Wendy is amazing and her experience with dogs immediately shows! I was a little nervous as Lucy had never been walked by anyone other than us. I loved the pictures and videos Wendy sent showing Lucy was thoroughly enjoying her time out. We did not hesitate to rebook Wendy for recurring walks!

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments for over 10 years. I’m experienced with puppies, senior dogs, feeding routines, walks, bathing, and giving lots of love and attention. Pet care fits easily into my routine. I currently don’t work but I am enrolled in college so I have flexible availability during weekdays and weekends for boarding, walks, and drop-ins. I provide a safe, calm, and clean environment. I have a fenced yard and closely supervise pets at all times. I follow instructions carefully and can crate pets if needed.

If you’re looking for a wonderful friend for your dog during these crazy pandemic times, look no further than Teri! Our girls love her to death, and she has been absolutely amazing during the quarantine, taking every safety precaution (gloves, shoe coverings, social distancing handoffs outside the house). We absolutely love Teri!

Carrie did a wonderful job walking our pup, Jo! Carrie was professional, prompt and kind. Jo came back from her walk happy and tired - she said hello to us and immediately took a nap. Would absolutely recommend Carrie and we’re so happy to have found an awesome dog walker close by!

About: What sets me apart from other dog sitters is my deep understanding of dog behavior and my genuine passion for creating a safe, fun, and loving environment for every pup I care for. I don’t just “watch” dogs—I engage with them through structured play, enrichment activities, and tailored routines based on their needs and personalities. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine as a stay-at-home mom. I’m already used to maintaining a structured, nurturing environment, and that translates perfectly to caring for pets. I’m home throughout the day, so I can provide consistent attention, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my focus is always on creating a safe, loving, and stress-free environment.

Raquel was a real treat to meet! She was great with my dog, Molly and was patient with my constant scheduling modifications. Raquel is very punctual with the times I selected and walks through the door at that time. Not a moment to soon or a moment too late. I am very pleased with Raquel's professionalism. About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life and feel very comfortable around them and very in-tune to their needs. I also worked for Midtown Mutts for a year prior to Covid and going back to school (many of the dogs I walked then are shown in my gallery). Not only do I view pets as family members and a whole lot of fun, I also view them as lifelong friends and would take special care that they are always safe, comfortable, happy, and loved! I am familiar with many different breeds and know what different needs this entitles for each. I am available for specific needs as requested by the owner, such as extra walks or special diets and will respect these. I love to take dogs on runs, to the dog park, or on long hikes if the owner permits. I hope you will consider me for your next dogsitting need! I am currently working from home and self-employed, so I am very flexible with my hours, available nights or weekends if needed, and can work around tricky schedules. I have a daily routine with my own dog and cat, so am very aware of pet routines and their importance. I care for pets by following their established routines as closely as possible and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for in their own environment. I pay close attention to each pet’s individual needs, personality, and energy level, whether that means active play and walks or a quieter, more relaxed approach. In a client’s home, I focus on maintaining consistency—feeding on schedule, refreshing water, administering care as instructed, cleaning litter boxes or pet areas, and providing companionship and enrichment. I respect the home and any specific instructions provided, and I make sure pets get attention, reassurance, and positive interaction while their owners are away. I am attentive to pet behavior and wellbeing, communicate clearly with owners, and will provide updates as requested so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands. My goal is for pets to feel secure and cared for, and for owners to feel peace of mind.

About: Animals have been part of my life from the very beginning. My family raised and cared for pets of all kinds, including Maine Coon show cats, a golden retriever, and a yorkie. I grew up surrounded by them, learning early how to read behavior, provide steady care, and build trust with different personalities and species. The only time I ever lived without an animal in my home was during my first two years of service in the Air Force. Since then, I have continued to share my life with dogs, cats, and the occasional more unusual companion such as a bird, a ferret, and a snake. Every one of them has been loved and treated as family. These days I share my home with Daxter (my orange tabby) and Catarina and Beretina (two crazy torbie sisters) who keep life entertaining in all the best ways. I am a veteran currently in school and I work part time as a martial arts instructor. Outside of that, I enjoy drawing, playing guitar, and video games. Among my friends I have become the go to pet auntie because I care for their animals as if they were my own. My goal is to bring that same level of attentiveness and genuine care to every pet I look after. Whether they are shy, energetic, quirky, or easygoing, I meet each animal with patience, respect, and a calm presence so they feel safe while you are away. I currently work part time as a martial arts instructor during the day, but my schedule is extremely flexible to accommodate both you and your pets’ needs I care for every pet with a focus on respect, clear communication, and their individual comfort levels. Whether a cat or dog is shy, social, or a little spicy, I follow their cues and let them set the pace. With many years of experience, including caring for my own three cats (Daxter, Catarina, and Beretina), I’m very attentive to both physical and emotional needs and quick to notice changes in behavior or stress. Your peace of mind matters just as much as your pet’s. If you’re away, I provide consistent updates and photos as often as you’d like so you always know how they’re doing. I welcome specific instructions or preferences because every pet has their own routine and every owner has their own comfort level. My goal is simple: your pet feels safe and content, and you feel confident that they’re in good hands.

About: Please look through my photos to get a bit of me in a snapshot! I have had pets all my life and I’ve been housesitting since I was 16 years old in high school. Now I’m a 27 year old Davis graduate who is still eager to help out with furry family’s in the community. I used to work with cats, and I have two of my own now, so I have quite a lot of experience with them. I had dogs growing up, and I've been taking care of other's dogs for the last 11 years. I have experience with oral medication for both dogs and cats. I have a bit of experience in pain management medications and scheduling. I have experience with anxious dogs and older dogs ranging from small to medium-large. I am often a busy person, so for me the most important aspect of working together is communication and honesty. If I feel like I can’t provide the services you are looking for, I will let you know quickly and truthfully. I know how scary it is to leave behind your pets and I want all of my clients to know I have their best interest in mind when booking. I am currently between jobs and taking a couple of online courses so I have a fully open and flexible schedule. I live in Davis and have my own cats that I attend to and love on, but I am also helping foster cats with my friend in Sacramento. I am comfortable in both Davis and Sacramento, and I spend a lot of time in both. I can always adjust my schedule to try and work something out that works for you and your pet. I have a fenced in yard and two cats that generally stay out of the way when a new friend is around. I live with one other person that is also very welcoming and friendly with new animals. We have plenty of places to explore with a decent sized backyard and 3 nearby parks. If I'm providing care in your home, simply explain what you're looking for and I will do my best to accommodate, or be honest if it's not something I can manage. Overnights and drop-ins should not be a problem as long as I can also drop in on my animals.

Lila sent me pictures of Gracie everyday that I was gone as well as the Rover report card which was really reassuring. I was able to enjoy my time away knowing that Gracie was in such good hands. Karli did a wonderful job caring for Sky while we were gone. She has great attention to detail! She noticed that something was off with Sky and found a burr stuck in between her toes. In addition to a pup, we also have cats. It was soo sweet of her to share pictures of her visit with them too. When we came back home there was a card with a picture of Sky in it that she left for us. ❤️ I’d hire Karli anytime to look after our pets!
