“Tess was phenomenal with our cat Melina! Melina doesn't cuddle with just anyone, and in almost all the pictures Tess sent, Melina was on her lap making biscuits! Even during the meet and greet, Tess was so good with her and Melina felt very comfortable. Tess kept us updated regularly during our trip and was very easily accessible. She left us a very sweet note on the last day and even cleaned out Melina's food bowl. We will definitely be using her services again! We are thrilled to have found such an exceptional sitter!”

About: I grew up with a senior dog then had puppies to senior dogs. I now help my friends out with their little ones quite frequently. I am a professor so I have work from home hours and am only required on campus for short stints of time. Evenings I like to be outside and take walks. Weekends I love being outside. I live in an apartment right next to a city park. I love taking walks there, it’s a 1 mile trek but can end whenever. At my friends places, I let the dog lead and show me their routine. I enjoy taking dogs on adventures.
“Marissa went above and beyond. In addition to frequent updates on how my cat was doing, she made sure everything at my place was okay during some pretty nasty weather. Such a sweet person! I was so nervous to leave my cat for an extended absence but Marissa put me completely at my ease. I knew my cat couldn’t be in better hands.”

“Jawnie was timely, responsive and great with our pets. We appreciated that she gave great updates and pictures during her visits. We would rebook with Jawnie.”

About: I have been a dog owner for many years. My family and friends have relied on me to watch their pets while they are out of town, both cats and dogs. I have a really flexible work schedule, which allows me to make mid-day pop ins. I am an organized person so I am good at keeping track of feeding styles, and I love dog walking! I am willing to stay in someone’s home if I am available, but with my busy schedule I prefer to have dogs board in my home. I have an extra crate if needed, but I can also close off rooms in the house to accommodate.
About: I love all furry creatures, great and small, but I have a particular affinity for rabbits and cats. I have had rabbits my whole life, and I currently have three adopted buns (two bonded lops and a spirited up-eared girl). I also share my home with two rescued cats (an orange boy and a black long-haired beauty), who coexist peacefully with the bunnies and add special charm and a touch of chaos to our days. My pets receive the best care possible, and I’ll treat yours with the same love and attention. I’m experienced with all aspects of rabbit care: feeding greens and hay, managing litter boxes, giving meds, and supporting seniors and special needs (one of my rabbits is an amputee). I'm also well-versed in the dynamics of multi-cat households—including managing different energy levels, feeding routines, play styles, temporary quarantines, and those dramatic feline relationships where cats pretend not to get along, haha. I understand how important peace of mind is when you're away. Your pets’ comfort, safety, and happiness will always be my top priority. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule and can care for your pets from early morning to evening on weekdays, as well as having full availability on weekends. I provide care in the client's home for rabbits and cats. I am happy to care for other pets as needed. My focus is on maintaining your pet’s comfort and routine in their familiar environment. Please note that the per-service charge for rabbits is for one pen or bonded pair, so please, just put 1 in the number of pets if that applies to your rabbits. The additional pet charge is for more than one bonded grouping or more than one cat.
“Susan is awesome! We had a last minute visit to Durango & Susan was there for us & our pup!!! She communicated well & cared for our pup as we expected! Thanks so much Susan…you allowed us to enjoy our visit with no worry!!!”

About: I grew up with a number of cats and dogs in my home, and began caring for other pets when I was in high school. I’ve now had a dog of my own for 6years that I care for along with my husband and so enjoy any other animal interaction I get! I am reliable, punctual and communicative. If booking for an overnight stay in our home, my husband will also be helping with pet care and adores pets as much as I do. I’m currently in grad school, so I have more flexibility than someone with a 9-5. Each day is different, but I can often make time in my day depending on what is needed. More flexibility over the summer months. Again, if your dog is staying in our home, my husband will also act as another person caring for your pet. If you prefer I watch a dog in my home, I will want my dog to meet your dog first. If that relationship works, I’ll care for your little one like my own during their stay. Otherwise, I will make sure to give your pet as much attention and love as I can, and complete all your requirements outlined. I do not do overnight pet care in another home unless you are known to me personally however.

Things we a little confused to start out with but Sage came through, allowing me to make my speaking engagement with full confidence Tigger was well taken care of and happy when I returned. Thanks Sage, you have my recommendation for anyone needing a cat sitter.
Katie did a really great job taking care of my little cat! She provided a lot of updates and made sure he was well entertained, fed and comfortable. Every update came with lots of pictures as well which was a super welcome addition. I accidentally scheduled the wrong dates and had to change super last minute and she was very accomodating and kind about the whole thing despite all the added trouble. Overall she did a great job, communication was very thorough and my cat was very well taken care of!

Letizia is AMAZING and does a great job dealing with our wild kitties! She is wonderful about sending detailed updates and following my probably overly detailed instructions. This is the second time we have had her look after our cats and even my shy guy loves her. Highly recommend!!

Courtney was communicative and flexible stopping in to take care of my elderly cat while I was out of town. Checking on his food and giving medicine daily without issue. Voluntarily swept up litter and took out trash (wet cat food container smell iykyk) which I greatly appreciated!

Emily was wonderful with our three kitties! She was great about keeping us updated and informed during her visits, and even managed to get one of our more shy cats to come out of his shell and play a little during our short time away. ❤️ Would definitely have her watch our cats again!

Emma and William were true lifesavers for our boy Thompson Thompson. He had been having some health issues and we were worried about him being alone while we left for 10 days. But William and Emma stepped up and not only relieved our anxiety, but became good friends of Thompson. They took great care of him, giving him his daily medicine, cleaning his litter box and spending time with him in our home. Seeing that he was fine at home allowed us to enjoy our trip without anxiety because we knew he was in great hands.
