About: I’ve loved animals and taking care of them ever since I was a kid. Our house has never not had a dog and/or cats, so I’m very experienced when it comes to cat and dog care! I love and enjoy taking care of them, and also love taking care of other kinds of animals too, as I’ve also had parakeets, hamsters, and fish! I’m currently doing freelance work with AI so I’m open for any time and day! Just let me know your needs and I can handle them. I have three cats and a dog in my house. I care for my brother’s two cats when he’s away (food, litter box, nail clippings as needed) and even sometimes while he’s here. I help with my sister’s dog and her cat similarly. I used to take care of my mom’s older cat until she passed away recently.

“Leah did a phenomenal job watching my dog, Denver. From the start, she was incredibly communicative and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. She kept me updated, was very kind, and it was clear Denver was in great hands the entire time. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. 10/10 experience, and I would most definitely book with her again in the future.”

“Anthony was great! Even with last minute notice, he was willing to come check in on Oakley. I reached out to him the day before heading out of town, and he made time that same evening for a quick meet and greet. He’s a natural and truly great with dogs! Oakley looked happy and comfortable in all the photos Anthony sent, and he was in such good spirits when we got home. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“Joy, took care of our two dogs while on vacation. She was absolutely amazing , our babies love her , she played with them , took on walks , fed and gave medication . She even took the younger pup to day care to play with his friends. When we arrived back home the house smelled wonderful . Joy had cleaned the house and left an adorable hand made gift for us . I will definitely have joy watch our babies next time we go out of town . AAA+++ service”

“Avery has been watching Yuki and Cosmo for about a month now 2xs a week. She is always right on time, attentive, and gentle with them. Yuki is timid and I can see he has warmed up to her in a short amount time. She sends me pictures while I’m at work and a detailed report card of her visits. I highly recommend Avery to care for your babies!!”

And of course, you’ll get plenty of cute photo updates so you can see your dog living their absolute best life. I’m available for drop-ins and walks every day of the week from 8 AM to 8 PM, including weekends. If you need daytime care, last-minute check-ins, or flexible visit times, I’ve got you covered! I double-check food, water, and any medications, and I make sure your home and your pet are secure before I leave every visit. Your peace of mind matters just as much as your pet’s comfort!
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my extensive background as a military working dog handler and kennel master for a decade. This experience has given me a deep understanding of canine behavior and training. I've trained hunting dogs throughout my life and have grown up surrounded by dogs of all types. My expertise extends to owning and nurturing various breeds, transforming high-energy hunting and working dogs into loving, well-adjusted companions. Whether it's training a puppy or providing special care for senior pets, I bring a unique combination of skills and passion to ensure your furry friends receive the best care possible. I currently work a full time job that is typically 7-8 hour shift, and I am off on weekends. I always take my own dogs for walks, runs, or hikes after work so they get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. I have a fully fenced big back yard and 3 of my own dogs. Your pet would be under supervision and able to play on the back yard and can also go on long walks. Your pet would be treated and cared for as though they were my own.

I currently work full time, but am hoping to pick up pet sitting as more of a full time job to allow myself more flexibility! I treat any animal as my own. I’ve always had a soft spot for animals and have a passion for caring for your pets the same way you do.

If you have any last minute needs or changes I will work with you to make it happen. I can occasionally dog sit in your home…just send me a message and I’ll see what I can do. I have my own dog that would need cared for as well.
“Jessica put me immediately at ease about my hesitation leaving my pups with a stranger. I hate, hate leaving them at a kennel so when a friend told me about Rover, i checked it out. Jessica's 75 return customers was an initial sell. Her ease and kind manner sealed my decision. Trust Jessica. My pup, Pedro, who trusts nobody welcomed her into the house. Trust Jessica. If you aren't sold by now on trusting Jessica with your pups, nothing will. I will be a return customer.”

“The only reason we were able to go to Disney for a week, is because Adrienne was so trustworthy. She went above and beyond with her service and we will definitely have her on speed dial for all future trips!”

“Amazing puppysitter. Lea took great care of our babies, making sure to play with them every single visit! This was amazing for our high energy girl pup who has bad separation anxiety. Our dogs warmed up to her quickly & really loved playing with her. Thanks again Lea. 🩷”

Abby was very good with my dogs. It is clear that she knows the nuances of dog behavior. She came by to meet them before her scheduled drop ins and her patience and gentleness with them made me feel much more comfortable about having her take care of them for the weekend.

Have a very timid dog and the other is outgoing, Hack did great with them both and had Yuki already warmed up to him by day 2. He sent videos recoding his interactions at my request so I could see how Yuki was acting towards other people. I will hire Hack to do dropping visits so Yuki keeps getting positive interactions with others!

I had a fantastic experience with Brenna. She provided me with thorough updates three times daily, complete with numerous photos, which really put my mind at ease. I could genuinely sense that Coco was safe, comfortable, and happy in her care. Brenna is exceptionally kind and compassionate, and I wouldn't think twice about trusting her again. I highly recommend her 😀

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Navarre with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
