If your dog loves to play, they’ll have a fantastic partner in crime! -Kid-Friendly & Loving Atmosphere: Our two kids (ages 8 and 11) have grown up around animals, know how to respect a dog's space, and love giving extra pets and gentle attention. Our Daily Routine & Environment: Because we work from home, our daily schedule is very flexible. A typical day includes: -Morning: Morning stretch and breakfast, followed by supervised yard playtime. -Mid-Day: Periodic breaks out in the yard, desk-side snuggles, and interactive play sessions. -Evening: Family relaxing time indoors, treats, and lots of cozy couch or dog-bed lounging. Important Notes for Guest Dogs: To make sure everyone has a safe and happy stay, we ask that guest dogs meet a few basic requirements: -Cat & Dog Compatibility: We have two resident cats and one playful dog. Guests should be comfortable around cats (or happy to ignore them) and enjoy playing or peacefully coexisting with other dogs. -House-Trained & Vaccinated: Up-to-date vaccinations and basic house-training are required to keep all our pets healthy and safe. We’d love to host a meet-and-greet to make sure it’s a perfect match for everyone. We look forward to meeting you and your pup! Guests should be comfortable around cats (or happy to ignore them) and enjoy playing or peacefully coexisting with other dogs. Our dog is crate trained and sleeps there each night. Happy to crate as well. We have a separate guest space for dogs who want a bit more space to relax in an unfamiliar place.

About: Our family said goodbye to our 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Lou, and we are ready to open our home to our neighbor's pups for love and attention while you're away! Britt grew up with lots of dogs (and cats), and the whole family has experience caring for animals at all ages. Both Britt and Mike work from home full time, and are able to care for pets throughout the day and night. Our three children are in school and preschool in the neighborhood during the week, giving us several opportunities to go on daily walks. We have a large, fenced in backyard for dogs and our children to share. We do not require dogs to be crated at night or when we are away for short amounts of time. We do have a medium crate if their normal routine includes crating during short times alone at home. Our children are used to being around animals and know how to be gentle and respectful of space.

About: My family had 3 dogs growing up so I am very experienced with walking, interacting with and loving animals! I would love to watch your dog for the weekend, a few week days or whenever needed! I currently work from home 4 days out of the week so I would be able to stay home and take the dog outside or for a quick walk easily. I live with my fiancé who also works from home frequently and helps me out with the dog if needed. Weekends get booked up quick but we’d love some company to go for a walk, go to the dog park, or hang out if we are free! I live in an apartment but live right across the street from a large popular park that I walk around regularly. The park is very popular with pet owners as well.

About: I keep my home boarding low-key and personalized by welcoming only one dog, or two from the same family, at a time. So your pup will enjoy plenty of one-on-one love, play, and attention in a calm, peaceful environment where they can truly relax and feel at home. I work from home most days in a dog-friendly condo in Columbia Heights, with 1–2 days a week in the office. On home days I'm available all day for frequent potty breaks, companionship, and check-ins. On office days, your pup will still get a solid morning and evening routine, and plenty of company once I'm back. There's no private yard, but there's a nice shared yard with plenty of green just downstairs for outdoor time, and we can easily do neighborhood walks. As a former puggle owner, I took care of my little Snuggles all the way through her senior years until she was 13+, so I have experience caring for dogs at every life stage, including daily care and routine, bathing, training, administering medicine when needed, and handling their specific needs as they get older. I recently had to put my own puggle down, and while I still miss her, I've been enjoying puppy kisses from the dogs I watch, and I love sharing that same attentive care with other pups who need a cozy and reliable place to stay. My setup includes comfortable dog beds, a kennel for secure rest if needed, doggy bowls for fresh water and meals, and soft blankets for cozy napping. If your dog needs someone who’s home a lot and would do walks on a nice day, let’s do a meet & greet! One or two days a week, I have to be at the office; I'll coordinate ahead of time, give updates, and make sure your dog is settled before I go. On Saturdays, I'm less flexible for check-in and check-out, since I'm away in the morning for volunteer work. I usually let dogs roam free in the condo. They can follow me everywhere if they want, which most enjoy for that constant company. I can crate your dog if needed (for naps, meals, or if they’re more comfortable that way).

For daycare and boarding, I limit to two dogs at a time to ensure quality care while they are in a new environment. When house sitting in your home, I can happily care for up to four dogs, keeping everyone safe, comfortable, and happy in their own home. I’m happy to provide photo updates, and our home is fully prepared for play, rest, and supervision. I’m home during the day, which allows me to provide pets with consistent attention, companionship, and enrichment. Every pet in my care enjoys a healthy balance of play, mental stimulation, walks, and quiet time to rest and recharge. Evenings are cozy and relaxed, filled with gentle supervision and snuggles, so pets feel safe, happy, and loved from morning to night. I have a fully fenced yard with secure gate locks to keep pets safe, and I’m happy to make adjustments using leads or harnesses for curious or adventurous pups. I also maintain an up-to-date list of urgent care and emergency veterinary clinics throughout the metro area for added peace of mind. Potential clients are always welcome to schedule a video home tour to see the setup and environment their pet would be in. My home allows for kenneling if needed, and I can provide large and extra large crates. I also offer separate spaces for feeding time and am located near several nearby parks for walks. For cats, I can provide a quiet, separate space if they need time to decompress. In addition to care in my home, I also offer house sitting so pets can remain comfortable in their own environment and routines. I’m located about 15 minutes from MSP Airport, which many traveling pet parents find convenient for drop-off and pick-up. Street parking is available in the area, and rideshares to the airport are typically around $20.
