Karen was great with Curtis and sent us several fun and cute updates throughout the day about snuggling, playing piano for him, and his unexpectedly strong attachment to her husband Jim. When we picked him up at the end of each day, Curtis seemed happy and confident, which indicated that he had a lot of fun hanging out with Karen (& Jim), and we always stayed an extra 15 minutes to chat. Her house was kind of a drive from where we were staying in downtown Cincinnati, but Karen was well-worth the drive. About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.

About: I've been lucky to be raised in a dog household and have always been surrounded by dogs- both big and small! I truly treat every dog as my own and give them the love and care they deserve. I have experience with large breeds (I had a great Dane growing up!), puppies and senior dogs. I work fully remote so I'll be at home most of the day to care for and play with throughout the day. I'm available most weekends when I'm not traveling a few times throughout the year. I have an elderly dog, Titus, who has lived with other dogs most of his life and gets along well with all animals (except those pesky squirrels!). With puppies i make sure to ask all necessary questions with potty training making sure they are taken out often, to any current training being worked on with owner at home. With senior dogs making sure any routine they are on with eating walking or any possible medications are kept on track. Please let me know if their are any questions. Currently I am a stay at home Mom. Any routine any owner needs me to stick with it will be worked with and stay on track with training. I can take 1-2 dogs at a time. I like to do meet and greets so that new pets and their owners can get to know me and feel comfortable with their pets being in my care. Would need to be potty trained and neutered/spade. I love animals that are cuddle bugs! I do not have a fenced in yard but my house large enough for play and can go on walks nearby by park by house.
