“We had to board our 2-year-old cur Rocky, who was skittish around other dogs and had never been boarded. She allowed us to get him acclimated with doggie daycare sessions which made him more comfortable with her. He stayed with Tara 11 days and we got multiple videos and text messages and photos from Tara concerning Rocky. Each day he was a little more comfortable with the other dogs and began playing with them instead of just sniffing them and watching them play with other dogs. He got plenty of exercise and I think he might have even lost a pound or two by staying more active with Tara than with us. I couldn't have chosen a better person to watch Rocky during our vacation. I cannot recommend Tara enough when it comes to pet sitting!”

I recently left my senior Lab, Marley, with Danielle for four nights. After meeting Danielle, prior to Marley’s stay, her friendly nature and caring attitude as well as her extensive knowledge of dogs (she works at an animal hospital), put me at ease throughout my time away. Danielle sent me daily updates as well as adorable pictures. I also really appreciated her pick-up and drop off service as well as her timely administration of Marley’s medication. About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life, I have owned and cared for multiple breeds of dogs and cats, big and small, and been a pet sitter for friends and family on and off for the last 10 years. As a result of my experience as a pet parent and sitter I am very comfortable with most breeds. I also have limited experience training full grown dogs as well as puppies. I am available for walks, check-ins, or pet sitting every day. I am also available for boarding on a case by case basis. My work schedule allows me to be present for most of the day, so I can remain attentive and take plenty of walk and play breaks. During the times that I am gone I am able to crate them if that is your preference or they can have free access to the main part of the house and I will check in on them regularly through the doggie cams. I am able to dog sit in your home as well as in my own home, which has a large amount of indoor space that they can roam around in, as well as a partially fenced back yard that they can play in on a long leash with my supervision. I have plenty of time for walks and play breaks during the day. And during the few hours a day that I am out of the house, they can be crated, or they can roam around the main part of the house. I check in on them every half hour through the doggy cams set up in the house. I am comfortable walking, feeding, and if necessary, providing medication on the schedule and in the manner that you prefer.

I work from home and have plenty of time to spend with your pet, whether that’s walking them, playing with them or bringing them to appointments!! I don’t have a fenced in yard but have plenty of space to walk and play with your dog outside (or inside!). Chaqutia put my mind at ease instantly and sent updates multiple times throughout the day of both photos and videos as well as a report of how he did with his food and confirming he took his meds. Any questions I had or suggestions I made, she responded to promptly. She’s a very kind and caring person and also very responsible with things like a camera set up in the room dogs sleep in to check on throughout the night. She was flexible with both pick up and drop off times and really listened to our needs Her home is beautiful, large and on a very quiet secluded road which was reassuring as less traffic. Her family are truly lovely and her eldest child played with Ralph lots (particularly loved those videos) Would definitely use Chaqutia again and recommend her to others!”
