“Rebecca really is the best ! I was not home, and she can usually get in through the garage ! The key pad wasn’t working so she couldn’t get in. She came all the way back a few hours later without hesitation! She is so sweet !”

About: I have several years of experience taking care of pets of all kinds. I had a rescue pitbull for 10 years who was my very best friend! He has since crossed the rainbow bridge and I currently do not have any pets of my own, so I am happy to spend time taking great care of other people’s furry friends! I work full time but have flexibility within my job to work from home on certain days. On weekends I am almost always available to provide your pet ample attention! I will treat your pet as if they were my own and do everything I can to make sure they are as happy and comfortable as possible while you are away. I will also take great care to respect any and all rules/guidelines established by the pet owner!
“Cathy was great with my cats. My shy cat even came around to her. She communicated with me daily while on vacation. I was able to enjoy my vacation so much more knowing my cats were well taken care of.”

“Heather was fantastic with my cats! She went the extra mile and took care of my cats as if they were her own. I will absolutely rebook her in the future!”

“Lauren was such a huge help last week. We had to leave town suddenly due to a sick family member and she was so flexible with our constantly-changing schedule. We will absolutely use Lauren again!”

About: I’ve been around dogs ever since I was a child! I grew up with 2 Beagles, Chocolate Lab, Lab mix, and a Great Dane. Now that I have moved to Cincinnati, I have many volunteer hours walking dogs and taking them on day trips through Cincinnati Animal CARE! I also have experience house sitting 2 Dachshunds, 2 Golden Retrievers, a hound dog, one blue healer, and one Yorkshire Terrier over the course of 4 years. I’m currently studying Architectural Engineering at UC so my hours of availability vary during the week. I’d be available 12-2 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and 3-10 on Tuesdays and Thursday’s. On the weekends I’d be available at your request! I understand that not all dogs need the same kind of attention to keep them happy! I’m comfortable playing fetch, tug of war, running around, or throwing frisbee for hours if needed but I’m also comfortable going for a nice slow walk with many breaks and lots of pets! I’m very patient when it comes to working with dogs and I prioritize making them feel safe and loved in all environments.
“Mattie sent lots of pictures and very thorough updates. I always feel bad leaving my kitten but I felt better knowing Mattie was checking in on her. Thanks Mattie!”

“Charlotte was wonderful! This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous because I’ve only ever had family take care of my cat while I was away. Charlotte made it easy to enjoy a few days away by being easy to communicate with, sending pictures of my kitty, and being prompt and professional. We will absolutely be asking Charlotte back and recommend her to anyone looking to breathe easy while being away from their fur baby ☺️”

“Saul was amazing! He took great care of my cat while I was out of town, providing plenty of updates and sticking to her routine. My cat autumn, was very happy when he came to check on her. I highly recommend him!”

“Angel was super attentive to my cats while I was away, and coordinated with me through complicated travel schedules to make sure they would get the care that they need! I’m super thankful for her 💙”

“You are lovely, Hannah! Thank you for your consideration and confidence :-) . I am a single woman and my cat Grandma clearly loves you; I’d be happy to request your help in the future again if you’ll have us!”

About: I have had dogs my entire life and have always ended up having dogs that are in some cases special needs. I truly love to be around animals because their happiness is so pure. I am a nurse by day and an animal cuddler by night. I am able to give medication’s. I work on basic commands. I have taken care of dogs from puppies to senior. If there is something specific that needs to be taken care of while taking care of your loved one, I will definitely work something out. I am currently taking a vacation between my travel contract for nursing and will be available throughout the day. If there is a specific time or day that works best for you, I will try to make it as easy on you as possible. I typically will have the animal on a leash if there is not a fenced in backyard. Of course, depending on the situation I will allow the owner to guide me on how they prefer to have the animal leashed and will take the precautions necessary to keep them safe.
“Nicole is fantastic. One of my cats developed a terrible abscess shortly before I left, and she hid under shrubs and wouldn't let anyone near her. Nicole was able to get her and bring her in to be treated. She took great care of my cats and my home, kept in touch by text and phone, and sent pics. Nicole is the BEST pet sitter I could have had.”

“Madelaine and Ethan are purrrfect cat sitters. I would recommend them to anyone. My cats felt like they were special and can’t wait to have them back.”

“I was in town for a funeral and needed a place to board my cat. Payton was available and was able to watch him for about 8 hours. She kept him in a comfortable space away from her pets and even sent me a photo to assure me that he was adjusting to the surroundings. I would highly recommend Payton to anyone wishing to board their pet in the Northern Kentucky area.”

About: I've pet sit for my neighbors when they go out of town. I treat their pets as if there my own. I ask numerous questions about the pet in question in order to properly care for the pet. I'm also very observant and cautious when it comes to a pets safety I'm currently unemployed trying to start a etsy and ebay store as well as a youtube channel. I'm also helping take care of my 97 year old aunt. my schedule is quite open. I love animals and they bring me great joy. hoping to make a little money and some new friends whether they are human or four legged. my parents never allowed me to have a pet so when our neighbors went out of time I jumped at the chance of watching their pets, I treated them with love and care as if they were my own.
“This is the first time I’ve used a pet sitter instead of boarding my cat Cali as I felt she would be more comfortable in her own home. I came across the Rover website and booked a sitter close to my home. My cat has an automatic feeder for dry food as well as a water fountain. So, the only “services” I needed were to feed her wet food in the evening and clean the litter box. I met with my sitter, Amy, and explained how to access my home, where to dispose of litter etc. Amy did an excellent job and even went above and beyond to try and get a photo of Cali, who hides from strangers. Thai has been a great experience and I will definitely use Rover and Amy again.”

About: I don’t just watch pets—I truly care for them as if they’re my own. I understand that every pet has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, and I take the time to meet them where they are. Pet care is a natural part of my daily and weekly routine. I plan my schedule intentionally so I can provide consistent, unhurried care—whether that’s daily walks, feeding times, play sessions, or check-ins. I build my days around pets’ established routines, making sure they get the attention, exercise, and comfort they’re used to. I allow flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends, and I never overbook so each pet receives quality, focused care I provide care that’s calm, consistent, and tailored to each pet’s routine—whether they’re staying in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs. In my home, pets are treated like family. I maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment with plenty of supervision, structured feeding times, regular potty breaks, exercise, and play. I follow all instructions closely, including dietary needs, crate routines, and medication schedules, and I limit the number of pets I care for at one time to ensure individual attention.
