I work a hybrid schedule but am home the majority of the time, so your dog will never be far from a familiar face. On days that I am home, I don't normally step out of the house unless it's to run grocery store trips or quick errands. Please let me know if your dog has separation anxiety or needs additional care.

I have a fully fenced backyard and four dogs of my own who love making new friends. After the initial excitement, they usually settle in and give each other space. Meet and greets are required before any boarding or daycare stay to ensure a smooth introduction and a good fit for everyone involved. During all stays, I keep a close eye on every dog in my care and never leave them unattended without proper gating or dog proofing of the area. Fresh water is always available and any accidents are cleaned up promptly with enzymatic spray. I am currently only taking in one guest dog at a time, so your pup will have plenty of attention between my partner and me. You will receive at least one photo or video update per day so you can see exactly how your pup is doing. For first time guests, I will always send a morning after update so you know how their first night went. If any concerns come up at any point, I will message you right away. I know how much it means to see a happy dog and I want you to feel at ease from the moment drop off happens. For walks and drop-ins, your dog will have my full attention and will always be on leash outside of fenced areas.

Information Cathy N. would like to know about your pet
If your dog does not do well with other dogs, we may not be the right fit for boarding or daycare. If your dog thrives in daycare environments or loves playing with other pups, please consider us! We do prefer crate trained and socialized dogs. Unfortunately, we are not able to board or provide daycare for dogs with a bite history, aggressive dogs, or dogs that cannot be left alone for 1-2 hours. For walks and drop-ins, we do have experience handling reactive dogs and are happy to work with pups who need a calm and patient handler. Please mention your dog's reactivity in your request so we can plan accordingly.
A typical day
I always strive to give every dog in my care the same level of attention and love that I give my own. Guest dogs follow our household routine unless you have specific preferences, in which case just let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. Morning (7:30am) -- We start the day with potty time, breakfast, and some play time to burn off that morning energy. Midday -- I typically allocate 1-2 hours for walks throughout the day depending on your dog's energy level and needs. If things get overstimulating, I will separate the pups for some downtime and a nap so everyone stays happy and regulated. Afternoon -- We go with the flow. Additional walks, backyard time, or just lounging around the house depending on how the day is going. Evening -- We wind down as a group. Toys get put away, lights get dimmed, and the house settles into quiet time so everyone gets a good night's rest. You will receive at least one photo or video update per day so you can see exactly how your pup is doing. I know how much it means to see a happy dog, and I want you to feel at ease from the moment drop off happens.

Pet care experience
I've been a lifelong dog lover and the moment I had my own space, I dove in headfirst. I now have four dogs of my own and wouldn't trade a second of it. That journey taught me more than I ever expected, and I genuinely understand the anxiety that comes with trusting someone else with your fur baby. I'm here to make that easy for you. I also volunteered at a dog shelter, which gave me hands-on experience with dogs of all backgrounds, temperaments, and needs, including reactive dogs. If you've struggled to find a sitter/walker willing to work with a reactive pup, you're in the right place. DAYCARE My partner and I work as a team, so your dog is never without attentive care. I work a hybrid schedule and my partner works from home, meaning there is always someone around throughout the day. With four dogs of our own, your pup will have a ready-made social crew to hang out with. This is a great fit if your dog is social and thrives around other dogs. We have plenty of experience with puppies, including raising our own, and are happy to assist with potty training, crate training, or general manners if that's helpful. Our home has a fenced backyard with a dedicated potty area + grass. Walks are part of the routine, and for higher-energy dogs, we're happy to incorporate a nearby dog park (on leash until inside a fenced area, always). Please note: All dogs must be dog-friendly to join our pack. We want everyone, yours included, to have a great time. BOARDING For multi-night stays, we do prefer dogs that are crate-trained and can be left alone briefly for things like errands or the gym. If your dog has separation anxiety, just let us know ahead of time so we can talk through whether it's a good fit. Bringing your own crate is welcome but not required. WALKS AND DROP-INS I have experience handling dogs of all energy levels and temperaments, including reactive dogs who need a calm, patient handler. Your dog will always be on leash!
Reviews

Cathy is an amazing sitter. She provides plenty of updates and will definitely make sure your pup is comfortable. Highly recommend!

Cathy was great with Daisy! We were able to set up a proper meet and greet before the stay. Cathy was communicative during the stay, responded quickly, and provided photo updates.

Cathy and Lilo are the best.

Cathy seems very easy going, and I could tell she was so good with my 9 month old puppy. She was very flexible with drop off and pick up schedule, and my dog came home very happy. No signs of anxiety noticed! Will definitely leave my dog again with her
