About: If you are looking for someone to love and spoil your fur baby while you are away, Bear and I would love to welcome them to our home! Your pooch will get all the adoration you want them to have, in a safe environment where they can feel like they are on vacation, too. Our time together can be active, including adventure walks in the woods, fenced-in off-leash time in a safe and secure area at my apartment/home, and also snuggle time when they need some extra TLC. My 7-year-old 10 10-pound neutered male Chorkie is calm and welcoming, having been socialized from the time he came to me. We have consistent meal times and frequent opportunities to get outside. We are a quiet, calm respite in a kid-free, smoke-free, dog-centric home. It will be like Mardi-Gras for your dog, but everyone is safe and has no regrets in the morning! :) I work full time from home. While I prefer stays that are primarily on weekends, can accommodate a Monday or Friday too. Weekends are dog friendly with lots of walks and down time in between. My dog has been my primary focus for 7 years, and yours will be treated to the same kind of care, routine, fun and snuggles as my lil Bear gets! I live in an apartment with easy access to leashed walks and an on-site dog park for off-leash fun, but we frequently hop in the car for a 5-minute ride to one of various parks where we have adventures, if your doggo is ok with car rides. My weekends are low-key and if your pet is here, they would include minimal time for me out of the home so Bear and I can be available to focus on our guest. Meals, walks and frequent trips outside are a regular part of our consistent routine. Unless you object, your pal is as welcome on furniture, under blankies, and anywhere Bear goes … which is everywhere.

About: I have experience with most small and medium breeds of dogs, from Italian Greyhounds (my own!) and other sighthounds to Australian Shepherds, Dachshunds, Maltese, Border Collies, Labs, Lab/Pit mixes, and other wonderful dogs who don't fall into a single breed. I have cared for my family's Italian Greyhounds for 30 years, most recently nursing my dog back to health when he was using a feeding tube and multiple medications after surgery. He is now healthier than ever and free of all meds and treatments! I'm happy to walk your dog in the neighborhood area, or let them play in my fenced yard. I am able to assist with senior dogs and am able to administer oral medications. When your dogs come over to visit, they will be loved and cuddled, have access to toys, and have the option to play with two highly socialized iggies (Italian Greyhounds). I work from home as an independent art curator, so this gives me the ability to be quite flexible in scheduling and in adapting to provide the best care for your dog. I work from home as an independent art curator, so this gives me the ability to be quite flexible in scheduling and in adapting to provide the best care for your dog. Your dog(s) will get lots of cuddles and scratches/massage (whatever they like!), as there are always dogs surrounding me whenever I am sitting. Outside time can be leash walking around the neighborhood or playing in the fenced yard, or leash walking in the unfenced portion of the yard. We can also go to a dog park if that’s their jam. Treat time (treats approved by you, their person) usually happens after going potty or as a treat between meals. For sleeping, I’ll try to replicate what they are used to at home, whether that is sleeping in their own bed on the floor, sleeping in human bed with their people, or sleeping in a bed in a crate (I have extra crates and beds). Upon arrival, they will be introduced to my well-adjusted Italian Greyhounds individually so as to make sure everyone is comfortable.

“Brian was great with Kya! We had a family event and needed a dog sitter nearby to watch Kya for a few hours. Brian was very accommodating, quick to respond and paid great attention to Kya.”

About: I have been a dog owner since 2013 when I got my first pup, The Great Gazoo! I have experience caring for puppies, elderly dogs, dogs with anxiety, and dogs with some medical needs. I am a teacher, so during the summer I am free as a bird! I spend the day outside in our fenced in yard or walking my dog in nearby Stonybrook Park. I live with my partner and 2 teenagers who also have a lot of dog experience! Your dog will be well taken care of by all of us and will receive plenty of love and attention!

“Debbie went above and beyond for us. She spent plenty of time acclimating our 4 mo puppy to her home and dogs for his first daycare session. We received pics and updates during his stay. Our dog had a great supervised socialization session with Debbie and other dogs, and had a chance to gain confidence in staying with others. Will definitely use her as a sitter again!”

About: I’ve had the joy of raising and training a variety of dogs since I was a kid, including two beagles, a basset hound, and now my two golden retriever siblings. From 8-12 weeks, I’ve nurtured all with patience, love, and attention, teaching them skills like sitting, staying, belly rubs, and fetching without barking or showing aggression. I’m experienced with puppies and senior dogs alike, ensuring they receive the proper care and training for every stage of life. My dogs were always family, and now I’m bringing that same level of care and affection to your furry friends. Having raised my dogs from puppies to adults, I understand the unique needs of each stage, from playful pups to calm, loving companions. My focus is on maintaining a stress-free, positive environment while keeping your dog active and engaged. Whether it’s puppy training or senior dog care, I bring dedication and personalized attention to every visit. As a housewife who is home full-time, I have the flexibility to accommodate your pet’s needs throughout the week. Whether it’s a midday walk, extra playtime, or overnight stays, I’m available to provide consistent, loving care whenever your dog needs it. My routine revolves around keeping your pup happy, healthy, and relaxed! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a secure, fenced-in yard where your dog can play freely and safely. My two friendly pups, one social and the other more independent, provide a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. If your dog prefers more personal space, I can crate them as needed for their comfort and security. I pride myself in creating an environment where your pet will feel at home, with plenty of love and supervision every step of the way!

About: I’ve cared for pets my whole life—raising my own dog from a puppy and sharing life with my cat for over 11 years. I’ve also looked after many friends’ and neighbors’ dogs and cats, handling everything from feeding and walking to playtime I love working with puppies and active pets—preferably walking dogs. I’m almost always in back bay or downtown boston. Feel free to reach out! 😊 I'm flexible, and mostly work from home. I'm entirely available on weekends and also am often in the back bay area, which is preferred for me to stop by for dog/cat care, and taking them on walks. I think I have a natural knack for telling when a pet is uneasy - and I regularly check on them to make sure they are in the happiest state, go on walks or play with them regularly, besides from providing them basic necessities.

About: I have a 9 year old Shih Tzu, her name is Zola. She loves people and other animals. I am currently home more then expected and would love to help other working people with their pets. If your pet needs a certain food or specific routine, let me know and I am happy to help maintain the normal. When I first got my dog, it was so hard to leave her during the day when I went to work. She was so small, and I didn't want her to be lonely. I understand how hard it is to leave a fur child and want to help others be comfortable knowing they are being looked after during the day or overnight. I will love them like my own. I am currently working from home and have ability to 'schedule' accordingly to cover dog needs - walking or playing and to schedule time as needed to walk near by dogs as well. I do not have a fenced yard. I walk with a leash. I can 'fence' in a small area for free time in the yard. I also can let dogs out on the deck and use 'gates' to block stairs. I care for all pets the same as I do my own. I work remote and have a flexible schedule allowing me to play with and walk your pups at various times. And a lot of time for snuggles and petting I have a good size deck with fenced entrances for general relaxation outside. My yard is not fully fenced but a good size for small dog play

About: I have experience owning dogs for much of my life. I grew up with many different breeds. We had a sweet black lab that passed away when he was 11, so I also have experience with senior dogs. We now have an Aussiedoodle named Ollie. He is 2 years old. He's a sweetie and so good with other dogs and our two children! My schedule is pretty flexible so I can usually be available last minute if needed for local dog owners. I'm a stay at home Mom who also works part time from home. My hours are flexible. I am available for daily walks and overnight boarding. We have two children (ages 8 & 6) whom love dogs. We also have an Aussiedoodle who gets along with other dogs. So if I am boarding your dog they must be sweet and friendly. He/she will get lots of attention and love!
