She kept me informed throughout their stay, sending me daily text updates and photos. I always felt confident that my dogs were happy, comfortable, and receiving excellent care. On the return leg of my most recent trip, I ran into flight delays and was going to be several hours late picking them up. By booking with me, you acknowledge that if your puppo damages property, you are responsible for any cost of repairs or replacement. When damage occurs, it is usually caused by pets that do not crate or have high anxiety when left alone for even short periods. My policy on dog breeds and sizes is in place because of two separate incidents. First, I lost a beloved pet to a boarded Rover doggo on Christmas morning, 2020. Having to put my little pig Minnie in the freezer after being attacked on Christmas morning was a horribly traumatic experience. In June 2023 I was attacked by a 110lb Rover dog at a meet and greet and had to go to the hospital. If the owner had not been present, I would have been killed. These are incidents that I will not risk repeating. Thank you so much for understanding!

And with pictures and messages received multiple times per day, it was fun for our family to see how cared for and how much fun they were having. All steps in the process were comfortable and easy. She kept me informed throughout their stay, sending me daily text updates and photos. I always felt confident that my dogs were happy, comfortable, and receiving excellent care. On the return leg of my most recent trip, I ran into flight delays and was going to be several hours late picking them up. Sierra had no problem accommodating the change and graciously kept them until I was able to arrive. I truly appreciated her flexibility and would not hesitate to trust her with my dogs again.”

“Nina is THE ABSOLUTE BEST EVER! She was a great sitter for my baby girl Cookie. Cookie recently got surgery and had to take medication and Nina was GREAT taking good care of my baby girl. The fact that she has a background with dog training is the absolute BEST since Cookie is a puppy she’s so curious and gets into everything. Nina gave me some tips on how to start training her and THEY HAVE WORKED WONDERS!! I’m so glad her home is so pet friendly and that all the a dogs that she has get along great with others! As a first time mommy I was a bit nervous leaving her there at first but let me tell you I AM SO HAPPY I DID! She would send me constant updates on my baby (since I’m a helicopter mommy) and was supper understanding and helpful about it. It truly made me feel at ease. When I came to get her she was so happy and made so many new friends. You can genuinely tell the sitters that actually care for and love your baby as much as you do. It makes me so happy to know that there are humans like Nina! Thank you so much for everything! Can’t wait to rebook soon!!!”

“Carl was the best Rover!!!!! Our dog Phoebe instantly bonded with him and his pups. Very clean house. Beautiful back yard for playing. He took great care of Phoebe and she adjusted great, which isn’t always the case. He send daily updates and even let Phoebe snuggle with him while sleeping, which she is used to at home. So nice she was welcomed as part of the family! We will definitely be using Carl in the future! 5/5 stars!”
