“Megan was an AMAZING cat-sitter for our two kitties! One of our cats got sick just before we had to leave town, and Megan was so kind and professional and gave him his medicine each day. She included detailed daily updates and photos so I felt completely at ease leaving our cats in her care for nearly two weeks. Thank you Megan!!”

“My cat sitter Liz B. did a fantastic job taking care of my 7 (!!) cats during my recent trip overseas. After our brief meet and greet, I knew that I could trust her with my house keys. Looking after a bunch of skittish felines could not have been an easy task. Liz B. delivered drop-in visits with care, diligence, and professionalism. She posted daily updates with photos and promptly responded to questions about my senior cat who has digestive issues. Communication was a breeze via text or online. This was my first experience with Rover.com and it could not have been better !!”

“Eileen did a great job taking care of my kitties! One of my cats threw up JUST before we left for the weekend, and she did a great job taking care of him and providing updates on his health while we were gone.”

“We are so happy with Sarah’s pet sitting services. She was timely, professional, followed our pet care instructions, was playful with our cats and always provided updates and photos. We would certainly hire her again.”

About: Hello!! If you are looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter, pet sitter, or house sitter… I am available in Indianapolis, IN or in the Danville, IN area! A little bit about me: I am currently a senior at Butler University on the cheerleading team. I am planning on taking a gap year, then attending law school. I would like to fill my gap year with caring for dogs and volunteering at the shelter! I have experience with small and large dogs, cats, some farm animals, rabbits, and various other small animals! I also have experience with walking and administering medicine as well! I previously showed rabbits in 4-H, and I personally have one large rescue dogs at home (Weimaraner mix). My soul dog, Kodie Australian Shepherd mix), passed away in October of 2024. I’ve volunteered at numerous animal shelters and I am currently on the exec board for Dawgs Serving Dogs (club that fundraises for local shelters) here at Butler University. Please let me know if you need references! I am currently a student, so my schedule is quite flexible! I will have a part-time job in the summer that I can work around to care for your pets. I love spending time with your pets! I would be happy to be active with your pet whether that is walking, jogging, or playing with toys. I also would love to hangout with a calm dog that would prefer snuggles!

“Gianna did a great job with my finicky cat - and she was so helpful finding another Rover friend to cover the few days in the middle of my request that she couldn’t do. I will certainly book her again”

About: I am a retired veterinary groomer with experience working with and loving all ages and sizes of dog. I have a soft spot for chihuahuas (if I’m being honest, ALL toy breeds), shih tzu, pugs, mini doodles, and bulldogs. I have experience with extreme seniors and dogs in hospice care, applying eye, ear, and oral medicines. I am happy to brush dogs and trim their nails while they are with me. I have experience training puppies to enjoy being groomed through rewards, praise, and patience. My own three dogs are two shih tzu and a Heinz 57 ranging from 9-17lbs, all of them are comfortable with and enjoy interacting with other dogs, but respect that some dogs don’t want to play. They are all neutered. I also have a sweet kitty who has her own living space where dogs cannot go in my home and prefers to hang out there when visitors are here. Petcare is my full time job, so I can enjoy my time with your baby! My home is pet friendly, all stairs are blocked by baby gates to prevent any falls. Dogs in my home are allowed on all furniture, have a nice fenced in backyard to play in, and are given potty breaks as often as needed. I am conveniently located near both the Monon and Broad Ripple Park. I am a stay at home dog dad who can adapt my schedule to the needs of the dogs in my care. I am able to taxi pets as needed to and from their home to mine as well. I perform maintenance grooming such as brushing and nail trims/filing on my own in home grooming table with my own tools. I follow owner directions on feeding and toileting. Dogs are allowed on all furniture in my home. Any dog in my home is treated with the same love and attentiveness as my own dogs. I respect that some dogs may need one on one attention without other dogs present and I can provide that if needed.

“Kenna is a wonderful sitter. My cats can be nervous when I’m away, but I can tell from her check ins how comfortable they are with her and reassured by her presence. I always come home to relaxed, happy cats when she’s their sitter. Thank you, Kenna!”

About: I have grown up with pets. My family has always had a dog of some kind. I have had fish and a turtle. I have had guinea pigs and a chinchilla. I have helped friends take care of cats as well. I have helped take care of all kinds of pets and know how to properly care for them. I’m currently pregnant and love being around animals. I would love to do what I enjoy before and after giving birth. Whatever you need, I can try to make it work! I enjoy keeping dogs out with me and letting them run around so they can use their energy playing. I make sure nothing is around that could be ruined or harmful.

“Jenna has been such a lifesaver! She takes great care of her pup clientele. 10/10 would recommend her! I was always sent an update, and plenty of pictures of the dogs getting some fresh air mid-day.”

“Ali was great with my kitty, Milo. She was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Ali sent great updates and photos while I was gone and was intuitive when it came to knowing if Milo wanted playtime, cuddles, or both when she checked on him. I will definitely recommend Ali to anyone who wants great care for their pets while they are away.”

“Maddie did an amazing job. Stayed with my two cats for 10 days. She took great care of them and went out of her way to send me pics and updates. My kitties couldn’t have been in better hands.”

Christopher J.Star Sitter
“Chris is the only person I trust with my dogs! If they can't be with me, I want them with him. He has cared for my current dogs as well as my dogs who have passed on, the gentleness, attentiveness, and attention to detail with my extreme seniors is extraordinary. This gives me peace of mind to be away from them, knowing he cares just as much as I do. He accommodates them so they don't have to jump up or down from furniture as well as gives oral, eye, and ear medications on a schedule, which they have needed towards the end of their lives. I cannot reccomend him highly enough!”
