“Reginay watched my dog CeeCee I am definitely coming back again. Reginay kept in communication with me the whole time. She agreed to a meet and greet before she watched her. She is very sweet and professional the first time we met. I picked her before but didnt need her that time . She was very sweet and understanding thats why when i needed a sitter she wss the first person i contacted. Ceecee has very bad speration anxiety and this was my first time leaving her with someone she didnt know. I called and texted a million times she never missed not one call or text and made me feel at easy everytime. My dog also have pancreatitis She have a special diet she followed all food instructions i gave her .. Ceecee was smiling the whole time she was with her and she dont do that with anyone. Anything i asked her to do with CeeCee she always said "Sure, no problem" she is very good with communication and easy to talk to . She also have a dog Nova is so sweet and was also glad she was there to keep her company then another dog came over and it was a slumber party. She even took all three walking at once multiple times and took multiple pictures and videos with CeeCee smiling the whole time and let her sleep in her room with her which was amazing and when CeeCee needed her space from the other dogs she made sure she had it. Over all she was the perfect sitter .She made feel very comfortable with her watching CeeCee I am using her everytime I need a sitter. I would give her 100 stars if I could. She was the best! I also have experience working in healthcare and love to care for senior pets, puppies, kittens and pets of all ages and sizes. Markita is an absolute angel. We had a last minute booking request due to an emergency and she was able to accommodate Brownie while we were away. We are so grateful for her and our dog adores her and has so much fun. Although he was happy to go home, he made sure to tell her goodbye which he has never done with anyone else. We found our dog-sitter Josh through Rover.com and he did a great job! We quickly were able to establish trust with Josh and appreciated that he went the extra mile to give our pup Kylo full attention and love, in addition to taking excellent care of him. My 5 year old pup Kylo doesn’t do well with trusting new people and has separation anxiety from being coddled so much. Josh took such good care of Kylo that he almost didn’t want to leave Josh, which makes me so happy. This was my first time ever using a pet sitter, or service, that wasn’t family. I feel relieved knowing Kylo has someone I can go to that I trust moving forward.
I had to leave my dog with Nelly as we had to attend an event in Sacramento. I didn’t have time for a meet and greet as I am not from the area. Nelly & her family were great with my dog! They took special care as my dog doesn’t socialize with other dogs and hangs out with humans only. Even though it’s her first time, my dog came out so confident and cool when I went to pick her up! Nelly also kept sharing pictures while caring for her. I will be happy to rebook Nelly’s services whenever I am back in Sacramento. Thanks a bunch Nelly!
Matt and his crew were incredible! We got multiple daily updates with photos and videos. Our dogs tend to have separation anxiety, and we were worried about how they would do away from home. But they did great, all thanks to the great care Matt provided. Our dogs also got along great with Kobe, and were constantly playing and having fun. We would highly recommend Matt as a sitter, as he was very attentive and accommodating. We will definitely be using Matt as a sitter again in the future!
Mansi was absolutely amazing with my 8-year-old Rottweiler. From the start, her communication was quick and consistent, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was also incredibly flexible when my flight was delayed an hour—something I really appreciated during a stressful travel day. Most importantly, she was so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring with my dog. She let my girl cuddle up with her and allowed her to sleep in her room with her! My dog is strong and large and this never seemed to intimidate Mansi one bit! You can tell she really takes the time to understand each pet’s needs and makes sure they feel comfortable and well cared for while their human is away. I would trust her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and compassionate.
