It was a last moment request for our spur of the moment plans — she responded quickly and professionally. She was available and willing even though it was for the next day/Saturday morning. Being within a 30 minute drive from The Ark Encounter was a huge bonus for us. We arrived with our 6 lb., 6 year old Yorkie and she showed immediate comfort being around Angel and her young child. We asked that children not have unsupervised time alone with our fur baby as she is small, delicate and can express anxiety — Angel assured us she would be careful, give our pup her own bedroom with the door closed for quiet time, and take her for walks herself. She checked in with us during the stay, and when we arrived to pick up, our fur baby was calm, not expressing any anxiety and was well cared for (we do raw feeding and Angel had no issue keeping the container of food nuggets refrigerated and feeding at the correct time). Angel was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable leaving our fur baby in her care. I would highly recommend her. 5 +stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

About: Family and friends started asking me to take care of their pets when I was around 15 years old. Ever since, I've taken care of dogs and cats (even a few lizards!) for people all over my hometown. I've done simple tasks like going to someone's home to just let the dogs out to potty and feed them, all the way to staying at people's homes while they're away. When I was between jobs as a teenager, I briefly worked for a local company that took care of pets on the daily. I've taken care of puppies, small dogs, big dogs, senior dogs who need meds and extra patience, etc. I have a huge heart and am a very empathetic person, especially when it comes to animals of any kind. About: I grew up with five cats and one dog, and have helped pet sit friends’ dogs. I am very comfortable playing, feeding, going on walks, cleaning litter boxes, etc. I now have my own tripod cat as well, so I have also learned a lot about caring for pets with different needs! About: I’ve always been a dog person. I took care of my neighbor’s dogs in high school and did a lot of housesitting during and after college. I’m excited to expand my opportunity here. I’ve invested a lot of time training both of our dogs since they were puppies. I also love hiking & live near several parks and trails. I am in between jobs so my schedule is very flexible!
