She was focused on understanding the needs of our dog from the start. She stayed in our home so Amelia could be in familiar surroundings. With each update through the week it was evident that Karen was learning our dog's quirks and taking excellent care of her along the way. If you have an older dog that needs oral meds multiple times a day, Karen is the best choice! She even washed the sheets before she left. It was great to come home to a healthy, happy dog and a clean space! I'm sold on Rover and especially sold on Karen! She's my first choice in dog sitting!”

Sent her some more detailed written ones a little closer to the visit. She was a pleasure to work with leading up and through the visit, very flexible, followed all of the tips to a tee and we came home to a happy little guy which was the most important part! We really appreciated all of the pictures and feedback while we were gone too, really helped us feel assured that he was in great hands. 10/10 would have her back and recommend.”
