About: Ive always loved pets, and I’ve been a foster home for a local shelter for years before, recently moved back to Detroit and I’m looking to help out with pet sitting for some local people! I currently have a very active husky of my own! I’m a young professional who works entirely from home on a flexible schedule, looking to find some pets to care for! I am a very active person that will go on jogs and walks with dogs. I always go off of what the pets needs are. I love giving noggin pats and making sure pets exercise if possible. Keeping pets happy makes me happy, too!

About: I've been lucky enough to wake up to a 4 legged friend by my side my entire life. I've been surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes including cats, golden retrievers, malamutes - I've found my love for them to grow increasingly with each interaction. From being a child where it was enough to simply love dogs to becoming a responsible adult recognizing the intricate needs of all, I am more than happy to provide the detailed love and care your beloved pet needs. Even my hobbies and career revolve around nurturing and caring for other beings - beyond loving on dogs, I am an avid lover of indoor plants (which means I would be happy to water yours!). With my services, you will be able to feel confident that your beloved 4 legged friends are safe and well cared for! I am currently in grad school for School Psychology and take care of my own indoor cats and cat colony everyday with food, water, litter scooping, etc. I am diligent in asking questions and file information to ensure that the visit/stay goes as smoothly as possible. I am a very organized person (former teacher) and also know how hard/stressful it can be to have someone watch your pets! I try to provide reassurance and information through the stay to ensure your comfort. Safety and animal comfort are my first priority!

About: Hi, I’m Megan — a lifelong animal lover and dedicated pet care provider based in beautiful East English Village. I live with my two friendly, well-socialized dogs who enjoy the company of other calm, respectful pups. I provide a personalized, low-volume boarding experience from my home, where your dog becomes part of our little pack. My services are designed with your pet’s comfort and safety in mind. I only board one guest dog at a time, ensuring constant supervision, individual attention, and a peaceful, low-stress environment. Whether you’re looking for drop-in visits, a walk while you’re at work, or overnight care, I treat every animal like one of my own — with affection, patience, and professional care. I provide updates with every visit, and I’m happy to accommodate custom routines, feeding schedules, and medication administration when needed. Let’s schedule a free meet-and-greet to make sure it’s a great match! Caring for animals is a natural part of my daily life — I structure my routine around it. With two dogs of my own, I’m already up early for walks, feeding, and snuggles. I work from home, which allows me the flexibility to provide frequent potty breaks, plenty of supervision, and lots of one-on-one attention throughout the day. Because I intentionally limit my boarding and walking services to just a few clients at a time, I’m able to give each pet my full focus without being overbooked or rushed. Whether I’m doing a drop-in visit, hosting a pup overnight, or stopping by for a midday walk, I plan my calendar so your pet gets reliable, unrushed, high-quality care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities — whether they’re staying in my home or I’m visiting them in yours. BOARDING AT MY HOME: When boarding in my home, I provide a calm, structured, and low-stress environment by only accepting one guest dog at a time. This allows me to give each pet plenty of individual attention and supervision throughout the day. I have two friendly, well-socialized resident dogs who are used to having guests and do best with other well-mannered pups. I take time to carefully introduce everyone, and I require a meet-and-greet prior to first-time bookings to ensure everyone is a good fit. My home is pet-safe, clean, and set up with cozy resting areas, a large and securely fenced outdoor space, and plenty of enrichment opportunities like walks, playtime, and snuggles. I also follow the pet’s routine as closely as possible to make their stay feel familiar and reassuring. FOR DROP INS I aim to maintain your pet’s routine in their own environment, minimizing disruption and providing consistent care. I refresh water, follow feeding and medication instructions closely, and always leave your home secure and tidy. I also provide visit updates with photos so you can feel connected and at ease while you’re away. Building trust through consistent, compassionate care is what I do best. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m visiting them, they’ll be treated like family.

About: Hi there! My name is Madison and I’m a lifelong dog lover with a pup, Louie of my own. I’ve lived with dogs pretty much my whole life and have experience dog sitting from Michigan to Manhattan! I’m very active and engaged and would love to care for your fur baby—from walks to games to a snuggle on the couch. Because I work from home, I am very flexible and able to work with the needs of any client. Having had dogs my whole life, I understand the importance of working within a dog’s schedule for walks, potty breaks, and mealtimes. I live close to a dog park in a very walkable neighborhood, with a friendly pup of my own if your dog enjoys having a companion!

About: Hi, I’m Charlotte — Monica’s right-paw pup and biggest fan. 🐾 My mom’s been loving on animals for over 20 years. She’s basically the fairy dogmother (and cat whisperer too). Whether it’s belly rubs, snack time, or special care for seniors like me, she does it all with heart and treats. She used to work at an animal hospital (don’t worry, she’s not scary like the vet!) and even took care of a very talkative bird once. Monica’s also helped at shelters, fostered pets in our home and had been pet sitting in the neighborhood for a year now. So yeah—she knows her stuff. Right now, she’s a proud pet mom to me (the sweet senior pup) and three cat siblings who I mostly get along with. She runs her own small business from home, which means her schedule is pretty flexible for walks, visits, or cuddle calls. Monica always says she’ll love your pets like they’re her own. And trust me, she means it. Animals just get her. I did the minute we met. Book her and your pet’s tail will be wagging in no time. 🐶💕 I currently work from home running a small business. My schedule is pretty flexible. Let’s work together to plan for your pets needs. I should be able to accommodate most schedules. I will care for your pet with the same loving, caring and kindness that I have for my own pets. Most animals find me easy to be comfortable around.

“Melanie did a great job with our dog. She was very communicative, prompt and spent extra time with our pup. I’d request her again for more dog walking and would highly recommend her services.”

About: I am a longtime dog owner, and regularly pet/house sit for friends and family. I recently moved to Philadelphia for grad school. While my family German Shepherd is back home, I am filling my animal loving void and learning the area better by pet sitting/dog walking. I have experience and comfortability feeding, training, walking, and grooming dogs of all sizes. I have also cared for bunnies and cats. I follow instructions meticulously, and am able to adapt to pet needs by case. I attend hybrid (remote optional) classes - which offers me flexibility on a daily basis to cater to pets needs. I am available 7 days a week for boarding, scheduled walks, drop ins, and house sitting. Last minute bookings can also be accommodated. I understand the importance of familiar surroundings, and will adhere to all instructions to make certain your pet is comfortable and aid their normal routine when house sitting or boarding. Please provide all necessary pet information e.g. known commands, favorite treats, quirks, special instructions etc. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. I am a very responsive millennial that will get back to you quickly :)

About: Hello pet-owners! I'm Blythe, lover of all things fluffy. I grew up with golden retrievers and owned a delightful hedgehog named Dwaeji as an adult. I have moved 12 times in the last 10 years (five of which I spent overseas), so I have been unable to own my own cat or dog, but I am a HUGE fan of borrowing other people's pets for some play time. I just purchased a house with a yard on the east side of Detroit (Morningside) that can accommodate dogs and cats alike. I am a long-time petsitter for friends and family and spent two years as a professional dog walker in Chicago. I am a student at Wayne Law and have flexible availability during the day. I am available for house sitting and happy to host dogs/cats in my house as well. Copper, Roo, Dottie, Lucy, Reese, Max, and Nugget are all prepared to provide references. (as are their moms and dads).

Breanna S.Star Sitter
“I am an extremely anxious and over the top dog mom. We have never been away from our dogs for multiple days so this was a very scary thing for me. Our dogs get anxious so it’s hard to find a sitter situation that works great for them. However, Breanna was absolutely amazing every time we spoke she was so patient with me and all my concerns and comments. She helped me feel at ease about leaving my dogs for vacation. In fact- I didn’t even think about them most of the time on vacation. She kept me updated with photos of their day which I absolutely loved. She also seems to be a dog whisperer because even our neighbors were commenting on how well our dogs walked with her ! overall she is an amazing person and our dogs loved her. We will 100% be using her again for future vacations and would recommend her to anyone that needed a dog sitter.”

Blythe C.
“Oh my gosh. So, obviously Blythe is a responsible and loving dog caregiver, but my experience with her went so far beyond that. I had just gotten a new puppy and was miserable having to leave him. Practically in tears. The week that she had him I got so many pictures! It was like she knew that she had to take care of me too! He went on nature walks and swims in the lake (on a leash of course!) I even got photos of him sleeping with her in bed. He also got puppicinos and car rides and still barks every time we go through a drive through if he doesn’t get his whipped cream. She made sure to ask before giving him treats and was wonderful keeping up with his training. He had such an amazing time that we make it a point to go visit her since he loves her so much. Trust Blythe with your babies. They’ll have the best time and be so loved. Just don’t be surprised if they’re sad when you have to take them home. Seriously. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
