“Elizabeth is WONDERFUL! When you meet her, you know everything will be handled. With just one meet and greet, I knew I was able to get out of town without any worries. When I came home, the dogs were content and satisfied, like they had been well cared for and unbothered by my absence! And as a bonus, she was very respectful of my home and left it exactly as she found it! Elizabeth provides a 10/10 service, and I highly recommend her!”

“Bethany was wonderful for our first time working with her! She was a great communicator and sent lots of photos and updates while we were away, which we really appreciated. She did everything we asked and we came home to a clean house and happy pets. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing everything was in such good hands :)”

“Gabby is simply the best. She was amazing and flexible with the needs of our senior girl, Jersie. She sent picture updates throughout our trip and kept us in the loop of what was going on. We are so thankful for her compassion and are looking forward to booking with her again ❤️”

“Katie was so great with our dogs! She did a meet & greet ahead of time and was well-prepared with questions to ensure both us and the dogs were comfortable while in her hands. She communicated daily & sent photos as well. We came home to a very clean home and two happy pups! We were very at ease leaving for the weekend and would not hesitate to use her again. She has been one of the best sitters we have found thus far and appreciate her so much.”

“Alecia was great. We received daily updates with pictures. Lots of walks and cuddles, and we felt the animals were in great hands. Came home to a clean house. Would fully recommend.”

“We love having Crystal watch our pups! She always takes such good care of them and knows how to handle their quirks. She sends plenty of photo and text updates, ask questions, and makes the right call to ensure the dogs get the best care while we’re gone. I have peace of mind when Crystal stays at our house (and she always takes great care of our home too - leaving it cleaner than when we left!).”

“Suzanne watched my 2 German shepherds for me, and really made them feel loved and cared for while I was away. They're already looking forward to their next overnight. Would highly recommend her!”

“Katie was great taking care of our dog while we were on vacation. She showed up when she said she would, spent some quality time with him, and sent plenty of pictures and status updates. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!”

“Naika was incredible. Showed up with very short notice, had a great attitude and was so good with our dog. She is kind, professional, competent, and showed up on time. We will definitely hire her again and recommend her highly as well!”

“Excellent Dogsitter-watched our two dogs in our home. Very responsive and sent updates regarding the dogs while we were away. Made sure the dogs got plenty of exercise. Will be a repeat customer!”

“We were happy to find Brooke. She took great care of Tucker while we were away, she sent us pictures and updates twice a day, and left the house in great condition. We would definitely hire her again.”

About: I've taken care of animals on and off for many years. My schedule is flexible and self directed, so this is a fun side job that I truly enjoy! I have a passion for working with animals and feel privileged to be able to. I've never canceled a booking. . I have experience caring for a variety of animals with differing needs. I'm experienced with older dogs, anxiety/reactive behaviors and medication administration. I feel prepared to respond to any emergency or need as they come up! . I tend to have a calming influence on anxious pets and like to talk to them a lot! I don't mind animals with special needs, senior dogs and non-aggressive, reactive behaviors. . Open to helping anyone, but I prefer working within 5 miles of Hyde Park, unless I'm house sitting for more than 2 days. I am rarely out after dark, so your pets won't be alone at night! I pay lots of attention to the animals I watch. I sometimes have to be away for other responsibilities, but I have flexibility in my schedule. I have a fenced-in backyard. My home is pet free. It is also kid free. Your pet will have my full attention if they visit my home. It's very safe, and quiet! . I'm open to boarding after I know your pet, or under special circumstances. Feel free to ask. I'm also open to long-term arrangements (10+ days). If you have 3+ pets, I consider discounts.
“Nina was so awesome with taking care of our dogs when we went out of town! We have 1 dog that is diabetic along with several other issues and she was great taking care of him which can be a task. Lots of pictures and messages which made us feel super comfortable. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.”

“We're so happy to have met Teagan thru Rover. Our regular sitter had a family emergency so we began reaching out to our neighbors for leads. We were encouraged to give Rover a try and we're glad we did. The App & services are easy to navigate. Teagan responded quickly with short notice. We did a 5 min vidchat so we could share essential info and get to know each orher a bit. She was on time when she agreed to meet with us and our dog so we could get them settled together and we could get Teagan settled into our home. She kept us updated through the wknd and left our home tidy. Most importantly our sweet Dutchy girl was happy 😊 thank you, Teagan 🥰”

“Jody was so wonderful. I had to find a pet sitter short notice and she was not only so accommodating but made me feel so comfortable with leaving Fern. She sent so many pictures and kept me constantly updated. Would very highly recommend using Jody as she has lots of love to share with pups :)”

“Highly recommend! Kristin was fantastic with our dogs. She is easy to communicate with, very experienced and loving with large rescue dogs, and handled our home and pups with great care. We will definitely be booking with her again!”
“Kayla was great. From the first meet and greet, she showed she was knowledgeable and experienced. We knew our dog would be in good hands. While away, she sent daily pictures and updates. Would highly recommend”

Norwood pet parents share their Rover experiences
Brooke is FANTASTIC. They spent a week with our dog (house sitting) and I have never felt more at ease. We have a pet cam due to a horrible previous experience and I only checked it once because it was clear our pup was in good hands. Brooke communicates well, asks great questions and can navigate staying in someone’s home without a million questions (also left our home immaculate!). They also take amazing photos with witty commentary. Recommend with no reservations and would book with Brooke again.

Brendan was wonderful! He was so attentive and caring and kind to my fur babies! Also came home to a clean house after our 4 night stay in the Smokies. I especially appreciated the daily updates and pictures. He is going to be on my speed dial list going forward. Highly recommend Brendan!

Jody was so wonderful. I had to find a pet sitter short notice and she was not only so accommodating but made me feel so comfortable with leaving Fern. She sent so many pictures and kept me constantly updated. Would very highly recommend using Jody as she has lots of love to share with pups :)

My boys loved spending time with Karen. She took great care of them and made sure my one boy got all his meds. She sent pictures and they looked very happy. The house looked great when we got home. I highly recommend her. I will definitely be booking with Karen again. Thank you for treating my boys like they were your own.

Crystal did a terrific job taking care of Toby again! He seems so comfortable with her and settles in quickly. She is very attentive & checks in with me several times a day with photos too. She cleaned up too & my house looks just like when I left. Thanks Crystal! I will book again!
