“I needed a place to board my dog for a night while my husband and I went to a wedding. Our dog has been to standard daycare facilities but isn't fond of being left alone so we didn't like the idea of her staying in a kennel. Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. They also made sure she had her allergy meds and food. This is exactly the environment and attention our dog needs to be comfortable being away from us for a bit. Thank you so much for watching her!”

“Monte did a wonderful job keeping tabs on my pup! He was kind and welcoming with the introductions, as well as his furry companion. Definitely will be contacting Monte again in the future.”

“Jane is a real pro! My wife and I truly enjoyed meeting her and appreciated the twice-daily photos and check-ins. She is the best dog sitter we have ever had and will be the FIRST person we call in the future. If you want a lovely, caring, and sincere sitter for your pet, you should try to schedule Jane M. We are very glad we did.”

“William & Haley were amazing! They took great care of Auri and sent great updates and pictures. Auri loved her time exploring the fenced-in back yard. Thank you!”

“Tasha and Joe were great! They took good care of my fur babies and sent pictures and updates everyday. Very satisfied and will definitely book with them again in the future.”
“Katie did such a great job watching Reggie while my husband and I were out of town for a few days! We received plenty of updates and could tell he was well taken care of when we picked him up. Will definitely be using Katie again!”

“Kelti and Tanner are absolutely amazing! My dog had such a wonderful time playing with their two dogs! I was super nervous using Rover at first but Kelti really put my mind at ease. I know they treated Abbey like she was their own and I can’t wait to book with Kelti and Tanner again in the future. I highly recommend them - way better than boarding at a kennel! Abbey received love, attention, and plenty of play time at their house!”

“Jenny was absolutely wonderful! Our first time using rover and she made us feel so confident that Stella was in great hands during our time away. She sent regular updates and photos every day, it was clear Stella trusted her very much!”

“This was our first time with Dana and Jason, who were great. We were very comfortable with leaving Ellie there overnight. Dana sent pictures and gave us updates. We will be using them again in July.”

“Kimberely was the best sitter I have had. I could tell my dog thoroughly enjoyed her time. She stopped to say thank you to Kimberely. Kim creates a loving, safe and fun environment. She watches several dogs at a time which was the best mix for my dog. The dogs were having a dog party every day. I already have Kim booked for my dog's next stay. I know my dog misses Kim already!”

“Gabrielle was a great pet sitter for our dog! She was very communicative and easy to work with. She sent us pictures and let us know everything was going great! Would definitely recommend her to others!”

“Highly recommend! My dog stayed here for a multiple day booking and had an amazing time. The sitter was fantastic and which allowed my dog to socialize and spend time around a friendly large breed dog, which was a wonderful bonus experience. It was great to see my dog so comfortable, well-cared for, and happily socializing. I will definitely use this sitter again in the future!”

“Bradley took incredible care of our girl while we were out of town for a wedding. He consistently provided updates and pictures and it was apparent when picking her up that she had a great weekend staying at Bradley’s :)”

“Omg! I don’t know where to start… Karen was amazing from the start of us booking her. Quick response and met with us ASAP. She always responded to my questions and wanted to really know about Mylo. My Mylo don’t do well with others besides a few. I had this feeling he would be great with her because of her first impressions and conversation. He will be back and we found a new sitter and family member for him. I highly recommend her. She is amazing!!!!! ?”

“Dion is fantastic and I would definitely recommend him. He responded quickly and professionally to my last minute request. He sent photo updates and has a great room for my anxious dog to hang out in with his dog. He took my dog for a walk and has a great yard for them to play in. My dog was so calm at pick up. I couldn’t be happier! Will book with him again.”
“Jen and Rob are the perfect pet sitters. We have total peace of mind that our pup is loved, cared for, and kept active while we are gone. They treat her like another member of their family. Thank you!!!”

“Leeann was great! She sent us updates with pictures and took amazing care of our little pup. We were happy to know she had fun and met new doggy friends in the meantime.”

About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life! Growing up with four dogs, caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been dog sitting for over 15 years and have extensive experience with both boarding pets in my home and house sitting in clients’ homes. I’m comfortable caring for dogs with all different personalities, ages, energy levels, and routines. I also have experience training service dogs, which has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, attentiveness, and understanding each dog as an individual. I know how important it is to follow your pet’s routine and special instructions while you’re away, and I’ll always treat your furry family member with the same love, care, and attention I would give my own. Whether your pup needs lots of exercise and playtime, extra cuddles, or a calm and comfortable place to relax, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away! As a teacher, I have a consistent and predictable schedule, which makes pet care a great fit for my lifestyle. I’m available for pet sitting, boarding, and walks outside of school hours, as well as on weekends, school breaks, holidays, and throughout the summer. I’m organized, dependable, and used to managing routines and responsibilities, so I’m very comfortable following your pet’s feeding, medication, exercise, and care schedule. My teaching career also means I’m naturally patient, attentive, and responsible—qualities I bring to every pet I care for. I love having the opportunity to spend my free time with animals and give them the attention, companionship, and love they deserve while their families are away! I care for every pet as if they were my own! Before caring for your pet, I take the time to learn about their personality, routine, preferences, and any special needs. I follow your instructions closely and make sure they receive their meals, medications, exercise, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. I believe consistency is key, so I try to keep your pet’s routine as close to their normal schedule as possible. Whether that means an energetic walk, a game of fetch, lots of cuddles, or simply giving them a quiet and comfortable space to relax, I adjust my care to what makes your pet happiest and most comfortable. I also love keeping pet parents updated with photos and messages throughout their pet’s stay or visit. My goal is for you to feel completely confident and at ease knowing your furry family member is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away!

About: I have checked in on my friend's cat, Otis, numerous times when my friend has been out of town. My time spent with Otis involves plenty of pets, playing with his favorite toys, and cuddles. I can't wait to expand my experience working more kitties soon!
About: I grew up in a home full of animals and have been caring for pets my whole life. My family always had dogs—everything from a Yorkie and Dalmatian to two Beagles and a sweet white Boxer who was deaf—so I’m comfortable with a wide range of breeds, personalities, and energy levels. I also cared for rabbits, chickens, and several guinea pigs, giving me experience with different types of pets and their unique needs. Whether it’s dogs or other small animals, I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like part of the family. My schedule is best suited for weekend sitting, as I work full-time as a second grade teacher and usually have evening yoga classes or seasonal volleyball matches during the week. However, I can be flexible depending on the week—just let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to accommodate! I take pet safety and comfort seriously, and I always treat every animal as if they were my own. Your pet will get plenty of snuggles, attention, and a calm, caring environment while they’re with me. I’m happy to do walks as needed, follow your pet’s routine, and make sure they feel secure and loved the entire time. My goal is for you to feel confident that your furry family member is safe, happy, and well cared for.
“Allison accepted my last minute request for a sitter and I couldn’t be more grateful. I had to take an earlier flight so we weren’t able to meet before hand but she did a fantastic job just the same. My oldest cat (afraid of people) came out to see her twice which made me feel even more at ease. Thank you Allison!”

About: I love all furry creatures, great and small, but I have a particular affinity for rabbits and cats. I have had rabbits my whole life, and I currently have three adopted buns (two bonded lops and a spirited up-eared girl). I also share my home with two rescued cats (an orange boy and a black long-haired beauty), who coexist peacefully with the bunnies and add special charm and a touch of chaos to our days. My pets receive the best care possible, and I’ll treat yours with the same love and attention. I’m experienced with all aspects of rabbit care: feeding greens and hay, managing litter boxes, giving meds, and supporting seniors and special needs (one of my rabbits is an amputee). I'm also well-versed in the dynamics of multi-cat households—including managing different energy levels, feeding routines, play styles, temporary quarantines, and those dramatic feline relationships where cats pretend not to get along, haha. I understand how important peace of mind is when you're away. Your pets’ comfort, safety, and happiness will always be my top priority. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule and can care for your pets from early morning to evening on weekdays, as well as having full availability on weekends. I provide care in the client's home for rabbits and cats. I am happy to care for other pets as needed. My focus is on maintaining your pet’s comfort and routine in their familiar environment. Please note that the per-service charge for rabbits is for one pen or bonded pair, so please, just put 1 in the number of pets if that applies to your rabbits. The additional pet charge is for more than one bonded grouping or more than one cat.
“Corey is the best! He has been regularly dropping in on my two pups for a few weeks now and they absolutely love him. He is reliable, punctual, and just has a kind and calming presence. He knows and understands dogs well, and that experience shows. I would trust him with my pets any day!”

“Akita is professional, very responsive and amazing! My fur baby felt at home immediately. He even ate his food which he never does when he’s away from home. Thank you Akita!”

“Jenny and her family were amazing!! They took care of my dog like he was their own. He had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. Jenny also sent me awesome pictures of all the fun he was having. Thank you so much!”

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’m patient, caring, and treat every pet like family. I enjoy walks, playtime, cuddles, and making sure pets feel safe and happy while their owners are away. I have a flexible schedule working a part time job that allows me to give pets plenty of attention, playtime, and care. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and sitting while making sure each pet feels comfortable and cared for. I have experience caring for my fur babies and understand how important it is to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. I always prioritize each pet’s individual needs.
About: Since about 12 years old my neighborhood friends would hire me to dogs sit while their family went out of town. I’ve always had a huge amount of love for animals so I never had any problem doing so. Fast forward 5 years later my parents began breeding French bulldogs. My siblings and I had a lot of responsibility on our hands are far as feeding them, bathing, keeping them groomed, making sure they’re up to date on shots and etc. I currently work from home so that’s enables me with plenty of free time to walk, play with/take to the park, and feed your lovely animals! In my home my dog is crate trained. I do have a crate for my puppy for if friends come over and are not comfortable with him I can put him away for a few hours. I prefer all animals be crate trained , but only go to the crate if they would like to do so. I do not mind dogs walking around my house. I have a puppy of my own so every morning I get up and take my puppy on a 30 minute walk as well as every evening once I get home from work. I have an animal friendly house so I usually let pups/kittys run around the house as long as they’ve been fed and taken out for a potty break.
About: Early 40’s year old sitter/walker with car. You could say I have 40+ years of experience. My family had a German Shepherd from before I was born and I was very close to her. There has been a stream of pets in my family. Including so so so many cats in NYC. Even going so far as to “rescue” a half feral one. Currently, I share ownership of a dog. As a small business owner of over 10 years, I am able to have a flexible schedule and spend more time hanging out with your pet(s). That said, I have a lot of experience managing other people, and I do have high expectations for clear communication from clients. I have never had a complaint from clients that already have human children. I am very clear about the kind of care I offer. For example, I clearly state I can do 4-8 hrs for letting out. That does not mean that when I get to the sit, you tell me you expect every hour. I also do not cancel other bookings so that you can be the sole client. I have been through that, obliged, and the client was still dissatisfied. I am running a business and the new owner of this app runs on harsh algorithms that hide you in search. Let’s try to be better and more human, than conforming to private equity and their bottom line. For the fur babies, I can follow their diet and pet or play or brush their hair. As long as you give me a list or schedule, I'll do my best to provide it. I have extensive experience with pets at all stages of life. (As well as other kinds of pets which I am open to caring for.) I understand the care required for a wide variety of needs and can do my best to provide reinforcement on current training, but I am not going to be attuned right off the jump to the nuances noticed by your trainer or you... I can reinforce sit, lay down, paw, stay, heel, rollover, or anything else. I can administer medicine. I am not formally trained in pet CPR, but I am trained in human CPR and have looked at videos for pet CPR. When I was younger I worked as a lifeguard, and have a remarkable natural ability to stay calm and act fast in crisis situations. This comes in handy, for example: when protecting my maltipoo from other dogs, managing territorial behavior, or keeping one dog out of another dog’s bowl. My schedule is flexible and I have a car. I have a small business and partial responsibility of my dog, so I do need to be able to run errands, go to meetings, or check in at home to keep that part of my life running. For extended care, and distance further than 5 miles, I prefer be given the option to stay over at clients for the sake of gas costs, time, and energy. First meeting and approach are important to setting a precedent, I first see if the pet will approach me. I like to offer my hand palm down for them to smell. Sometimes it takes a few times smelling the hand before they feel comfortable letting me pet them. In my opinion it’s important not to mess up first impressions with the pet. Spending time together builds familiarity bonds, being attentive builds trust. It’s important to build rapport.
“Lexi was absolutely amazing! Super communicative and I could tell our dog Stanley had the best day with her. Definitely recommended and we will be going back!”

“Lauren was amazing! HIGHLY recommend.. she checked in throughout the day with pictures and Nero was out several times throughout the day! She was accommodating to my schedule as well:)”

“Jessica was wonderful! She took great care of my pup and was super kind and patient with him, even when he was being shy and stubborn:) she communicated well and made sure to really ask all the questions needed, to know him, which is always so appreciated!!!”

About: I’ve taken care of different breeds of dogs, As well as domestic kinds of animals. When working with different animals I make sure I know everything I can about their routine, training, schedules so that they are returned back to owner, the owner is very satisfied with my service with their pets. I connect very well with the animals so that they are very comfortable with me and so that owner feels confortabke entrusting me with their pets. With puppies i make sure to ask all necessary questions with potty training making sure they are taken out often, to any current training being worked on with owner at home. With senior dogs making sure any routine they are on with eating walking or any possible medications are kept on track. Please let me know if their are any questions. Currently I am a stay at home Mom. Any routine any owner needs me to stick with it will be worked with and stay on track with training. I can take 1-2 dogs at a time. I like to do meet and greets so that new pets and their owners can get to know me and feel comfortable with their pets being in my care. Would need to be potty trained and neutered/spade. I love animals that are cuddle bugs! I do not have a fenced in yard but my house large enough for play and can go on walks nearby by park by house. I make sure a gate is up in my house so I can keep an eye on all pets being watched.

About: I grew up with dogs as small as Chihuahuas and as large as Great Danes so I’m happy to accommodate dogs of any size and breed. I’ve had the opportunity to foster over a dozen strays with less than desirable beginnings, but I believe all pets can reach their full potential with love and attention. I love being outside so I’m down to take your dog for long walks if he or she is up for it. I have a flexible schedule so happy to work around you and your pets needs. I currently work from home and love breaking up my routine with caring for animals. Your pet would be a welcome addition to my day! Trust between a pet owner and sitter is essential so I’m always happy to do a meet & greet or test run before committing to any service.
“Dottie goes to Emma’s all day, 3 days a week and just loves it! She gets so excited as soon as we pull in the driveway! Emma is responsive, helpful, kind, gentle and great with my little dog!”

Mid-week, afternoons and weekends are the best times for me to care for and play with your babies! I live in a very quiet home and a very quiet neighborhood. “Alison has been very reliable and responsive. She’s been walking our new puppy for the last couple weeks to help us get her out of the crate during our work day so she isn’t in there more than 4hrs. Puppy dealing with some pretty bad stomach issues and Alison very helpful with this as far as checking in with worried pup mom and offering more water/different options when pup not up for a walk. She’s been wonderful and we’re very grateful. Will continue to use her services as long as we can and are in a situation where work schedule forces pup into crate for too many hours.”

“Bethany is an amazing person for your dog! When it comes to walking, she took her time with my dog and gave her so much love. My dog is usually anxious around new people, but immediately took to Beth! I would 100% recommend her for dog walks, house stays, and more.”

I can also add on weekend activities such as a local hike or taking them to a prepaid grooming appointment for an additional fee. I have an aging dog that takes medication and requires accommodation for seperation anxiety, so I am familiar with meeting special needs or adjustments in care. For animals that live in enclosures such as rabbits or guinea pigs, I will keep them on a desk or in my room with periods of playtime out of the enclosure as directed by their guardian.

Communication was always clear and timely, and he consistently showed up exactly when he said he would, which made scheduling simple and stress-free. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about the dogs. He took the time to understand their personalities and energy levels and handled them with calm confidence and patience. We have two high energy shepherds, and he did an outstanding job with them this past week, making sure they got plenty of exercise and attention. It was a huge relief knowing our dogs were in such good hands. We completely trust Danyul and will absolutely continue booking with him. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for someone dependable, thoughtful, and experienced to care for their dogs.”

Whether you need drop-in visits, walks, or pet sitting, I'll provide updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is receiving excellent care! Safety is always my top priority. I carefully follow each owner's instructions regarding feeding, medications, routines, and exercise. I'm attentive to changes in behavior and understand the importance of keeping pets secure both inside and outside the home. I respect my clients' homes as if they were my own and strive to provide a calm, stress-free experience for both pets and owners.
About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I had the most wonderful Labrador Retriever! I believe dogs make us better people and that they deserve all the love and attention that we can give them. I’m available two days per week to walk dogs! I am able to do long or short walks; whatever your needs are for your dog. I am careful to make sure that the dogs are safe and comfortable. When leaving my dog, I always let them go outside to potty, give a treat, check to make sure their space is clean and safe, and leave.
About: I’ve been dog sitting and walking dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve had experience with young puppies as well as dogs nearing the end. I will give your dog all the love it deserves and will treat them like my own! I am a full time nurse with varying hours but I do not work weekends and holidays! Would be available on days off, in the evenings and on the weekends. I will respect and care for your home and pet like it is my own! You can expect to come home and feel as though everything is exactly how you left it!
About: Hoping to bring lots of love and care to Cincinnati families and their pups! I’m happiest when surrounded by dogs — they’re loving, joyful, and beautifully free spirits. My sweet dog, Saavy, passed away in February, and I miss her terribly. Getting back on Rover feels like a wonderful way to share that love again while spending time with amazing doggies. I’m especially experienced with rescue dogs and skittish or anxious pups. I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy, patient, kind, and dependable to care for your furry family members. I’m always happy to meet beforehand so you and your pup feel comfortable and confident. I love being active and outdoors — walking, running, practicing yoga, and playing tennis — so your dog will get plenty of attention, movement, and affection. I live in East Walnut Hills and prefer caring for pups in their own homes, where they feel safest, most secure, and comfortable. Currently accepting new clients for: • Daily walks • Drop-in daily care • Overnight stays/boarding in your home I’m flexible and happy to work with your budget when possible. I look forward to connecting with you and meeting your sweet pups soon! Very flexible. I work from home and happy to accommodate schedules and walks. Daily walks, doggie day care, and boarding in your home. Thank you! I will follow your recommended guidelines for your pup. Dogs are always welcome to roam free and even sleep with me if permitted by owners:)
