About: I have worked in pet resorts and boarding facilities, and whether a pet needs extra playtime or snuggles, medicines (including insulin), a special comfort item, or needs to be separated from housemates during meal time, no request is too far-fetched when it comes to taking care of your beloved pets! My experience in pet resorts allows me to offer enriching playtime and exercise, and to notice any irregularities in mood or eating habits, and to efficiently relay that information to pet parents. When it comes to walks, I have a defensive handling certification from The Dog Gurus, and am always aware of the risks that leaving the home entails. In addition, I have completed their Knowing Dogs 101 and 201 courses, which provides me with a solid knowledge base when it comes to dog behaviors and body language. I also am comfortable caring for bunnies, as I have a senior rabbit myself, and am familiar with the closest neighborhood vet that will treat our long-eared friends!
