Growing up, my parents believed that helping care for pets was an important way to build responsibility, so animals have always been a part of my life, and I’ve truly never gone without having a pet in my home. Over the years, I’ve gained experience helping care for animals of all ages and needs, including temporary foster pets, senior pets, and pets with special needs. I’m comfortable supporting animals who require medications, extra patience, mobility accommodations, and individualized routines. I understand that every pet has their own personality and comfort level, and I strive to make them feel safe, loved, and cared for while their owners are away. I grew up with police trained German Shepherds, and have had their animals ranging from Ball Pythons to Black Cats. I worked at a Vet Clinic as a Technician’s Assistant in High School, and walked dogs in my family’s neighborhood to make money before going to college. Rebecca was wonderful with my cat Poe. This was my first time away from him since his shelter adoption, so I was worried about how he would react to my absence. From the photos that I received everyday, he loved her! I had photos of him playing, being pet and brushed, and of him eating and receiving treats. It took me a full year for Poe to roll over and show me his tummy, whereas he was rolling over for Rebecca within two days - she's like the cat whisperer! I felt very secure leaving Poe in her capable hands, and I will utilize her services again in the future. It's such a relief to have someone that you can trust to take excellent care of your furry family member. I highly recommend Rebecca.
Absolutely fantastic experience with our pet sitter, Erika. She did an amazing job caring for my two cats, who are usually very wary of new people. By the end of her time with them, one of my cats even let her hold him which is a huge milestone and really shows how patient, calm, and gentle she was with both of them. Erika was very professional throughout, followed all instructions carefully, and always replied quickly, which really helped ease my stress while I was away.
