“Grace was phenomenal! My dog absolutely adored her and I loved receiving the updates to know that my dog was being loved and cared for 😊 will definitely have Grace again!!”

About: I’ve always had a dog and I have taken opportunities to walk my neighbors or friends dog. I have experience with all sorts of dogs. No matter the kind or size, I would love to walk your dog! I am currently in school so I am working part time, but I have plenty of availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and on the weekends. I can also do evenings and early mornings. I can stop by your home to check on the pet and feed and play with the pet. I love spending time with animals and I will create a fun and lovable space for your pet.

About: I have a cat who I’ve had for 4 years. I have always had a passion for animals and try my best to be in tune to their languages. I currently own one cat, which requires pilling. If you have a pet that needs a gentle and loving sitter, or even someone to play and keep them stimulated, then I would love to take care of them! I am currently working full-time as a social worker and I am available from 6pm to 10pm Monday through Friday, and 24/7 availability on weekends. I try to let the kitties/puppies take the lead within reason. I like to try to engage them and play, but I will be gentle and calming if they are showing signs of stress. I’m very observant with body language and try to accommodate for them while still maintaining structure.

“Allison was awesome! This was my first time ever using a sitter, so I was a little bit skeptical at first. But we had a few meet and greets before I hired her, and she was amazing with my cat! She sent me videos and photos and texts when she would come by and feed the cat, and that helped put my mind at ease. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, and I would love to hire her again in the future!”

About: I’ve been caring for pets longer than I can remember - from helping grandma with her horses and barn cats to spoiling and training our own dachshund puppy and two amazing kitties - I am well equipped for any situation. Some background for me: I was born and raised in Alaska! There I took care of cats of varying abilities/disabilities/age, dogs of all sizes and abilities/disabilities/age, and fish! There’s been instances where I have stayed over a month to look over a special needs cat, and dug my car out after a heavy snow to make sure a hyper puppy gets a good hike in! I’m adaptable and communicative - you can be sure that I’ll send you plenty of photos and videos of your pet while you’re gone! Now I’m here in Minnesota to finish college, start life with my new husband, and take care of the pets in Southern Minnesota! I’m currently still a student! But I have Tuesdays, Thursdays, and the weekends for the most part completely open! Otherwise, I will make sure to check in on your pets between classes to ensure they don’t go more than four hours alone. I can’t have a pet in my apartment right now 😭 but when I’m back home in Alaska, we had a fenced area for our dog while she was still with us, and we have two full-time indoor cats. We love to spoil our animals - lots of love, kindness, and a patient environment. Just positive reinforcement and steady routines over here!
“Kendra was still willing to take care of the doggies with the icky weather that moved in. This is the 3rd time I have had her and will definitely go back to her again. Thank you Kendra!”

North Mankato dog parents share their Rover experiences
Maisie was a great pet sitter! We’ll definitely request her again when we need someone! She checked in on our dog, and was on time, and did everything we asked her to do. We loved seeing all of the pictures she sent with each visit! Before the visit, she was very communicative and appreciative of the notes we gave her. Definitely recommend!

Onnika is absolutely the best. My goldendoodle loves her. She went way above and beyond my highest expectations. Every visit, she sends short videos of what she and Daisy were up to during her visits (fetch, walks, feeding, etc). She also gave a longer video with her thoughts about the visit and just general report about how Daisy was doing. Very professional and trustworthy. I was so appreciative. I knew I had made the right choice with Onnika. I strongly recommend Onnika for your fur baby. She gets from me my highest commendation.
