She was incredibly sweet and so informative during our walk with Hercules. I appreciated how eager she was to engage and ask thoughtful questions—some I hadn’t even considered myself! Her energy and care truly stood out. Thank you!

This was my first time with a dog walker she was amazing my dog is very skittish so she takes a minute to warm up to people. Bethany immediately saw that and didn’t rush her until she felt comfortable was the best

About: I’ve been talking care of my own little dog for over 6 years and would also like to give your little one(s) the same attention, care and playfulness I give to mine. I’m currently staying home looking after my baby and will have plenty of time to give your baby all the attention and play inside or outside. I have a fenced backyard and a little one to keep your little one company. I can also keep your little one kenneled if it is preferable.

Isabel is a wonderful dog walker. She has been coming by once a week for a few months to let my dog Benjamin out and take him for a stroll while we are at work. I love seeing Bennie get so excited to see her on camera when she comes in to let them out. She also is very communicative and lets me know when she’s on her way. Thank you for loving and caring for my baby! You’re the best!

Maricela, always does a great job walking Diamond. It was a short trip today at my request because I had to leave early for an appointment. She said she would give her an extra long walk on Friday.

About: Hey there! My name is Aysia, and I’m currently a Vet Tech student specializing in emergency medicine. With 6 years of experience in both emergency and general practice within veterinary medicine, you can trust that I will meet your pet's medical and playtime needs with the utmost care and dedication As a devoted pet parent working in an emergency hospital. My previous angel, Bailee, taught me the importance of attentive care when he was diagnosed with diabetes and Cushing's disease. This experience has instilled in me a strong routine that includes regular veterinary checkups and daily medication administration. I understand the unique needs of pets and I am committed to providing a loving and safe environment for your furry family members. I care for the pets in my home by ensuring they receive healthy balanced meals, administering monthly prevention, keeping vaccines up to date, and providing regular standard grooming needs. I also prioritize keeping my peers educated about their pets' health, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. This hands-on experience not only enhances my skills outside of work but also brings me immense joy as I witness other pets thriving in a loving environment.

I’m watching my son’s big dog, the walks he deserves were taking a physical toll, until I signed up here and Alanna started walking him, it really helps MY day. He looks forward to his walk, watching the clock semi patiently, for his daily walk, it’s his favorite time of day and he really enjoys Alanna taking him out for a more brisk walk than I am capable of. She does a great job with him, and he is very happy with their time together.

About: I have been an animal lover since, I was a little girl and been surrounded since now. I have 2 wonderful fur babies that I love deeply (I see them as my kids). I have had a family of Guinea pigs and different types of hamsters. I will treat your fur babies like mine give them attention and the love they deserve. ❤️ I will keep you informed about your dog or cat during our absence and it is very important for me to get all the contact numbers of all the families of the house hold in case of a emergency. I love to play with them, walk them and occasionally I can bath them, depending how long the dog stays at my house. Please have all your dog's essentials ready, like food, dog dishes, toys, bed, leash and a kennel to make your pet confortable during an overnight stay. I also appreciate if you give me your dog's Vet location and number in case of an emergency. I usually ask this! But it has never happen. I am professional, responsible, kind, compassionate and flexible person but I like to be informed in advance the date and time the pet is going to be dropped off and picked up at my house that way the work flow comes out exceptional My schedule during the day is flexible. When I first wake up all the dogs go outside for potty then comes feeding time after 3-4 hours then we go out again for a potty break. I have a well fence yard. I will be attending them outside while they go potty at all times. I also provide 1 or to 2 friendly dogs to play with your fur baby. If you like? If you do not want my dogs to play with your fur baby we can do private play instead.☺️

About: Referral code for $20 off 1st booking on Rover: JD85050, https://www.rover.com/sit/jd85050 I’m a stay at home mom now, whose kids are all grown now. I had 5 chihuahuas previously but they have passed away from old age. So now I have an empty house with a fenced backyard with a lot of room so they can play. I live in a private gated neighborhood so it’s safer. There are no other pets in our house anymore. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m always at home and have lots of time available. I love taking care of pets and spending my time with them I have a fenced backyard and also has an extra protection at the bottom so the dogs won’t be able to get out. I also live in a private gated neighborhood where not a lot of cars drive by.

About: I am a dog mom to a spoiled Chihuahua and playful Pomeranian. Both of my dogs are friendly and fixed. My Chihuahua has been with me for 11 years and has lived in multiple homes with other dogs, in college she lived with 3 other dogs then in my last home there were 4 total dogs. My Pomeranian is a Covid baby and loves playing with other pups. I work from home so my dogs get freedom all day long and a minimum of 4 daily walks. I prefer dogs that are leash trained because we do daily walks but if your dog prefers being in a backyard rest at ease I have a fenced backyard and can take a chair out and let them have outdoor time. My home is two-story so if your dog struggles with stairs please let me know. My dog’s bedroom is downstairs but my office is upstairs so they usually follow me up when I work. I work from home and take my dogs on a morning walk, 1 before lunch, 1 before dinner, 1 after dinner and their final walk before bed. My dogs are both leash trained. My backyard is fenced but there is a loud dog that lives behind me, he isn’t large enough to damage the fence he and my Chihuahua just bark back and forth.

  • 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 97% can help with daily exercise

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
