About: I had a dog of my own for 10 years before moving away for college, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with a beloved pet. I've cared for dogs of different sizes and personalities, and I know how to keep them safe, comfortable, and happy during walks and visits. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I truly enjoy spending time with them. I will treat your dog like family, provide plenty of love and attention, and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident while you're away. I am patient with shy or anxious pets and always let them approach me at their own pace so they feel safe and comfortable. While I am currently searching for a full-time job, I wanted to spend my time doing something meaningful that I genuinely enjoy. Caring for pets is a perfect fit because I've always had a love for animals, especially dogs. Being able to help pet owners while spending time with wonderful pets truly feels like a win-win situation. In a client's home, my main priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I understand that every pet has their own routine, personality, and needs, so I do my best to follow the owner's instructions closely. I am comfortable caring for puppies, senior dogs, large dogs, and shy or anxious pets. I always let pets approach me at their own pace so they can feel comfortable and build trust. I make sure pets have fresh water, are fed on schedule, get plenty of exercise and attention, and receive any medications or special care as instructed by their owner. I also believe communication is important, so I will send regular photo and video updates so owners can see how their pets are doing while they're away. My goal is to make your pet feel happy, cared for, and as comfortable as possible until you return home.

About: I have over 15 years of professional experience working with dogs. I manage a boarding and daycare facility, and am a certified trainer as well. I am a self employed, certified dog trainer who is looking to expand my clientelle and services offered. I have a very open and flexible schedule, weekends and evenings are okay with me! I will not be caring for any animals in my home so I do not disrupt my personal pets' lives, but I have extensive knowledge on safely handling dogs in any environment.

About: I have spent the past few summers doing overnight dog sitting in my hometown just about every weekend. I have been recommended and continue to get new jobs. I am a part time nursing student at Bethany Lutheran College so I have plenty of free time. I also serve in the army national Gaurd. I have now been dog walking and dog sitting for over 4 years in Mankato and absolutely love it. I would love for more opportunities. I am a part time student at Bethany Lutheran College and have classes in the morning so I have plenty of free time in the afternoon and overnight. I also get plenty of breaks between classes to check up. Over the past four summers of my dog sitting career I have had multiple clients that have me stay at their house over the weekends while they are gone. I love running and exercising so the animals are sure to stay active. I have not run into any problems in the years I have pet sit before.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was younger and I can walk, bath, play and give treats to your furry babies. I have experience with distributing medications. I understand having a healthy diet for your animals, if they need to be fed a certain diet, I will follow there meal plan. I love training puppies and taking care of senior dogs. When your furry baby is left with me, I treat all dogs like they are my own. I am currently not working, I stay home with my three year old, I am available during the week, weekends and overnights. I have a golden doodle, she is 9 and loves any dogs. I do not have a fenced in area, my dog does not need a leash, but she respects other dogs that do need leashes. When it is nice, my dog likes to sub bathe in the sun. I like to let my dog out every 2-3 hours, unless its an old dog, then I understand to do every hour or even a new puppy every 30 minutes. I have a baby proofed house, so animals are safe in my household. If your dog needs medication, I can distribute medications. We love playing catch and walks in this household. Any dog is welcome into my home, even if your dog doesn't like other dogs, I will accommodate your dogs needs to make sure they are happy. I currently work overnights, 6 days a week, but can accommodate any needs for your furry babes. I can move my daytime schedule through the week, since it is fairly flexible. I do not have a fenced in backyard, but I will use walking leashes to let them outside and/or if you like your dogs to just roam, I’m okay with that too. I will have eyes on your pets to make sure they are safe.

I worked at my neighbors breeding barn where I cleaned up after all the dogs, fed them, gave them baths. I even helped with the birth of many puppies. About: I’ve been caring for pets longer than I can remember - from helping grandma with her horses and barn cats to spoiling and training our own dachshund puppy and two amazing kitties - I am well equipped for any situation. Some background for me: I was born and raised in Alaska! There I took care of cats of varying abilities/disabilities/age, dogs of all sizes and abilities/disabilities/age, and fish! There’s been instances where I have stayed over a month to look over a special needs cat, and dug my car out after a heavy snow to make sure a hyper puppy gets a good hike in! I’m adaptable and communicative - you can be sure that I’ll send you plenty of photos and videos of your pet while you’re gone! Now I’m here in Minnesota to finish college, start life with my new husband, and take care of the pets in Southern Minnesota! I’m currently still a student! But I have Tuesdays, Thursdays, and the weekends for the most part completely open! Otherwise, I will make sure to check in on your pets between classes to ensure they don’t go more than four hours alone. I can’t have a pet in my apartment right now 😭 but when I’m back home in Alaska, we had a fenced area for our dog while she was still with us, and we have two full-time indoor cats. We love to spoil our animals - lots of love, kindness, and a patient environment. Just positive reinforcement and steady routines over here!
