Jon continues his great care of my Frenchie, Bruno. Sometimes challenging as Bruno is protective of me and exhibits separation anxiety. Jon has definitely cracked the code. I highly recommend Jon’s service and dedication. He is a dog whisperer.

About: Hey I’m Nat! I have 2 pups of my own, a poodle mix and a Dalmatian/Great Dane :) I’ve also taken care of my friends and families pets including puppies, a kitten and some aquatic turtles and fish while they traveled!! Im self employed so i work on my own schedule from home!! Gives me lots of free time to take your pups on walks and/or care for them in my home. I have a fenced yard and both my pups are socialized/ crate trained as well as having different parts of my home closed off so I’d be able to keep your pup safe depending on their needs whether they do best without other pups or are social and wanna play.

About: As a vegan and former PETA staffer, I love and respect all animals. I also have veterinary technician, veterinary clinic, and animal shelter experience. I've rescued and cared for dogs (both large and small), cats, birds, rodents, reptiles, fish, horses and rabbits. I am completely dedicated to the safety, equality, and well-being of all animals. I work part-time as a photographer so have ample time to take care of your animal friends. And can, of course, provide you with some great photos to put your mind at ease while you're away from your fur babies! I am very active and love a good walk or hike. While I strive to always provide a fun, attention-filled experience, safety is my primary concern, so you can rest assured your animal friends will be in good hands for those times you can't be with them.

About: I’ve been a dog lover, owner and house sitter for 12 years. Your home and pets will always have my full attention, love and respect! I consider myself very fortunate to run my own small business and have the flexibility to work from my laptop. Furry friends and warm homes are an ideal environment for me to lightly work, and making sure your pets and home are loved, and safe while you are away. I treat pets and clients homes as if they were my own. Being a bit OCD, I pride myself in my ability to give animals the attention they need, and leaving clients homes in better conditions than I found them in!

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of hands-on experience working as a groomer’s assistant, where I helped with bathing, brushing, grooming prep, and nail trims for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. About: I’m a reliable, caring pet sitter who keeps routines consistent, provides personalized attention, ensures pets feel safe and comfortable, and gives plenty of love, playtime, and companionship. Pet care is part of my daily routine. I have two cats myself, so I prioritize consistent visits, feeding, walks, and attention to keep pets comfortable and safe. While I am not offering boarding or day care at my own home at this time, I am quite responsible in my treatment of other people's property while caring for their pets. I can follow directions, keep gates closed, and follow safety protocols.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life—especially large breeds. Growing up, our home was always full of wagging tails large and small. Caring for our family dogs came as naturally as anything else. That early bond with animals shaped my love for pet care, and today, I’m lucky enough to share my life with my own Golden Retriever. I’m also an active duty service member, which means I bring a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail into everything I do—including caring for your pet. Whether it’s a walk, a weekend stay, or just some extra playtime, I treat every dog like my own: with patience, affection, and respect. Pet care is a natural part of my daily life. As a dog owner myself, my wife and I have a consistent routine that includes morning and evening playtime in our yard. , feeding, playtime, and training sessions. Being in the military, I’m used to structure and time management, which makes it easy to plan and prioritize pet care throughout my week. Whether it’s making time for a long walk after work or adjusting my schedule for a pup who needs extra attention, I’m always ready to give pets the care and companionship they deserve. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my approach is the same: create a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where pets feel at ease. In my home, I make sure dogs have plenty of space to relax, play, and feel like part of the family—including my own friendly Golden Retriever, who loves having a buddy around. I stick to your pet’s routine as closely as possible, from feeding schedules to preferred walking times and any special care instructions. When I’m in a client’s home, I treat it with the same respect and care as I do my own. I pay close attention to your pet’s behavior and comfort, keep everything clean, and make sure they get plenty of affection and activity. Whether it’s a drop-in visit or an overnight stay, I always prioritize communication so you feel informed and confident while you’re away.

About: Hello! Don't let my profile location deter you from reaching out, I have a very wide service area. I am available to care for all of your pets while you're away! Please contact me for a quote if you have a pet you'd like me to care for other than a dog or cat (submit it as a dog/cat request) ☺️ New to Rover? I have a discount code for you if you book your first service with me! I am available for night and evening drop-ins to feed and play with your pets. Do you work nights and hate leaving your babies alone? Are you going to a fancy dinner and want to make sure your pets are okay when you're gone? I can come by and give you some peace of mind. I can also care for other pets, including lizards, fish, hamsters, rabbits, etc. I am a huge animal lover. I adopted a senior dog years ago and he was the best dog ever, up until his very last day in December, 2023. Our household has water snails, fish, three cats, a dog, and a pig! I have experience with rabbits and hamsters and other small pets, and I have experience with special needs animals. My longest boarding to date was 5 months for a senior cat with Cerebellar hypoplasia. My schedule recently changed, so I am available on most days for drop-ins and walks. I also offer boarding, house sitting, and daycare. We are a very animal friendly household. I have a fenced yard and a kiddie pool so your doggos can play and keep cool! My piggy will be there to keep your baby company and I have a 14 year old kid who loves to snuggle and play with all your pets! Cats will enjoy their own space so they can feel comfortable ☺️ !!!Important Notes!!!: I love watching and caring for your snuggle bug(s)! However, I have to sleep too. If you can't pick up your pet before 7pm, one additional day of boarding or doggy daycare will be added to your booking. An additional fee will be added for dogs over 40 pounds. Dogs under 1 year and/or "bully breeds" will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. By booking with me, you acknowledge that if your puppo damages property, you are responsible for any cost of repairs or replacement. When damage occurs, it is usually caused by pets that do not crate or have high anxiety when left alone for even short periods. My policy on dog breeds and sizes is in place because of two separate incidents. First, I lost a beloved pet to a boarded Rover doggo on Christmas morning, 2020. Having to put my little pig Minnie in the freezer after being attacked on Christmas morning was a horribly traumatic experience. In June 2023 I was attacked by a 110lb Rover dog at a meet and greet and had to go to the hospital. If the owner had not been present, I would have been killed. These are incidents that I will not risk repeating. Thank you so much for understanding!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
