I treat my own fur besties (Pippin, a 6 yr old neutered Jack Russel/Poodle mix and Sirius, a super friendly fluffball cat) like they're true family. Back yard squirrel chasing, walks around Spring Lake Park, and LOTS of snuggles are part of our daily life. If your dog needs some alone time (away from other pets), I've got spaces in my home that allow for it (sunny enclosed porch, anyone?)

Is your dog open for all (walking, fetch, chasing, etc) or do they prefer a more laid back day of hanging on the couch, listening to constant adoration while waiting to be served their next meal? ;) I've cared for all types but please share their preferences with me so we can make sure they stay safe and comfortable while they're away from home.
A typical day
I live near multiple parks in the Lower North neighborhood. Great place for walking! If they'd prefer the privacy of a fenced back yard to explore, we can run, play fetch, or just bask in the sun on a beautiful day. Don't forget the local squirrel population... Aka "animal enrichment" as my JR/Poodle likes to think of them lol

Pet care experience
I've spent my entire life caring for animals (my own and others'). Over the years, I've worked for a vet clinic, the Lake Superior Zoo, raised animals on a farm, and supported various pet rescue organizations. I believe our pets are family and deserve good food, company, and entertainment. I'm an empty nester with lots of space and love to give. :)

Jenna took great care of our puppy and clearly loves animals! This was our dogs first time away from our family and she was extremely well cared for and happy/relaxed on her return. Jenna was professional and asked all the right questions about our dog’s routine and quirks. We loved receiving the daily photo updates and texts—it really put our minds at ease! Thank you Jenna!
Jenna took fantastic care of our dog Leo. He had so much fun with the other dogs. We enjoyed the updates, pictures and videos. We could tell Leo was loved and well taken care of.
Jenna took great care of our dog! She provided a safe and welcoming environment, where Ella felt safe and at home. Jenna provided pictures and updates so we were well informed and she is definitely skilled at caring for pets! I highly recommend her and will book her again in the future!
Jenna did a first time sitting for our dog. She was flexible and caring. She communicated all the while we were gone.
