About: I’m an ER nurse and paramedic looking to spend time playing, walking and caring for pets. Or house sitting. I typically am free 3-4 days a week as I work 3-12 hour shifts a week at the hospital. Naturally, I’m very compassionate and care very deeply about living beings. I also have had cats and dogs of my own. I’m 58, dependable, have my own car and am active. I work 3 days a week in the ER. Which leave 4 days a week to pet sit and walk dogs! I have a Honda Fit that I am not fussy about, a dog is welcome to take a ride to Belle Isle or to the dog park! Ideally I would sit in your home, but I’m sure if your dog or cat is friendly my family would love to have them overnight!

About: With 15+ years of pet care experience you can be sure your four legged friends are in capable hands! I am available to walk dogs and do drop-in visits for cats and/or dogs. I'm happy to get some exercise and face time with your buddy as well as to administer any medication or special food they need. They'll be treated how I would want someone to treat my fur buddies Candi (my 7 y.o. rescue staffy with anxiety) and Barbara (my 5 y.o. rescue cat with FIV). I recently took a severance at my full time job and am looking to have a flexible schedule until after the birth of my firstborn in the fall. I will provide good, long walks for your buddy. If you need drop-in services I can feed them, give them medication and spend some hang time according to their needs and your preferences.

I’m Gisela, I’ve been an animal lover my whole life — across the years I’ve owned 4 dogs and 2 cats, been trusted by family and friends to care for their pets, and even co-ran an informal rescue operation out of LA when a serious stray crisis hit our area. My roommate and I would temporarily shelter dogs while waiting for availability in actual shelters, keeping them off the streets and safe from overcrowded facilities. It was one of the most meaningful things I’ve ever done. Most recently, I rescued my current companion right off the street — about six months ago — and honestly, it only deepened a love I’ve carried my whole life. I have a flexible schedule with availability Sundays+Mondays 12–8pm & Tuesday- Saturday 3:30/6-8 (Will update weekly, working our my schedule) and I’m dedicated to making sure your baby feels safe, loved, and your life just a little bit easier:) My work hours typically range from 9-3, 10-3, and 11:30-7. About: I have grown up always having a houseful of animals. This included cats and dogs as well as small rodents (mice, hamster,ect) and livestock. Now I have two dogs, two cats, and a hedgehog.
