Our cat usually hides from new people in the house and she warmed right up to them. I would highly recommend them and feel relieved we found a couple who will take care of our fur baby when we are away.”

“Heather was a God send for me. On short notice she was able to come to my apartment and look after my two cats. As a travel nurse, I am on assignment for 13 weeks and then move somewhere else. I needed to go out of town for a wedding and I didn’t want my cats boarded in an unfamiliar environment. Heather came to my apartment and the two cats interacted with her almost immediately.. Heather took notes and asked questions so she could take care of them. I highly recommend her to care for your pets.”

About: After breeding and raising guide dogs, my mom joined Rover a few years ago. After seeing her connect with clients, I am now venturing out on my own Rover Journey. I currently have a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy (who I adore) but limits me to drop in visits. I hope to broaden my services as she gets older and completes her therapy dog certification. As a high school special ed teacher, I have summers off and leave work at 2:30 pm. This leaves time in the day for drop in visits and anything else your pet may need! Due to having a puppy, I do not spend the night at clients house. However, our yard in fenced in and has cameras if a boarding emergency arises. Cats must stay at home due to boarding complications.

About: I have dogs and cats my whole life. And have cared for friends pets. I don't think I could life without a animal of some kind in my life. I work the night shift and have all day for care. But will be retiring in a little over a year. Will be able to do more and animals will give me something to do and happy I know how I take care of my dog. But each client has there own way. Would have to discuss each pet each one is different .

“Emily was great! We did a meet and greet before the day of the check-in to make sure Maple (our dog) could warm up and be comfortable with her. She sent us pictures of Maple during the check-in and let us know Maple was behaved on her walk. We will definitely use Emily again when the opportunity presents! Thank you so much Emily!!!”
