She was able to take him a day earlier than originally planned on very short notice, and when our travel plans home were unexpectedly delayed, she was so patient and understanding about us needing to add an extra day as well. I really appreciated her flexibility and how easy she was to work with. I would absolutely use Olga again in the future if the need arises!”

We did a meet-and-greet before my booking to make sure my dog was a good fit with his, and Ramon was very thoughtful and tuned in to my dog from the very beginning. While I was gone Ramon sent me photos, videos, and updates about my pup. By the end of the stay my dog and Ramon's dog Dante were great friends. Through the whole process Ramon was communicative, responsive, flexible, and it's clear he really cares about the dogs he brings into his home.
