“Bill and Haley are more than I could ask for in dog sitters… once after my fight got delayed, they were willing to bring my dog Sadie out to the car at 1 am, so I wouldn’t have to drive back the next morning. They go above and beyond in attention, care and kindness. I absolutely highly recommend their services!”
“Monte did a wonderful job keeping tabs on my pup! He was kind and welcoming with the introductions, as well as his furry companion. Definitely will be contacting Monte again in the future.”

“Thank you so much you’re my best person ever that I found on Rover most people are just one and done for me because I’m very particular about my dog so thank you for the pictures and videos! You’re the best!”

“I highly highly recommend Karen. She truly loves dogs and knows what she’s doing. We are so grateful that we found her. She took time to meet with us and our dog before his 4 night stay. She made drop off and pick up seemless. She sent pictures and videos every day! Our boy looked genuinely happy in every picture. She even taught him some things! Kyro is a high energy dog and he came home absolutely spent. Karen is amazing.”

“Kelti and Tanner took great care of Percy for a week! You can tell he was enjoying himself from the pictures they sent. Even when I had to reschedule our meet and greet, they were very gracious and found another time for us to meet up. Also, they have some great pups that my dog enjoyed playing with! I would highly recommend booking with them.”

“I would undoubtedly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog! Her communication was excellent both before and during the stay (she sent daily updates and pictures of Piper!) Piper was so well taken care of! She loved the walks Jenny took her on! I was nervous using Rover for the first time but now know I have someone reliable to care for Piper when we’re away!”

“Tasha and Joseph were awesome with my dog! I was updated daily with tons of pictures. Also, my dog got sick while in their care and they handled it perfectly. They were extremely responsive with updates and took great care of her. They even followed up after to make sure she was doing well!”

“Wow, I was so pleased with Abbie as a sitter for our two 10 month old Winston & Riley. My anxiety level dropped from the pictures she sent, we would look forward to her updates. I could see the content in our boys eyes & the bonus was how her children loved on them during their five day stay. This stay was the first time using Abbie & Rover and will not be the last. I have bragged on Abbie to my friends that I was so pleased, which made my time away so much more enjoyable with no worries. We will be back soon.”

“I needed a place to board my dog for a night while my husband and I went to a wedding. Our dog has been to standard daycare facilities but isn't fond of being left alone so we didn't like the idea of her staying in a kennel. Alison was really accommodating and assured us that our sweet girl would get plenty of attention and play time with her own dogs, which is perfect because our girl loves to make friends. We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. They also made sure she had her allergy meds and food. This is exactly the environment and attention our dog needs to be comfortable being away from us for a bit. Thank you so much for watching her!”

“Very pleasant experience. You can tell Dana and Jason are dog lovers. Our dog had a good time and got on well with their dogs. We especially like that Dana works from home so someone is with dogs most all ofvthe time. Will definitely use again, in fact already booked another visit!”

“I knew that my little girl was in good hands as soon as I met her and the rest of the family. Chrissy text me daily and sent pictures of my dog interacting with her family.I would highly recommend her!”

“Leann was amazing with our dog! I was terrified to leave him and she made me feel so much better about the situation. We were going for a week on vacation and I got many updates and videos. I was honestly scared he wouldn't want to come home lol. That's how amazing she was. I recommend her to everyone. I couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter”

“I cannot say enough about Patricia. She took wonderful care of our dogs. She sent tons of photos and kept us updated about their well being. Such a relief when you are traveling. I would highly recommend her. ❤️”

“Ellis was an excellent sitter, he was very professional and kept me updated with photos/etc while he cared for my pup. He is also a veterinarian which gave me great peace of mind. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone!”

“Cathy was the best choice for our 4-year old pup! She sent daily pictures and went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and loved while we were away. We will definitely be using Cathy’s services again in the future! We are so thankful for her incredible care for our pup!”

“Angel was super attentive to my cats while I was away, and coordinated with me through complicated travel schedules to make sure they would get the care that they need! I’m super thankful for her 💙”

“I don’t know if it’s possible to say enough positive things about Tess. From start to finish, she was incredibly friendly, professional, communicative, and showed a genuine interest and care for our cats. Her pictures and write ups were great and she took the time to double check if she had questions about anything. The peace of mind she provided while we were away is invaluable. I know Val and Siggy loved her company and are looking forward to seeing her again. I feel lucky to have found Tess and highly recommend her!”

“Used to be a Rover Sitter; now first-time Rover user...and Alison was great! She was very communicable and took good care of our very *particular* cat. Would recommend to anyone!”

“Crista provided great companionship for Mozz while I was out of town. Her comments were funny, cute, and true! Thanks for loving mozz like your own :)”

“Charlotte was wonderful! This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous because I’ve only ever had family take care of my cat while I was away. Charlotte made it easy to enjoy a few days away by being easy to communicate with, sending pictures of my kitty, and being prompt and professional. We will absolutely be asking Charlotte back and recommend her to anyone looking to breathe easy while being away from their fur baby ☺️”

“I had never utilized this app before so I was very scared at first but Sally made everything seamless. Very happy to have picked her to take care of my babies considering that cats are not the same as dogs. She immediately connected with them and I felt at easy while being away. She sent us pictures and updates every single day and was always quick to respond.”

“I was nervous to leave my cat for a weekend for the first time but Johnnisha took great care of her in my absence. She followed the instructions I left perfectly and showed real affection for my pet. Will definitely be booking with her again next time!”

About: I've had animals all my life including cats, dogs, fish, and lizards. I was responsible for them at an early age and now, I have raised my cat and dog on my own to be responsible members of society. Hello! I am currently a 3rd Grade ELA teacher here in Cincinnati. I’ve had animals all my life and would love to take care of yours when you are not available. Right now my openings are only on the weekends, but that will soon change during the summertime! I have three floors for pets to explore, a fenced in patio, and I live near three parks that dogs could take advantage of frequently.

“Megan did a great job watching my cats! She kept me updated, did everything I asked (and then some), and my shy cat even came out of hiding for a little while to say hi! I’m glad to have found her to watch them for me. It really gives me peace of mind :)”

“Cathy was fantastic looking after our cats. We got lots of photos each day, which our previous Rover didn’t do. We will definitely have Cathy watch our cats next time we head out of town.”

“Suzanna was great! She was very clear with communication and was easy to reach/quick to respond. She sent updates and pictures when she stopped in to check in on the kittens and made sure that they felt at home! I would highly recommend her!”

“Lauren was great with our kitties! We went away for four days and wanted someone to stay at the house with them because we have a couple of cats with anxiety. When we got back they were super happy and I could tell they were well taken care of. She kept us informed and also took care of our gecko and fish. I definitely would recommend Lauren and would book her again!”

“You are lovely, Hannah! Thank you for your consideration and confidence :-) . I am a single woman and my cat Grandma clearly loves you; I’d be happy to request your help in the future again if you’ll have us!”

“I could not have asked for a better cat sitter for my kitties! We have four and he took care of each of them perfectly! He distributed their medication, provided tons of photos, and was excellent with communication. We even encountered a last minute mix up with our address and he accommated us no problem. One of our kitties is terrified of strangers but he loves Alexandru! Truly an example that shows how much he loves animals. Would recommend 10/10 times.”

“Corey is the best! He has been regularly dropping in on my two pups for a few weeks now and they absolutely love him. He is reliable, punctual, and just has a kind and calming presence. He knows and understands dogs well, and that experience shows. I would trust him with my pets any day!”

“We just moved to Cincinnati with our 9 month old Austrian Shepard pup and Lisa has been so helpful with providing us with tips and tricks to help train our pup. Our pup spent a full day with Lisa at doggy daycare with some extra training and we already see some positive strides with his behaviors. Lisa gave us additional homework to work on with our pup outside of his time with her. Thank you Lisa! We will definitely be back for additional doggy daycare visits.”

“Leeann was amazing with a last minute booking and being so flexible on drop off and pick up times. Thank you for finding a calm room for her to stay where she was comfortable too!”

“Karen was amazing!! We were traveling in from out-of-town and were very nervous about leaving our pug, Curtis, with a stranger for the first time since we got him a few months ago. Karen was very knowledgeable, and Curtis seemed drawn to her right away, which pretty quickly helped to put us more at ease. Karen was great with Curtis and sent us several fun and cute updates throughout the day about snuggling, playing piano for him, and his unexpectedly strong attachment to her husband Jim. When we picked him up at the end of each day, Curtis seemed happy and confident, which indicated that he had a lot of fun hanging out with Karen (& Jim), and we always stayed an extra 15 minutes to chat. Her house was kind of a drive from where we were staying in downtown Cincinnati, but Karen was well-worth the drive. If we’re ever back in Cincinnati with Curtis, we would love to work with Karen again!”

“John was such a great host for Chewy and 3,he is a truly wonderful person, and very professional as a fur baby sitter. I wouldnt hesitate to seek out his services in the future. Thanks John and his beautiful family, we appreciate all!”

“Jen & Rob took such great care of my dog for day care weekly. He always came home happy, healthy, and exhausted (thank god, he is a high energy Aussie and needed to expel that energy!). Thank you, Jen & Rob for being a safe place for me to bring my dog!”

About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.
“Jessica was wonderful! She took great care of my pup and was super kind and patient with him, even when he was being shy and stubborn:) she communicated well and made sure to really ask all the questions needed, to know him, which is always so appreciated!!!”

“Our dog Martin always enjoys himself when he is at Josephine's home. Josephine is very caring and has taken great care of Martin. She takes him to the dog park, which he loves and long walks. When he comes home after visiting Josephine’s house he is so wore out from all the fun that he had, that he has to rest. Josephine is informative, send pictures, and is so easy to communicate with. Josephine will be my first choice for a dog sitter going forward.”

“Gabrielle was a great pet sitter for our dog! She was very communicative and easy to work with. She sent us pictures and let us know everything was going great! Would definitely recommend her to others!”

“Katie did such a great job watching Reggie while my husband and I were out of town for a few days! We received plenty of updates and could tell he was well taken care of when we picked him up. Will definitely be using Katie again!”

“Always wonderful having Dianna watch our fur babies! Very communicative. Makes sure to keep us updated throughout their stay with pictures. Always happy and super enthusiastic with our babies. We appreciate you so much! Highly recommend‼️”

“Tonia is the best. She took exceptional care of my anxious ittle diva. She loved on and cared for Eva like one of her own. I was a little nervous about leaving her but I was quickly put at ease by Tonias calm caring demeanor. Eva loved her time with Tonia and the fur gang. Tonia is patient and understanding. I would definitely use her again.”
