We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. I love animals that are cuddle bugs! I do not have a fenced in yard but my house large enough for play and can go on walks nearby by park by house. About: My wife and I have always had dogs, and they have always been an extremely important part of our lives. We lost our dog Miles in Sept of 2025, and we have made the decision that before we get another dog of our own, we'd like to try boarding dogs for a while, to give us an opportunity to bring that love and companionship back to our home while providing a service to the community, in a place where you know your dog will be safe, receive tons of individual attention, and lots of love. I work at home full-time, so I am always around to provide some attention to pets as I have for many years. It's easy for me to take breaks most anytime to allow the dog to get outside and take care of their business, or just give them some love and attention that they need. I want to care for your dog the way the owner would like, so I will take the lead from the instructions of the owner. We have a nice backyard, and we are in an area that is perfect for walking a dog on a leash. About: I've been lucky to be raised in a dog household and have always been surrounded by dogs- both big and small! I truly treat every dog as my own and give them the love and care they deserve. I have experience with large breeds (I had a great Dane growing up!), puppies and senior dogs. I work fully remote so I'll be at home most of the day to care for and play with throughout the day. I'm available most weekends when I'm not traveling a few times throughout the year. I have an elderly dog, Titus, who has lived with other dogs most of his life and gets along well with all animals (except those pesky squirrels!). I have a fenced in yard where, weather-depending, I leave the door open to allow them to go in & out as they please. I like to take my dog on walks around the neighborhood almost daily and we'd love to have a friend join us!

“Maddie was an incredible sitter. She was very knowledgable and provided pictures and updates throughout the day. There is a big backyard which was great for Chester to get some energy out. I would absolutely request to use her again!”

“Karen has watched Malakai twice for us now- the second visit was for over a week. He was so happy to see Karen when I dropped him off for a second stay so I could tell his previous experience had been a positive one. We received lots of fun pictures and Karen kept me updated on his stay all the time. He looked great when I picked him up the second time and it is obvious he was well taken care of.
