“Jordan was a fantastic sitter and care-taker for my girls. Plenty of walks, love, and snuggles. I came home and it was as if I never left - with the exception that I think my girls were maybe a little sad that the nice snuggly lady had left! Will definitely hire again and would recommend to anyone!”

“Anel stayed overnight at our home while we were away and took care of our dog Minnie who has separation anxiety. We came home to a relaxed and happy dog and a very clean home. We highly recommend her!”

“Jordan is the BEST! Our 'discerning' dog was immediately at ease with her gentle and calm energy and clearly misses her after she stayed with him in our home for a week. Already re-booked her!”

“Anna was a good sitter and flexible with the record lows and snowstorms that made taking my dog out and even getting to my house difficult. I occasionally had to request updates and photos after not hearing anything for a day or two, which can be stressful when away, but Anna was always quick to respond.”

“Bryanna was fantastic! She accepted our last-minute request to dog sit on July 4th and made everything easy. She communicated clearly, showed up right on time, and took great care of our dogs, EJ and Raven. Although she had to leave a little early, she made sure our dogs were all set and comfortable before heading out. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and responsibility. We'd absolutely recommend Bryanna and would gladly book with her again!”

“Karena was so fantastic house sitting our 2 pups. She stayed with them for a full week! She cleaned up after our one dog got sick on the rug, made sure both dogs ate and went for plenty of walks, sent pictures regularly, gave our dogeached out when she had specific care questions. She was highly respectful of our house, too! Would definitely book her again!”

“Thank you, Lydia! Imo was great when we got back and the house was in fine shape. Thanks for taking care of the bed linen and for watering Paul’s ferns. We hope you’ll be available in the future.”

“Abbey was great with our senior guy for a week while we were on vacation. She sent us pictures and updates twice a week and follow all of our instructions for him. We will use Abbey again!”

“Rachel was professional, courteous, and fantastic with the pets. She communicated as requested with pictures and updates. She went above and beyond with the care of our four pets and our home I would recommend Rachel to anyone looking for her services.”

“Brittany was amazing and really helped to make our wedding weekend super stress-free, house sitting and taking care of our dogs while we got married! She made sure to give us regular updates throughout the weekend, keeping us at ease and we knew our fur babies were in good hands so we can focus on the big day. Brittany is extremely trustworthy and we will 100% be using her services again. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend!”

About: Hello! My name is Shannon and I have spent nearly my entire life caring for animals and would love to care for yours. While earning my degree as a Wildlife Biologist, I was a professional dog walker and pet sitter for a host of repeat clients for years in MN. Moving to NYC, I pounded the pavement with furry friends while also working as an Ornithologist at the American Museum of Natural History. I have worked at myriad veterinary clinics as a Vet Tech with domestic as well as exotic pets. I can safely administer medication from the largest Mastiff to the most delicate of Budgies. I have been cornered by an Andean Condor and lived to tell while a Zookeeper at the Bronx Zoo, where animal care expertise was of paramount importance. Training and enrichment exercises are competitive assets I am able to offer to support your critter's happy, healthy home life. Running a small petting zoo has familiarized me with the barnyard friends as well. In addition to my extensive professional experience, I am committed to animal welfare advocacy via fostering, fundraising and volunteerism. While studying monkeys in Belize, I co-founded a local Humane Society chapter to assuage conflict between residents and feral dog populations. Our Boston Terrier, Hooligan, and I are avid hikers and love explore all the terrain the Hudson Valley has to offer. We would enjoy bringing your hiking buddy along with us! I look forward to making your young, old, furry, feathered or scaly friends tired and happy - showered with affection and fun!

About: I worked in the animal industry for the last six years and have been a certified Dog Trainer for the last five. I have experience with senior dogs; Medication and specific dietary needs. I have two for babies at my own. Being a pet owner and working in the animal industry, I understand how nerve-racking it is to trust somebody with your pets care. I’m looking to create peace of mind. Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. Saturday 9AM to 12PM I’m absolutely willing to create more of a flexible schedule upon request with ample notice. Currently in an apartment with a medium to large dog and a cat. Not currently offering boarding in Connecticut. The house in New York has a 6 foot fence with large amount of yard space.

About: I'm a FinTech employed millennial living in New Windsor. Often time that means I work from home, which means having a furry friend around to get me up and around the neighborhood is an added bonus to my workday. I've watched dogs & cats for friends, and family, and always enjoyed the experience. Bonding with new Pets and getting to know their personalities, habits, and behaviors is always a great time. The dog in my profile picture (Lana) is actually my basketball teammate's dog and is a rescue and she's the one I've spent the most time with. Since that's unfortunately not a frequent thing, I'd love to expand my options and spend more time with different dogs of all breeds and build more experience with them. I want to build a relationship with your dog and become like a family member to them and become a person you can rely on to assist with them as needed. Looking forward to meeting you and your 4 legged loved ones. I work Pet Care into my lunch Breaks, Coffee Breaks, very necessary fur buddy cuddle breaks, and make sure to introduce my new teammates to my work teammates. Generally, I keep the pet close to me for the first 24 hours and aim to do walks every 3 hours until there is a good amount of comfort established. I also like to make sure there is a nice empty bladder and plenty of exercises. When pet sitting I generally get in a minimum of 5 miles of walking around a day. In addition, I try to make sure the pet is okay and also in a good mental state by doing this. Lots of Reassurance, rubs, petting etc.IO usually also stay up fairly late to ensure that there is someone with the fur buddy for the first day throughout the majority of the day.
