She was also aware that we have cameras in our home to monitor our pups and that we may check it occasionally. She has been awesome with communication and with taking care of our pups, to the degree of professional pet-sitting. Mel gave us constant updates and filled us in on basically everything that occurred with our dogs. If there were any incidents or changes we should be aware of (which were rare), she would let us know immediately. We appreciate the transparency immensely, especially since being away from our pups can be nerve-wracking. But we definitely felt at ease with Mel taking care of them. With previous sitters, we would have to check in on our pups and the sitter to make sure everything was alright. However, Mel was very responsible and trustworthy. Other than the initial check on the first drop-in, we didn't need to check our cameras at all throughout the time she took care of our pups. Mel would adjust to our pups’ needs and use her best judgement when handling them. She was also open to suggestions on how to take care of our pups, and heeded our advice. For example: we had informed her on how our dogs will sometimes take advantage of sitters. We advised her on how to handle our dogs and not to let them bully her, and she did exactly that. They not only looked forward to her visits, they also immediately respected her. To the extent that they give respect anyway lol. She also went the extra mile and took care of other things we asked her to do throughout the stay, that pertained to our pups. Mel has been awesome and will become our regular sitter for sure. About: I have over 20 years of experience watching family and friend’s pets. I do over-night stays in your house with your pets, and dog walking. I’ve worked with dogs, cats, fish, and even lizards. I’m able to give medications, and I’m very good with senior pets. I was recently laid off and have completely open availability at the present time. I enjoy walking and would be happy to do that with your pet. I’m also available for home/pet-sitting during vacations. I have a senior cat who doesn’t do well with other animals so I can’t provide care in my home, but I have extensive experience providing care in my client’s homes. I respect my client’s homes and privacy - I do not bring guests into their homes or go through their belongings. I will keep your dog on-leash during walks but am happy to play with your dog in your yard or approved dog park.

About: I have experience taking care of show dogs in the past, as well as other animals, including cats, rats, rabbits, turtles, and many more. I am comfortable around most small animals, and I have a lot of experiencing caring for them and understanding their needs. I am very reliable, trustworthy, and hard working, and I will be flexible to work around your pets' schedule. I have yearly background checks done for work, which I can provide upon request. I’m currently working part time. I’m available during the days until mid- August and evenings after that. Weekends also work very well with my schedule. I don’t bring pets into my own home, but I’m happy to visit your home to care for your pet. I’m happy to follow whatever instructions you leave for your pet.

This was my first time using Rover and I am so thankful I booked with Nataly to do drop in visits for my two cats. She was super communicative even before the first visit. Her timely check ins with pictures and a summary of the visit put my mind at ease while I was out of town. One of my hairball prone cats left a mess and Nataly took the time to scrub the carpet as well as let me know exactly where the accident was in case I wanted to give it a second clean (but I couldn’t even tell it was there!). I will definitely book with Nataly next time I need a sitter.
This is our first time using a service to take care of our dog. We were a little apprehensive. Lorena came for a meet and greet, and alleviated our worries. She was warm, kind and friendly during her visit with us and our dog. She took great care of him for the 5 days we reserved. Great pictures, and communication throughout the process. We could tell that she truly cared, and took great pride in taking care of our pup. We will and are going to ask her to help us again. She is terrific.
Max and Luca were well taken care of. Caroline kept us informed during all the visita and we are very happy of the level of care they received. She was very helpful and I would definitely contact her again if I ever need help with our babies. She went above and beyond to take care of them and made us comfortable to enjoy our time away!
