About: I've taken care of my dogs, friends' dogs, and house-sat for dog owners. I’m experienced with dogs of all energy levels and temperaments. I currently work Sunday through Wednesday, and I’m fully available Thursday through Saturday. On those days, I can give your pet my full attention and focus on their care, routine, and needs. On Sunday through Wednesday, I am available before 8 am and after 8 pm. I provide dog sitting and dog walking with a strong focus on safety, trust, and maintaining each dog’s normal routine. I am comfortable with small dogs and large dogs who need a lot of exercise.

About: I’ve been around pets my entire life, and I truly believe they’re one of the best parts of the world. I was a dog owner for over 10 years, and after losing my sweet girl to cancer, I really missed having furry friends around. That experience reminded me just how much joy and companionship pets bring into our lives. From dogs and cats to fish and hamsters, caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I’m a family guy with a comfortable home and a safe, secure environment where your pet can feel relaxed, loved, and right at home. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your furry family member with someone else. While I’m at work, my wife and daughter are home and will be there to care for them. Your pets will always have someone at home with them, so they won’t be left alone. You can have peace of mind knowing your pets will receive care, attention, and companionship around the clock. I have a good-sized, secure backyard where dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time, as well as a public walking path right behind my house for those who enjoy stretching their legs and getting some exercise. I love taking dogs for walks—it’s a great way for them to get fresh air, exercise, and enrichment while keeping them happy and comfortable. I always make sure pets are supervised, cared for, and treated like part of the family while they’re in my home.

About: Loved and cared for two puppies, potty trained them and how to sit and shake. Currently caring for our second chihuahua that is 10 y/o I am currently taking classes on the weekdays for a Personal Training program—which is really flexible. The weekends will be needed for a second job. Treating every pet and home like my own, I follow routines closely by keeping doors locked, sending photo updates, and staying responsive throughout your trip.

About: I taken care of family and friends dogs which range from small to decently large dogs. While I was in the U.S. Army I worked and trained with German Shepherds. I have three cats and had the oldest for eight years now. I also have watch my family and friends cats so I sit both. If they are active pets, I can keep up with their energy. I will take care of your babies with no assistance except from the instructions of the parents(owners). I'm currently open and have a flexible schedule, so I'm happy to work around your pet's unique needs whether it's regular visits or last-minute plans. A caring passionate individual like myself is perfect to care, and be responsible for your amazing baby. I am a fresh college graduate from Sac state with my major in geology. My research dives into fish otolith's, where we test strontium to calcium ratios to estimate prehistoric sea temperatures. I am dependable, caring and attentive for animals any time of day. About: I am returning to Rover after a long hiatus while pursuing my PhD. Before my beloved Stella (black pitty) passed away, we had a wonderful time dog-sitting for clients. After many years of grief and a very, very busy life in my doctoral program, I have another doggy companion, Bruce. We enjoy working from home together and are excited to care for your pets! Training my boxer, Bruce, has been such a rewarding experience, and we hope to have the chance to help others on their journeys to build strong connections between handlers and their beloved companions. Working from home allows me to adapt to different needs and routines to stick as closely as possible with your pets current routine to give them a sense of familiarity. With the school year starting I am unavailable Tuesdays and Thursdays. I’m comfortable with young puppies to seniors, nervous/shy cats, those who need medication and anyone in between ☺️ I’m located right in the heart of the Mission District and work in Noe Vallley, so anywhere in those two areas are easy for me to access. I also have a car and can access further if need be! About: My name is Marissa and I'm am excited to return to Rover! My love for animals has been around since I was a child but blossomed during my time volunteering for an animal shelter. In addition to my volunteer work, I had an English Springer Spaniel for 11 years and a cat for 8 years, so I have quite a bit of experience caring for dogs and cats. I have administered oral medication, washed and walked dogs, helped train dogs, and brushed their teeth. I'm very patient with all cats and dogs and give them my full attention. I'm available most weekends and some weekdays, especially with advanced notice. Any specific requests? Let me know and I'll be happy to accommodate! I am currently working M-F from 8:00-5:00, but can accommodate weekday drop-in visits with additional notice. My main availability is on weekends and holidays. I take great care to ensure my clients’ homes are respected. I always offer to water any plants or do any small chores in addition to pet sitting.
