About: I have owned dogs my entire life. My friends and family have depended on me while they are away on vacation or working long days. I have begun offering my services to the general public. My love for animals has always been strong. I actually prefer animals over humans! I recently became CPR certified for both cats and dogs so you will have peace of mind when your pets are in my care. I am a self-employed professional with a very flexible schedule working mostly remote. This gives me the opportunity to care for your pets when needed. I offer overnight stays in the comfort of your home or a flexible walking schedule as needed. I realize every household has different needs and I will try to accommodate.

About: Hi! I’m Dina, a lifelong animal lover based in Niantic, CT. I recently moved to the area with my husband, Collin, who works at Millstone, and our very spoiled fur baby, Leo the cat. Although I’m new to Rover and still fairly new to the area, I’m definitely not new to pet care. I’m 33 years old and have been pet sitting since middle school, caring for both dogs and cats through long-term stays, drop-in visits, walks, feeding routines, litter changes, and playtime. I’m patient with shy or nervous pets and always let them warm up at their own pace. One of my favorite moments was when I got a skittish dog to come over and say hi, and my niece asked if I could “speak Dog.” I can’t officially confirm, but I do have a pretty good track record with tail wags. 🐕 My background is in photography and marketing, but I recently stepped back from that field to chase my dream of becoming an author. I’m currently working on my first YA fantasy novel while earning extra income doing something I genuinely love: caring for animals. I also have plenty of references available upon request. As an added bonus, I offer mini pet photo sessions during visits for an additional fee. I shoot with a Nikon mirrorless camera, and pets have always been one of my favorite subjects. My cat Leo is basically a celebrity in my camera roll, and I’d love to capture sweet, funny, frame-worthy moments of your pets too. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry family members! My schedule is currently very flexible since I’m working on writing my first YA fantasy novel full-time, which allows me to dedicate plenty of attention and care to pet sitting throughout the week. I’m especially open for bookings this summer, including weekdays and many weekends, with the exception of some limited availability from mid to late August. During visits, I pay close attention to details like secure doors and gates, clean food and water areas, safe walking practices, and making sure pets feel relaxed and cared for in their home environment. I also love sending photo and video updates while you’re away because I know how much people miss their pets. Sometimes all it takes is one picture of your dog smiling on a walk or your cat dramatically stretched across the couch like royalty to make being away a little easier. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pets are safe, happy, and getting lots of love and attention while you’re gone.

About: I’ve had multiple dogs my whole life ranging from chihuahuas, to Alaskan malamutes, pitmix, to dogs you just aren’t sure what they are but that just makes them all the more lovable. I love being active so taking dogs for a walk gives me even more of an excuse to be outside to run around. I also love meeting new dogs and ensuring they get the enrichment they need throughout the day while their human is out doing what they need to do. I love to teach dogs new tricks or to see them learn how to walk on a leash better. My goal is to always make sure the dog is well taken care of and ready for the day ahead after a much needed walk. I am currently working part time so I love filling in what time I can with helping dogs. With work schedules for most people getting more hectic, I help where I can. I’ve walked elderly dogs who have back problems, and puppies who are petrified of the harness attached to them. I show dogs patience in their life circumstances so they can get the most enjoyment.

About: I love dogs! I have a degree in Animal Science and have experience working as a Vet Tech. I have yet to meet a dog I don't like! I have owned dogs my entire life, currently own 2 labs. I love to walk and play with play with them. I will certainly treat your dog like he/She is one of my own. I am a stay at home mom and my schedule is pretty flexible. If any medication needs to be administered, I have no problem doing it. I don't mind walking in the rain, snow, cold or heat. About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have always loved caring for them. I currently live with my parents, where we have two family dogs, an Australian Kelpie and a Border Collie/Lab mix. So I'm very comfortable with energetic dogs and understand the importance of exercise, routine, and positive attention. Since graduating high school five years ago, I've regularly dog sat for friends and family, caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. Whether it's going for walks, stopping by for drop-in visits, or keeping your pup company while you're away, I'll make sure they receive the same love, care, and attention I'd want for my own dogs. I currently work four days a week, so I'm available for pet care on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. On the days I work, I don't start until 1:00 PM, which means I'm also available for morning walks and drop-in visits before work. About: I've worked in the pet industry for 10 years as a boarding and washing attendant at a Veterinary clinic and as a Supervisor at a pet store in California called Kahoots Pet Store. I've befriended puppies to senior doggies to kitties and more and I've received lots of handling experience from these jobs. I've watched many friend's and family's animals over years. I love animals and have 3 cats of my own along with 3 leopard geckos and a Mexican black king snake! Im currently working part time so I'll have lots of time to hang out with your pups or kitties. I have pretty open availability as far walking or house sitting is concerned. I can take your pups out into the backyard and play with them as long as it's fenced or we can go out for leashed walks. If the kitties are comfortable with me around them I'd love to play with them but I won't push their comfort zone if that's not something they want. We'll coexist in the same space peacefully.

About: I’m a teacher on summer break and love dogs. I’ve grew up with 2 German shepherds and a bull mastiff. I adopted my own mix breed a little over a year ago. I have babysat several family member and friends dogs. I’ve driven dogs to weddings for pictures and home. I’m a very active person and love walking. I’m a teacher on break and a dog mom myself. I am flexible during the summer and a very active person. I love taking dogs for walks or throwing the ball in the yard. I have grown up with dogs and adopted my own dog last year. About: Hello! I just finished my master’s and am looking to pick up some dog-walking and pet-sitting gigs as I apply for jobs. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of various sizes, temperaments, and ages. I have worked in a doggy daycare and a pet store and have had pets of my own. My schedule is very flexible and I have reliable transportation I put your pet’s comfort level first.
