About: I’ve always been surrounded with animals, including dogs, chickens, cats, bunnies, and goats. I’ve dealt with a lot of different breeds ranging from Great Danes to Chihuahua. I’m currently a college student going to school for social work! I work at a nursing home as a CNA. I’m also in the Army National Guard. While that does keep me busy I do love taking care of animals in my free time and being active! I have been to a few training sessions with my own dogs, so I can help out with some basic training tasks. I can easily go on walks and runs with your dog. About: I’ve been caring for pets longer than I can remember - from helping grandma with her horses and barn cats to spoiling and training our own dachshund puppy and two amazing kitties - I am well equipped for any situation. Some background for me: I was born and raised in Alaska! There I took care of cats of varying abilities/disabilities/age, dogs of all sizes and abilities/disabilities/age, and fish! There’s been instances where I have stayed over a month to look over a special needs cat, and dug my car out after a heavy snow to make sure a hyper puppy gets a good hike in! I’m adaptable and communicative - you can be sure that I’ll send you plenty of photos and videos of your pet while you’re gone! Now I’m here in Minnesota to finish college, start life with my new husband, and take care of the pets in Southern Minnesota! I’m currently still a student! But I have Tuesdays, Thursdays, and the weekends for the most part completely open! Otherwise, I will make sure to check in on your pets between classes to ensure they don’t go more than four hours alone. I can’t have a pet in my apartment right now 😭 but when I’m back home in Alaska, we had a fenced area for our dog while she was still with us, and we have two full-time indoor cats. About: I have had dogs my whole life growing up and I currently have 2 large dogs. I would prefer if they are already potty trained. I am a full time college student with class in the mornings and afternoons. I would be able to do visits very early in the morning or after class/later in the day too. I am willing to exercise your dog with either a walk, throwing a ball or some other activity they like. Or on the flip side if they love chilling and getting attention I am totally down for that too.
