About: Hello Pet Parents, I'm back to pet sitting after being gone awhile. I was working full time but now I am retired- woo hoo! A little about myself. Friends will tell you that I will run up to greet an animal first before a person - LOL - sad but true! I've volunteered at the AZ Humane Society and rescued all my dogs m from the AZ Animal Welfare League. My last job was working for PetSmart Charities. I just returned from volunteering at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, UT. It was amazing. Please give me a call so we can all have a meet & greet! Thank you! Holly I’ve recently retired and looking to get out of my husband’s hair! I love meeting new pets and adding adventures to their lives since they aren’t with us long enough! At home, we have a pet door and a fully fenced yard. I also own 2 donkeys but I don’t allow them to meet. All it takes is one kick. I’m all about safety first.

About: I'm a professional pet trainer at a major retail chain. I've lived with a dog, cat, chinchilla, hamster, bird, or fish most of my life. I love fur babies and want help people when they need to be away from their beloved pets. Most recently, I helped sit a household with four elderly dogs with various medical needs. I have experience giving medications to dogs, as well as dogs with disabilities like blindness and deafness. Ideally with pet sitting, my wife and I would meet the dogs and/or cats before we pet sit to learn their specific needs, and learn where the food and treats hide. Depending on the pets and the weather, we like long hikes/walks and short trips around the neighborhood. You actually receive two pet sitters with me. My spouse will be home most of the time while I'm at work. I'm also a certified pet sitter with Pet Sitters International. I'm a full-time Pet Trainer at PetSmart, and my wife and I work together when petsitting, so she's there when I'm not. We work together and it's a team business. I like to learn the current routine of your beloved pet(s) and try to keep their routine for their comfort. I make sure I learn your house rules and will not let those puppy dog eyes persuade me to let them on the couch unless you say it is ok. I have my Pet First Aid Course and am taking other courses to increase my Pet Safety knowledge.

About: I’m a former veterinary technician, have cared for a wide range of animals since I was a kid. I know some first aid and have experience with basic grooming(bathing, brushing, nail trimming). Your furry friend will be well cared for when under my care. Currently a stay at home mom, just taking care of my baby and my own animals so have lots of extra time to help care for your dog! I treat every pet as I would treat my own animals. They are like family and will be loved on and cared for during our time together.

About: I have taken care of my family dogs when they go out of town on a long weekend. I would also go and stop by when there at work and play with the dogs so they are not by themselves. I’m currently working as a PRN at Abrazo as a Phlebotomist so I have plenty of time to spend time with and play with your pets. I am a caring and loving person that love all animals. Every morning I wake up and I take my dog for a walk. I tend to take him for a walk morning and I try to at night. I will treat your pets like my very own with lots of love and caring.

About: Since I was young, my household has always had pets. I’ve owned dogs, cats, birds, hamster, fish & even iguanas! Never a dull moment! As I grew older my love and passion for animals grew as well. Being around animals and receiving their unconditional love fills my heart. While in my care, your fur baby will be well taken care of. They will have a friend to play with, if they want, and will be given tons of love and attention. I have a chihuahua terrier mix that I adopted in July of 2018, and she is great around other dogs. So your fur baby will have a new best friend as well. I look forward to meeting you & your furbaby I work from home from 6am-3pm. If I’m needed to stay in your home, I would just work my day there in your place and be with your furbaby all day. (I would need your wifi login) If I’m needed for drop in visits or dog walks, I’d be available after 3PM. Weekends are open as long as I don’t have the date you need blocked off for personal reasons. I’m not able to take dogs into my home because I have a rescue dog named Rango that is a little unpredictable with other dogs. I’d be happy to stay with your pup in your home and keep them comfortable. I would just need to know your furbaby’s routine and feeding schedule. I can also do drop in visits and dog walks M-F after 3:30pm and on the weekends anytime as long as I’m available.

Our backyard is rattlesnake proofed, and you pet will never be outside alone. I will accommodate any rules you have set up for your pet as to not disrupt any training you have in place.

About: Experience caring for anxious and/or special needs animals (diapers, mobility issues, medication, senior dogs, puppies) both professionally and personally. I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been pet sitting on and off for family friends and neighbors since I was a teenager, but started doing so more professionally in the past 5 years. Most of my experience is with overnight care for dogs (ranging from a single night to a full month at a time) but I’m an animal lover with personal experience caring for every kind of pet imaginable (horses, ferrets, fish, cats, bunnies, reptiles/tortoises). I work very flexible hours part-time which mostly consists of work from home, this leaves my schedule wide open for overnight care and long stays. Very good at keeping consistency with feeding and medication schedules, as well as making sure potty breaks taken as frequently as needed (experience with special needs dogs who require being let outside/cleaned up after much more than other dogs).

About: My first dog I got when I was in the 4th grade. She changed my life. Now I’ve never been able to connect with a dog on that level since her but I still love them. & hope some day I will be able to give my kids that. I am a single mom with 3 kids under the age of 6. Adding a fur baby to the mix just isn’t in the cards for me right now. & after this year I’m looking to get back on my feet. So I thought this could be a good way to make some extra money to help us. We are a very active bunch. Love hiking, walking, and pretty much anything outdoors. Like I said before we are always outside. I like to take walks in the morningsevenings. Love hiking. I work from home so I can make my own schedule. Depends on the dog. Just like my kids each one is different. What works for one might not work for the other. I would like to mimic as much as the dogs normal as possible.

About: I have had pets my whole life and I adore animals (more than people!). I'm one of those introverts who prefers animals : ). I live on an acre and a half in a cozy space I rent next to 12 chickens and Sissy Goat! My neighborhood has horses, trails and a dog park nearby. I am very responsible and trustworthy having owned a janitorial business servicing high end homes for 11 years. I loved my work and was known for being meticulous. I've been self employed in various forms for almost 30 years and despise sitting around! I'm currently getting my mind-body nutrition coaching off the ground with most of my work being from home. I need to stay busy so I love being active outdoors whether it's walking or working and I adore preparing food. I enjoy being a steward for our precious furry friends. They depend on us to take care of them as a part of our family. I rescued a puppy (see pic) from certain death in rural Alaska where I was working. I paid all expenses to get him back and found him a loving home. I also fed many starving dogs out there a few times a week in blizzard conditions (see pic). My heart just aches for neglected animals. I love every one of them. My secular work schedule can be a bit busy at certain times of the year. I do well with overnights when the schedule is flexible. I currently work long days Sunday, Monday and every other Wednesday in Goodyear and have long breaks in my day to care for pets. I'd be open to jobs out that way or anywhere on the far west side. I am not able to work North of Anthem or in New River. When pets are in their own environment they are much more relaxed. Very little needs to change for them and this is ideal. This is why I keep my service prices on the low side because I want people to be able to afford the service. I love visiting other peoples homes & experiencing different locations. I am currently living in a very small space so to be able to spread out once in a while it’s ideal! I can’t have any pets of my own at this time so this gives me a fur baby auntie status : ) It’s a win-win!
