogs when I was in middle school—and my love for caring for animals has only grown since then. Since I work at an elementary school during the school year, I have the summer months off and am available throughout the day to care for your pets. Aside from occasionally carpooling my son to camp/sports, my schedule is wide open, allowing me to accommodate a variety of pet care needs. About: Hi, I’m Kristen! For more than 25 years, my home and heart have belonged to rescue dogs. I know firsthand that our four-legged family members require patience and understanding as they age or transition through life. Right now, I share my life a senior rescue hound (age ~13) who receives daily oral medications. Recently, I lovingly cared for my 15-year-old rescue through a cancer diagnosis, managing a complex daily schedule of multiple medications and physical mobility assistance, including carrying her safely up and down stairs. I was also the primary caregiver for our 17-year-old Shih Tzu/Jack Russell mix, whom I adopted when he was 9 months old, until he peacefully passed. Because I don't work a traditional 9-to-5 job right now, my schedule is open. Your pets will receive my undivided attention, whether they need drop-in visits, walks, or a house sitter to keep them company overnight in the comfort of their own home. I treat every animal with the same love and vigilance I give my own. I'm available every day for house-sitting, drop-ins, or walks. I'd love to meet your furry babies! I'll adapt my schedule to the routine your dog is used to. This typically includes about 45 minutes of exercise per day for dogs, daily updates and photos, and companionship for cats. Senior pet devotion: I'm deeply familiar with the slow pace, mobility challenges, and physical vulnerabilities of aging pets. Medication administration: Expert at seamlessly giving oral medications, tracking complex dosing schedules, and managing medical care (inspired by my own pets' health journeys). Rescue and reactivity knowledge: My first rescue, Simon, was dog-reactive. I understand the vigilance required on walks, how to read canine body language, and how to keep a reactive dog calm and safe. Community minded: Proud volunteer for Cincinnati Animal Care, giving me hands-on experience with dogs from all backgrounds and temperaments.

I treat every walk the same way I would for my own dog: attentive, on time, and focused entirely on their safety and comfort for the full duration. Whether your dog is high-energy, a little nervous around new people, or just needs a steady routine, I adjust to what they need rather than running a one-size-fits-all walk. You can expect clear communication before and after every visit, so you always know exactly how things went. My schedule is flexible throughout the day, so dog walking isn't squeezed into a narrow window — it's a real part of my daily routine. That means I can offer consistent mid-morning, afternoon, or early evening walks, and I'm also able to accommodate last-minute requests or changes in timing without it being a scramble. If your schedule shifts week to week, I can usually adjust to match it. Safety is the first thing I think about with every walk. When I arrive, I double-check that all doors and gates are secure before I bring your dog out, and I make sure the leash and collar or harness are properly fitted before we leave — no slipping out mid-walk. I stick to routes I know well, avoid off-leash areas unless specifically asked, and keep a close eye on other dogs, traffic, and anything that could startle or spook your dog. I always carry water on hot days and adjust the pace or length of the walk based on weather and how your dog is doing that day. Before I leave, I make sure your home is exactly as I found it — doors locked, lights as they were, nothing out of place. If anything ever comes up during a walk, you'll hear from me right away, not after the fact.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I could walk. Grew up walking stuffed animals around on a leash just to prove to my parents that I was responsible enough to own one myself. I had two dogs that both lived to 16 so my track record is good I am currently working from home three to four days a week and that allows for me to be flexible with my timing. I can leave the house, let a dog out or just give him/her some extra belly rubs I have a fenced in yard that allows your fur baby to run around freely, but within the home I love to snuggle. Your pets are allowed on furniture and in beds at this household, as long as it’s okay with you.
