About: Animals have always been a central part of my life. From raising dogs from puppyhood to their senior years to caring for my own beloved cats, I understand the deep bond we share with our pets. My flexible work schedule allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your furry family members, ensuring they never feel lonely. Through my years of experience with friends' pets and on Rover, I have cared for animals of all ages and temperaments. I am well-equipped to handle: Diverse Needs: Experience with high-energy breeds, high-anxiety personalities, and pets with permanent physical disabilities. Specialized Care: Comfortable with senior needs, administering medications (pill takers), and managing picky eaters. Routine Consistency: I aim to follow your pet’s existing routine as closely as possible to reduce stress and separation anxiety. Frequent Updates: I know how it feels to miss your fur babies, so I prioritize sending plenty of photos and updates to keep your mind at ease. Whether your pet is big or small, they will receive the same patient, loving care I give my own. I look forward to meeting your best friend! Due to my flexible job, I am able to care for a pet any time of day. It's pretty rare for me to have time restrictions. I always do my very best to maintain your pets daily routine so to keep anxiety levels down and make sure both pet and parent feel comfortable.
“We’ve been so happy to find Caelan! She communicates fast and friendly, is reliable, and has given us great peace of mind knowing our new energetic pup is getting activity through the day. She is attentive to our doggos needs and has gone above and beyond. We will definitely be booking with her more in the future!”

About: I’m an ER nurse and paramedic looking to spend time playing, walking and caring for pets. Or house sitting. I typically am free 3-4 days a week as I work 3-12 hour shifts a week at the hospital. Naturally, I’m very compassionate and care very deeply about living beings. I also have had cats and dogs of my own. I’m 58, dependable, have my own car and am active. I work 3 days a week in the ER. Which leave 4 days a week to pet sit and walk dogs! I have a Honda Fit that I am not fussy about, a dog is welcome to take a ride to Belle Isle or to the dog park! Ideally I would sit in your home, but I’m sure if your dog or cat is friendly my family would love to have them overnight!

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of care and attention I give—every pet I watch is treated like family, not just a job. I’m very detail-oriented and make sure I follow routines exactly as given, whether that’s feeding schedules, medications, or specific behavioral needs. I already prioritize structure, consistency, and attention to detail. I plan my schedule around feeding times, walks, playtime, and any specific care needs to make sure pets stay on their normal routine and feel comfortable. In a client’s home, I stick closely to their established schedule—feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications—while also keeping their space clean and organized. I pay attention to behavior and mood, making sure pets are not only cared for but also getting affection, engagement, and reassurance while their owner is away.
About: I’ve worked professionally with dogs in dog daycares in Detroit, Chicago, and New York, and I’ve also spent years as a dedicated dog walker and pet sitter in NYC. I’m comfortable managing multiple dogs at once and have safely walked up to four dogs together. I have hands-on experience with leash manners and structured walking, including working alongside trainers who train police dogs. I understand proper leash etiquette, the “heel” command, and how to maintain calm, controlled walks — even with strong or energetic dogs. I’m naturally confident around dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I’ve handled high-energy pups, nervous dogs, senior dogs, and even helped in situations involving illness or end-of-life care. I stay calm, observant, and focused on your dog’s safety and comfort at all times. I have two dogs of my own and truly treat every dog like family. My goal is always safety, a happy dog, and peace of mind for you. I'm a Digital Design contractor who works from home and at my own pace, so I have plenty of time for you and your fur babies and can work around your schedule. I have a large, fenced yard and a playful dog of my own. She is a young great dane, however, so when it comes to pet-sitting in my home, your dog must be comfortable playing with a large (105lbs), energetic, young female. I am happy to come to your home as well. I am respectful of your environment, I keep things clean and tidy, and I'll even water your plants.
About: I am trained in Dog Behavior and Management from my previous job at Camp Bow Wow. I’m bubbly, kind, and patient with humans and dogs. I recently moved away from home where my family dog lives. But when I was home I did all feeding, bathing, walks, playing, and training. I have a fenced in backyard and friendly neighborhood dogs that love to play (if your pup is interested and comfortable). Availability 24/7 for walks.
“Lauren is just incredible. She is very patient with my big puppy who still needs some lease manners and she offered great feedback on how he did, as well as some tips to help him improve his walking moving forward. I can promise Lauren’s time is valuable- I would recommend anyone who needs to know a good person is tending to their dog to get on Lauren’s books.”

About: With 15+ years of pet care experience you can be sure your four legged friends are in capable hands! I am available to walk dogs and do drop-in visits for cats and/or dogs. I'm happy to get some exercise and face time with your buddy as well as to administer any medication or special food they need. They'll be treated how I would want someone to treat my fur buddies Candi (my 7 y.o. rescue staffy with anxiety) and Barbara (my 5 y.o. rescue cat with FIV). I recently took a severance at my full time job and am looking to have a flexible schedule until after the birth of my firstborn in the fall. I will provide good, long walks for your buddy. If you need drop-in services I can feed them, give them medication and spend some hang time according to their needs and your preferences.
About: Hi there! My name is Claire and I’ve been dog lover for as long as I can remember. I never had one growing up, but this past January I brought my best friend Obie, home and now I can’t imagine life without him. I would love to take care of your dog, whether that be letting them out during work days, going for walks or runs (I’m always on the lookout for new ways to get my 10,000 steps in!) or taking care of them while you're on vacation. I am confident I can provide great care, so please feel free to message me if interested or if you have questions. Thank you! I work in Boise and have a very flexible schedule. I’m happy to work with your pet’s schedule as needed. If he needs a midday potty break, I can make that happen! Your dog’s safety is my priority and I will make sure he’s taken care of and happy! I do this side job because I love the joy I feel when being around dogs. This means I’ll make sure your pet gets exercise, play time and safety while under my care.
About: Hi! I’m Gisela, I’ve been an animal lover my whole life — across the years I’ve owned 4 dogs and 2 cats, been trusted by family and friends to care for their pets, and even co-ran an informal rescue operation out of LA when a serious stray crisis hit our area. My roommate and I would temporarily shelter dogs while waiting for availability in actual shelters, keeping them off the streets and safe from overcrowded facilities. It was one of the most meaningful things I’ve ever done. Most recently, I rescued my current companion right off the street — about six months ago — and honestly, it only deepened a love I’ve carried my whole life. I’m a natural nurturer, and caring for animals isn’t just something I do — it’s genuinely one of my favorite ways to recharge. When I’m not on Rover, I’m juggling a lot: I work at a breakfast/lunch spot, study for my real estate license, personal train, tattoo, create UGC content, and manage social media for a tech startup. I thrive on being busy — but nothing brings me back to earth like getting outside with a happy animal by my side. Your pet will have my full attention and plenty of fresh air. I have a flexible schedule with availability Sundays+Mondays 12–8pm & Tuesday- Saturday 3:30/6-8 (Will update weekly, working our my schedule) and I’m dedicated to making sure your baby feels safe, loved, and your life just a little bit easier:) My work hours typically range from 9-3, 10-3, and 11:30-7. On my off days (which will be noted), I’m fully available for pet care anytime! In your home I will follow your guidelines. I ensure pets are comfortable and safe, follow feeding and exercise routines, administer any medications, and keep you updated with regular photos and messages.
About: I have grown up always having a houseful of animals. This included cats and dogs as well as small rodents (mice, hamster, ect) and livestock. Now I have two dogs, two cats, and a hedgehog. I have owned my dogs for 13 years and the cats became part of the family a couple of years ago. My experience with animals ranges from daily care needs to caring for an animal with other needs. I am also patient with animals that are still learning or have slight behavioral issues. Currently, I am a full time student completing my degree online. I have open avalibility for your pet care needs. I am even open to a "daycare" situation. I have two dogs and two cats at my own home. The cats have their own space if needed and my dogs would love to have a friend to play with. I also have plenty of room to give any animal alone space if needed. I have a fenced yard and live walking distance to a park. I am open to board your furbabies while you are at work during the day or overnight if needed. If you prefer your babies stay at home I can offer potty breaks and walks during the day. I understand the struggle of finding good care for furbabies when you have a demanding schedule! I am open to services that work for you!
