About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and they’ve always been part of the family. My home is cozy and dog-friendly, with two large pups of my own and a spacious, fenced backyard they can enjoy through a dog door while I’m home. When I’m away, all dogs stay safely inside. To keep things comfortable, I host no more than four dogs at a time (including my own). If you have more than two dogs from the same household, I may be able to make an exception depending on their size and needs. I know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your pup with someone new, so I’m happy to send daily updates and pictures to give you peace of mind. Your dog will be treated like family here! Get $20 off your first booking with me https://www.rover.com/sit/annetn64528 I work from home so I’m home most of the day. I try to limit time away from home to 4 hours a day. If I’m watching a puppy or a dog that cannot be alone for 4 hours, I can accommodate if my schedule is open. For long stays, there are some days i may be out longer than 4 hours if I have an event but I will let you know before booking. Your pup is welcome to lounge on the furniture and will receive plenty of love, attention, and playtime from me and my two dogs and will have free roam in the house. We have a communal toy bin and a spacious, fenced backyard accessible via a dog door when I’m home. When I leave, the dogs are secured inside the house. Until your pup is ready to free roam unsupervised with my dogs, they’ll have a safe, separate hallway complete with a comfy dog bed, toys, and water, so they can still see and enjoy the company of the others for the times I am not home . If your fur baby prefers a crate while I’m away, I can do that only if they genuinely enjoy their crate and look forward to settling in. If your dog enjoys walks, I’m happy to take them for a drive to a nearby park or a friendly neighborhood walk. I care about a harmonious environment, so I can only host dogs that get along well with others. My home is best suited for pups who love to play and mingle, and I currently host up to two small to medium dogs to keep things cozy. We love puppies.

“Kashay was an incredible caregiver for our dog, Al. She went above and beyond to ensure our dog felt loved and cared for in our absence. Kashay recognized that I was nervous and made sure to send constant communications and cute pictures - by day two, my worries were gone and I was confident that our Al was in great hands. She even gave Al a bath, so he came home nice and shiny. I would definitely book with Kashay again!”

“Achara is the BEST! I had a sitter lined up to watch my pup while I was out of town for my graduation, and the worst happened - 2 minutes before meeting up, the sitter canceled at the last minute. I was leaving for my grad the same day and scrambled to find anyone who was wiling to watch my pup. Achara saved the day! She was flexible, calm, and reassuring. She sent daily pics and updates, and she also works from home, so I didn't have to worry about my pup being cooped up in a crate all day. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Achara. I don't have enough words to express how grateful I am for Achara <3”

“Reginay was awesome! Our original rover cancelled last minute and Reginay was able to board nala during our 11 day cruise. She was extremely responsive and caring and was understanding when we arrived late. We will definitely be working with her again.”

“Kirsten was amazing and kept us updated every day of our dog's week long stay. We could tell Rayla was very comfortable being at their house and loved playing with their own dog. They are great sitters!”

“My two girls Sophie and McKayla enjoyed their stay! They were safe and secure in Kazue’s care. We received lots of pictures on a daily basis from morning to evening time. I asked to extend their visit and Kazue was very accommodating. Great caregiver, I would definitely recommend her services!”

About: Hi! I’m Braunte, a proud part time dog mom, lifelong animal lover, and dedicated pet sitter who takes pet care to the next level. I’ve been caring for animals since I was 12 years old, including my two beloved Havanese, Miso and Jax, and a wide range of other pets from large dogs to cats. I truly treat every pet as if they were my own. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities. I don’t just show up, I go above and beyond. Whether your pet needs a play buddy or a customized care routine, I’m your go-to sitter. Here’s what I bring to the table: • Years of hands-on experience with small + large breeds • Comfortable with senior pets, puppies, shy pets, and medical needs • Obsessive attention to hygiene: brushing fur, cleaning eyes, trimming nails, brushing teeth, and giving soothing baths • Administering basic treatments (infections, oral meds, topicals, etc.) • Long walks, fetch, enrichment play, or just some serious chill time • I’m totally cool with instructions—the longer the list, the better. I thrive on detail. • Happy to send regular photo/video updates, detailed notes, and follow your routine to the letter • Calm, nurturing presence pets trust quickly Outside of pet care, I’m a college student at Sacramento State majoring in Communication Studies and I’ve worked in marketing for over three years, often with organizations supporting unhoused families. My work reflects my passion for service and empathy, and I bring that same energy to how I care for animals. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only reliable and loving, but also tuned in to every detail, I’d be honored to care for your furry family members! Let’s connect—I can’t wait to meet your pets 🐕🐈💜 I am currently working 10 hours a week at my schools’s radio station at Sac State. Other than that, I have a very flexible schedule. In my home, pets are treated like family. I live in a pet-friendly, gated apartment community with access to a dog park. My one-bedroom apartment is safe, clean, and calm—perfect for pets who enjoy a relaxed environment. I share care of my two small dogs with my mom, so I have plenty of pet supplies, including a gate to help manage space if needed. While I don’t have a crate of my own, I’m very familiar with crate training and can easily accommodate it if you provide one. I’m also comfortable letting pets safely roam if that’s their routine. I follow feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, and downtime closely to match what your pet is used to. In a client’s home, I’m extremely respectful of your space and every instruction you leave. I love details and routines—whether that includes feeding, walking, brushing, administering meds, cleaning up, or just being a calm, friendly presence. I pay attention to your pet’s comfort and cues, making sure they feel safe and cared for while you’re away. Whether in my home or yours, I focus on creating a stress-free, loving environment and always care for pets as if they were my own.

“Nelly is amazing. She lept.my 4 yo Yorkie for 3 nights. He was so happy and energetic when I picked him up. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!”

“My girls are extremely active (and wild) and I was very concerned about their first time staying anywhere else. Alexandra was very communicative with me and gave me super helpful advice to support their nervousness. She has a big yard which is perfect for any dog. She genuinely cares about dogs’ well being and was overall significantly better than any dog hotel or formal boarding.”

“Sabrina watched my pups for 4 nights and was incredible with them. I was really able to enjoy my time away knowing they were in such good hands. She communicated clearly and frequently the entire time, sending pupdates and pics also, which I loved seeing. Pickup and drop off was perfect also, following some specific requests I had for that with one of my high energy pups. I wouldn’t hesitate to have my girls stay with her again.”

“Matt was absolutely amazing with our two dogs, going above and beyond with our anxious Doberman puppy who struggled when we're away. He sent us detailed updates and photos every day, which was so reassuring - especially seeing them enjoy their daily walks together! His messages about their behavior and activities were super helpful, and we really appreciated how quickly he let us know about our pup's paw wound (which we already knew about). He truly understood how to handle our young Dobie's separation anxiety and kept both dogs happy and comfortable throughout their stay. His professional and attentive approach made what could have been a stressful time so much smoother for everyone. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter!”

“Harry and Thomas were great, friendly, and flexible. Our dog, Pirate, immediately warmed to them and loved their awesome yard. They kept us updated during our travels. All was great! I highly recommend Harry and Thomas!”

“Our doggo Zoey has been with Nelly for several day care sessions and two boarding stays. Zoey is a nervous and anxious pup who is afraid of strangers, but every time she goes to Nelly's, she improves and opens up more. Nelly takes the time and care to make her comfortable and put her at ease. This last stay, we got updates of Zoey cuddling on the couch, playing with Nelly, and even giving her kisses! Nelly is the only person we trust to leave our baby with. If it weren't for Nelly, we would not be able to travel or see our families far away. We highly recommend Nelly if you have an anxious or special-needs dog!”

“Thank you so much Danielle and Gabe for watching Ruby! I could tell Ruby had a great time and I got daily updates from them. I definitely will use them again!”

“I can’t imagine that there could be a more genuinely caring and involved care giver for our dog. Thank you Erin, for always making it relaxing to be away, as we know that our Pepper, is with his other family. You are the best, and our family appreciates you. The McBee’s”
