“Irish is amazing! And couldn’t recommend her more! Irish was reliable, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure our pup and cat were comfortable, happy, and well-cared for. We got regular updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. It’s such a relief to have someone we can trust, and we’ll definitely be booking her again. Thank you, Irish, for taking such great care of our furry family members!”

“Chris was so great! She house sat for our pup Nalu and he was well taken care of. He likes to take lots of walks and go on adventures and Chris accommodated all of that. We were updated regularly with pictures and videos. She is great, I’d highly recommend her. Professional and communicated well.”
“Jessica was professional, knowledgeable and very experienced in caring for our 10-year-old chocolate lab, Kira. During Jesica’s first meet and greet, it was clear that Kira felt at ease with her, indicating they would be a great match for all involved. Jessica properly administered Kira’s medications during her 5-night stay in our home. Jessica not only took good care of Kira but also our home. Jessica also took the time to spend with Kira, allowing her to enjoy the outside in our backyard throughout the day. Finally, Jessica sent us daily photos of Kira with updates on her day. We considered other dogsitters but were very happy we chose Jessica to take care of our little one. In short, our entire experience with Jessica was very pleasant, and reassuring. Jessica should be acknowledged for her excellent service and commitment to her clients. Her commitment to her clients far exceeds that of other dogsitters we have used. Jessica will be Kira’s sitter for our future trips. Thank you, Jessica. Rafael and Laura”

“Anastasia was great with my Frenchie. She had no problem giving med's, taking him for a walk, and watering the plants! She sent pic's and left the house as if she never stayed! Thank you Anastasia!”

About: I had a dog as a kid from the ages 6-18. I was a canine coach at a doggy daycare and worked with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I also maintained a group of 30 dogs at a time. I have no problem cleaning poop or puke or anything like that. I also volunteered at a zoo and worked with the primates. I love every animal I see and I especially love dogs. I will love your baby as much as you do Over the summer starting May 11th 2026 I can do any time any day. I do have a trip planned in July. Once the semester starts I can do check-ins and walks in the early afternoons, and evenings on weekdays and anytime on weekends. I can all house sit on any day of you give me a week notice I care for all animals by reading their body language and respecting it. If a dog or cat does not want to be pet, I’m not going to. If they are playful, I’ll be playful. I will also lay down and cuddle your baby. I always put the dogs safety and anxiety first.
“Tabitha was an excellent pet sitter while we were away. She was so attentive to the needs of each of our dogs and was even able to extend her sitting on last minute notice when something came up and we needed an additional day. Will definitely be using Tabitha again in the future.”

“Ash was amazing with our two boys! We have a cane corso and a frenchie and we were super nervous to have someone new watch our pups and they loved her! She even left little treats, a handwritten note, and two beautiful handmade pictures of our pups! So thoughtful and she’s so professional and kind. Highly recommend!”

About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind. Neighbors, friends, and family have. relied on me to check in with, feed and play with their pets. Hope to gain your trust as well I currently work weekends I have a 3 year old daughter that demands most of my attention. But when she is at school from 9-2 during the week I can provide care for your pet as well as I can. “Anna took outstanding care of our three kitties while we were on vacation and our home was perfect upon our return. She sent frequent updates with pictures of our fur babies playing and being their goofy selves. The communication was excellent which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time away. Highly recommend her friendly, professional service.”

She communicated inadvance if there were schedule adjustments. She was there with the cats the whole time which gave us peace of mind while we were away. I recommend her service. We will sure to be return customers.”

About: I grew up with a lot of dogs. I have experience petsitting! I used to work at a shelter and doggy daycare and learned a lot about dogs and their behaviors. I can read a dog's body language and can understand what they need from me. I have taught several dogs new tricks and find it very rewarding. I also have experience giving animals medications (and making sure they actually take them). I love animals and am one day hoping to get into an animal related career field. I am free all the time! I have open availability to petsit! Please give me a text to schedule anything! Look forwarding to hear from you:) I can read body language very well and am able to understand what an animal needs from me. I can entertain a high energy animal with training, walks, play, etc. and can lay around doing nothing with a lazy, chill animal. I am very flexible with animals and am willing to give an animal whatever they need.
“Ashely and Benjamin were exceptional! They went above and beyond just taking care of our dog. They showed her a lot of love and even took her for a grooming. We will definitely keep asking Ashely and Ben to take care of our dog.”

About: We live in a clean home, in a safe community. We have (1) yellow lab that would like a friend to play with during the day. Doggy door available, feed, clean, and walk the dogs, we do it all. We have a pool at another location that we would be happy to take a dog or two, if they like to swim. I currently work from home and have an endless amount of time to feed and throw toys. We have cameras around the home for added security. I have a fenced yard. Dogs are contained within the property, unless on a leash on a walk or on a car ride. Safety is our biggest concern. I work from home and have plenty of time to throw toys and play with the dogs. There is a doggie door and fenced yard to play in. I have a fenced/walled yard with a doggie door. We do not have a pool or anything dangerous in the yard. Dogs are allowed to come and go as they like, unless we are told different by you. We allow dogs on the furniture and in the beds if they like.

New River pet parents share their Rover experiences
Landon was so great! Our dog sitter of ~6 years has moved on from sitting, so we needed to find someone new. Communication was so clear, direct, and quick. This was his first sit for our Fifi and he asked many questions and sent updates, which was much appreciated. Fifi is pretty easy, but does have a lot of small routines to follow and medications at different times. It felt like he really cared about her and making sure he got it right. Will definitely be trying to book Landon for our future sitting needs!
