“This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t be happier. Grisel was kind and listened to me as I shared Dori’s needs. Her home is set up well for taking care of pets. I received pics throughout Dori’s stay showing her doing some things I wasn’t sure she would do while in a strange place like eating. Grisel obviously has the “touch” to get her to feel comfortable.
