He made sure he was thoroughly informed and respectful of care instructions and and kept great communication throughout the stay. We were gone over our girl’s birthday and Syd made little signs for her in our house (at her eye level too!) His base level of care exceeds expectations and little touches like the birthday signs just made us feel even more comforted that our pet was being loved and safe while we were away.
