I have owned pets my whole life, I currently have two frenchies (mother and daughter). I did one litter with my dog because it was goal of my late husbands. I successfully helped mom deliver pups naturally and cared for the puppies from birth until 2-3months old. I kept one pup to keep mom happy as her anxiety increased as the pups were leaving. I decided the breeding process was not a good fit for my family because we love our dogs too much to see them in the pain of pregnancy and labor again. I have two children 16 and 4 years old who have both been around pets since birth and are gentle and loving.
