About: My family had 3 dogs growing up so I am very experienced with walking, interacting with and loving animals! I would love to watch your dog for the weekend, a few week days or whenever needed! I currently work from home 4 days out of the week so I would be able to stay home and take the dog outside or for a quick walk easily. I live with my fiancé who also works from home frequently and helps me out with the dog if needed. Weekends get booked up quick but we’d love some company to go for a walk, go to the dog park, or hang out if we are free! I live in an apartment but live right across the street from a large popular park that I walk around regularly. The park is very popular with pet owners as well.

About: Our family said goodbye to our 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Lou, and we are ready to open our home to our neighbor's pups for love and attention while you're away! Britt grew up with lots of dogs (and cats), and the whole family has experience caring for animals at all ages. Both Britt and Mike work from home full time, and are able to care for pets throughout the day and night. Our three children are in school and preschool in the neighborhood during the week, giving us several opportunities to go on daily walks. We have a large, fenced in backyard for dogs and our children to share. We do not require dogs to be crated at night or when we are away for short amounts of time. We do have a medium crate if their normal routine includes crating during short times alone at home. Our children are used to being around animals and know how to be gentle and respectful of space.

Guests should be comfortable around cats (or happy to ignore them) and enjoy playing or peacefully coexisting with other dogs. -House-Trained & Vaccinated: Up-to-date vaccinations and basic house-training are required to keep all our pets healthy and safe. Happy to crate as well. We have a separate guest space for dogs who want a bit more space to relax in an unfamiliar place.

Evenings are cozy and relaxed, filled with gentle supervision and snuggles, so pets feel safe, happy, and loved from morning to night. I have a fully fenced yard with secure gate locks to keep pets safe, and I’m happy to make adjustments using leads or harnesses for curious or adventurous pups. I also maintain an up-to-date list of urgent care and emergency veterinary clinics throughout the metro area for added peace of mind. Potential clients are always welcome to schedule a video home tour to see the setup and environment their pet would be in. My home allows for kenneling if needed, and I can provide large and extra large crates. I also offer separate spaces for feeding time and am located near several nearby parks for walks. For cats, I can provide a quiet, separate space if they need time to decompress. In addition to care in my home, I also offer house sitting so pets can remain comfortable in their own environment and routines. I’m located about 15 minutes from MSP Airport, which many traveling pet parents find convenient for drop-off and pick-up. Street parking is available in the area, and rideshares to the airport are typically around $20.
