“Ashley has an easy rapport with both our little doggies - Wellington and Debbie. She has a knack for sending great pictures to us. We will look forward to having Ashley care for our pooches the next time we travel.”
About: I grew up with a senior dog then had puppies to senior dogs. I now help my friends out with their little ones quite frequently. I am a professor so I have work from home hours and am only required on campus for short stints of time. Evenings I like to be outside and take walks. Weekends I love being outside. I live in an apartment right next to a city park. I love taking walks there, it’s a 1 mile trek but can end whenever. At my friends places, I let the dog lead and show me their routine. I enjoy taking dogs on adventures.
“Julie was phenomenal! We have already booked her again and cooper can’t wait. I knew she would be great when I met her but she executed. She was at our house 3 times a day for at least an hour each visit. We got videos and pictures galore and I could see our pup adored her. She even brought our mail in. Our pup doesn’t eat well when he goes to the kennel and always has diarrhea after. He is always stressed when we pick him up. With Julie he could stay in our home, he ate his food and always went potty for her! He was calm and not stressed when we returned. That put me at ease and we are so lucky to have found her.”

About: Hi, my name is Lauren! I have experience working with a wide variety of working dogs, so I understand the multifaceted care that comes with monitoring and mitigating stress, animal behavior, administering dog first aid and medications, providing fun enrichment and exercise for your pup! As someone who has a senior dog, I am well-versed in accommodating special diets and other habitual needs that your furry friend requires! I will look after them as if they were my own. I currently work part-time that has some flexibility in the mornings and evenings. I don’t work a typical 9-5, weekday kind of job so there’s a chance I can help out while you’re at work! I have a spacious apartment (with big windows to look out of) that is close by to a few parks. I like to take long walks to ensure a proper potty break for your dog, while also providing time for sniffing and exploring. In others homes, I am very respectful of boundaries and following instructions: cleaning up messes that are made, etc. I can also water your plants!
“Blair took wonderful care of our two boisterous dogs over the holidays! We were gone for two weeks and we’ve never come home to happier, more content dogs. She updated us frequently on how they were doing, asked questions when they came up, and accommodated us when we wanted to extend our trip an extra day. We felt so good knowing our dogs and house were in good hands and will be recommending her to all of our dog parent friends!”

“Sheila did a great job taking care of my dog! She did two meet and greats to ensure my dog was familiar with her. She walked him multiple times per day. She sent me several pictures and updates during her stay. The house was left clean. We will use Sheila again in the future.”

“We love having Crystal watch our pups! She always takes such good care of them and knows how to handle their quirks. She sends plenty of photo and text updates, ask questions, and makes the right call to ensure the dogs get the best care while we’re gone. I have peace of mind when Crystal stays at our house (and she always takes great care of our home too - leaving it cleaner than when we left!).”

“Katie was great taking care of our dog while we were on vacation. She showed up when she said she would, spent some quality time with him, and sent plenty of pictures and status updates. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!”

“Hannah was spectacular. Our dogs are a little different and require some special love and care. This was our first time having someone who isn’t a friend or family watch them, they both were healthy and happy when we returned. We are so thankful for Hannah!”
“We couldn’t be happier with the amazing care Celeste provided for Jack, Tekken, and Princess Buttercup! She went above and beyond in every way. Throughout the weekend, she kept us updated with photos and messages, giving us complete peace of mind while we were away. Celeste was professional, attentive, and clearly treated our pets as if they were her own. Jack, Tekken, and Princess Buttercup absolutely loved her, and we could tell they were comfortable and well loved the entire time. We highly recommend Celeste to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and top-notch pet sitter. We will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Andy was absolutely amazing with Luna! She kept us updated with all the fun things they were doing, including going on park walks which Luna loved! When we got home we could tell Luna was so well cared for and had fun. Not only did Andy allow us to feel at ease while we were gone, but as a bonus when we got home she had put the sheets in the laundry! A gem! We appreciated her so much we already have her booked for our next trip! Thank you!”

“Freedom was great with my two dogs while I was on a trip! She was always very responsive and even checked in with me to make sure I had gotten back alright. Her updates were entertaining and it was obvious when I got back the dogs had a good time with her.”

“Jarrod was a fantastic dog sitter for our 3 pups while we were gone for the weekend! He is very friendly and easy to work with. During his stay, the dogs got plenty of attention and walks; we got plenty of pictures and updates. One of our dogs can be untrusting of strangers, but he quickly warmed up to Jarrod. We are new to the Cincinnati area, and finding a new pet sitting can be quite daunting. We are so fortunate to have had AJ take care of our 3 papillons and house for the past week. During the meet and greet, my 3 liked AJ immediately. He is a good communicator and very conscientious. We received several updates, and found our dogs happy and healthy upon our return. He also kept our house very tidy. We will definitely book AJ when we need pet sitting in the future. 5☆

This was my first time using Rover and I was very nervous because usually my dog stays with a family member or a family friend. This was a last minute booking but it worked out perfectly! As soon as I met Kaylee I felt so much relief knowing that Beau was going to be in good hands while I was gone. She was super sweet, quick to respond and sent me daily pictures! If I am ever in a pinch again to find someone for Beau, she will be the first person I reach out to! 🙂

Love love love Nina! She is responsible, attentive, and always trustworthy. Nina is always sure to follow our pet’s routine and gives them lots of love when we are a way. She made sure to provide plenty of pictures and kept me updated on how well they were doing. I know I can always count on her and feel at ease when I’m away from home. I cannot recommend Nina enough! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Amber was amazing! She truly saved us during an emergency when we needed a sitter on very short notice.
