“Rachel is awesome and so dependable. I have two hyper crazy german shorthaired pointers, one who is skittish around new people and she took great care of them. Would highly recommend Rachel for anyone who is especially nervous to leave their animals. They will be in good hands.”

“Abbie was GREAT! We had never left our pup w/ anyone but family! She warmed up to him right away. (He was a little stubborn but he came around) It was a piece of mind having him in our house. She came slept w/ him @ night. It was a great fit! I will DEFINITELY be using Abbie again!”

“Eliana was GREAT from start to finish! She was readily in communication with me, always punctual and responsible, creative with the care of my two dogs and MOST OF ALL my dogs were SUPER content when I returned from a four day trip - the #1 indicator (to me) of an exceptional sitter! I rate Eliana a 10/10 and intend to keep her hired on as my dog sitter.”

About: I have raised animals of all different kinds for about 5 years now that have ranged from all different species and ages! I love taking care of animals and will take care of them to my best ability! I currently work at Starbucks that ends around 11am every day after that I am available all day when I am not babysitting! I will have a very open schedule. I always ensure a safe environment for pets by making sure there is nothing harmful the pets can get into and making sure they are well fed!
“This was the first time we had left Honey, our 7 month old puppy! We were nervous of course but Hack made things really easy for us and Honey loved him. We got pictures and updates daily that really put our minds at ease. He even let us pick Honey up in the middle of the night…..so accommodating. Will definitely use him again! Thank you Hack for everything.”

“Victoria is definitely the dog sitter you should hire! She goes above and beyond a normal dog/house sitter! I am definitely going to rebook her! She went above and beyond Penny and Dooney needs. I was nervous that Penny would not like her but she was patient with her and now Penny adores her. I guess you could call her the dog whisperer! I am pretty sure my pups are having Victoria withdrawals cause she spoiled them with love, walks and attention. It didn’t stop there! Sent pictures and gave me quick updates on how they were doing. She is a great communicator and wasn’t afraid to ask questions to better suit my dogs and my needs. She even watered my plants! When I got home I was surprised that she cleaned up the house too (dishes, floors, clean bed)! Give Victoria a chance she will definitely exceed your expectations and not have you worry about your pup(s) when you are out of town.”

“Flawless care! Tonika goes above and beyond everytime. Attention to detail for not only our pups care but also looks out for our home. Perfect communication and we never worry about what is happening while we are away.”

“Laura is a wonderful pet sitter and did an outstanding job watching our dogs for a full overnight (multiple night) stay. She was very attentive to their needs and went above and beyond to communicate with us throughout the process and took extremely good care of our home as well. We will definitely hire her again for all of our future needs.”

“Joshua is the best!!! He was available to watch my two pups on short notice. Took excellent care of them, and they were happy and comforted while I was away. I highly recommend him!!!!”

“Joy was wonderful! It is clear she has a passion for all animals. I booked her for house sitting in my home for 5 days and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. My two dogs are both bully breeds and can sometimes be a little more difficult but Joy did perfect! During our meet and greet she was very friendly and respectful, and took diligent notes on each of the dogs preferences as well as any preferences I had for them and my home. She played with them and exercised them daily, and made sure they were both loved up on just the way each of them likes while I was away. Each dog has a very different personality and she catered to each of their individual personalities and preferences so they could remain stress free while I was away. She was very communicative and responded right away if I needed to get ahold of her or had any questions at all. She sent me lots of pictures at my request as well so I didn’t have to miss my sweet fur babies as much. When I arrived home my dogs were happy, well taken care of and fed. My home was clean and well taken care of as well. We will definitely be booking with her again!”

About: We started this as a summer job that we thought would be fun - well, we are still having fun! My husband and I have been raised with dogs and want the same for our kids!. When your dog comes to our home, they become a part of the family! Drop-ins are the same. It’s important to us that we meet our pups and parents to make sure it’s a good fit for all because we understand how unsettling it can be to be separated from them. Mickey and I have a solid understanding and respect for dog instincts and behaviors and enjoy all breeds. We have two children (one who is a future pet sitter, herself) and they love having furry friends over! We have a 4 year old Lemon Beagle named Rosie and she enjoy visitors as well! We have a huge fenced-in backyard with lots of things to smell and explore! I work as a school teacher and my husband works at home. My work hours end pretty early and this also allows us to have weekends and most holidays free. But someone is almost always home. We will have open hours for most of June-August :-) As mentioned, we have a big, fenced-in yard and a very pet friendly home. If your dog is primarily an indoor dog, we will only take them out for walks, play, and potty! When your pet is in our care, they become one of our family members - lots of conversations, hugs and belly rubs, and exercise!

I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs so I can provide personalized care. I also make sure pets get plenty of love, attention, and a calm environment to help them feel safe and at ease while you're away.
“Hands down, the best dogsitter we've ever had! Went above-and-beyond to care for our two dogs and our home while we were away. Provided wonderful timely updates every day, with cute pictures of our pets. We felt absolutely peace of mind with our pets in her care. We were also happily surprised to find that she had cleaned our kitchen and guest room, and left **printed photos** of our dogs from her stay with them hanging on the refrigerator door for us to find when we got home. I also feel I have to mention that, in addition to feeding, playing, walking, and caring for our two dogs, she also went WAY out if her way to resolve a home maintenance issue that came up during her stay; one she would have been well in her rights to ignore. I am *stunned* by the amazing quality of care my pets and my home recieved. From now on, if ever we need a sitter I will always call Jo first!”

Navarre pet parents share their Rover experiences
Juliana was nice to come and meet us and our pet prior to our trip. She took care of our Bella and dealt with her separation anxiety from us. From our end Juliana showed when she said she would and seemed to try and take time with our Bella. Hopefully she will still want to watch her if needed.
Lisa was an absolute pleasure and we will absolutely be booking with her again! She made my furbaby feel like a princess and it was amazing being away without having to worry about her. I felt super at-ease the whole time and loved the messages and pictures she sent. Lisa is a gem and I’m thrilled I found her.

Lisa bonded with our senior girls, ensuring playtime, and affection. The management of daily meds was particularly impressive. Our pups took right to her and I knew they were well taken care of. Our home was left immaculate. All instructions were followed, and everything was kept tidy. We received regular updates and photos were appreciated. This provided peace of mind, allowing relaxation knowing our pups and the home were in good hands.

This review will be thorough and well deserved! First off our 4 Black Labs are our Service Dogs and normally we take all 4 with us during trips. However, this trip was 3 days, and Holley housesat them (2x 9 year olds) and I was worried sick. Not because of anything Holley did but because the boys are my babies! So after an initial meet, then 2 more separate meets I was like ok I feel ok. I sent her notes on them with photos (I know) and they were just fine! My fear was unfounded. She took vids and pics even if they did nothing. Arrived on time for the boys in the morning and put them to bed at 9. Since she lives so close to me I said go home at night. The boys will be fine. Not only did she take care of the boys so well, she brought in our trash can, grabbed our mail and packages, signed for a package, delivered a package to our neighbor, and respected our home. Now that I feel good, I foresee some drop in visits and housesitting happening.
