“Absolutely perfect sitter. Echo seemed to do great emotionally with them. Their dog was super friendly and adorable. Justin was awesome. They sent a few pictures to let us know it was going smooth. My dog decided to have a little accident problem while with them and I am so sorry. They were awesome about it and just let us know in case it was abnormal, which for her in a new place is hit or miss. Would 110% recommend them. They also took the booking with only a couple days notice. 10 stars”

“Thank you for taking such great care of Tikka & Lucy! They love you and we appreciate you! We would highly recommend Metinee and when we visit your area we will ask for you again. We received many happy dog photos! 😁 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Niko is a wonderful sitter. My pup stayed with her for a week. She was very communicative and sent pictures throughout his stay. He got to play with her dogs which was such a treat for him! I'm fairly certain he would've stayed if I had let him. If you are looking for a loving and caring sitter Niko is the one!”

“Audreauna was amazing!! I booked last minute for my big bernese mountain dog to stay with her for 8 days since my original dog sitter canceled last minute. She was super quick to respond and we did a meet and greet with her, her husband and her other dogs! They all got along so well and DUDLEY had a BLAST! She sent me daily updates and took amazing pictures of my big boy! I will 💯 use her again!! Thank you so much Audreauna for taking care of my fluffy dopey boy! You made it so easy and I felt at ease leaving him with you!”

“This was our first experience with Rover and couldn't be happier. Amy and Scott are amazing people. I know when we leave Melody she is safe, sound, and truly cared for.”

“Megan took exceptional care of our dog, Leo, for three months while we were traveling internationally, and we couldn't be more grateful for her help. From the start, she was warm, responsible, and incredibly communicative—keeping us regularly updated with messages, photos, and videos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. Leo was clearly happy, healthy, and well-loved during his stay with Megan. It was obvious she treated him like family, and she went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and well-being. Megan was also highly organized, respectful of our preferences, and easy to coordinate with throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter. She exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you again, Megan, for everything you did for Leo!”

“As always, my dog Freddy has a great time with Sheri and her family. After all the attention he gets, he comes home and sleeps for two days. Sheri is quick to communicate and sends daily updates. Highly recommended!”

“My dog is usually very nervous when we leave her with someone. The day we left her with Anne, I expected to hear later in the day that she was still pacing, instead, I received a picture of Betty napping on a dog bed. Betty had a great time and we were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about how Betty was doing!”

“Ashley was great with Kona. I could rest assured he was in good hands while I went on a trip. She sent me pictures and texts every day so i knew he was ok. I would absolutely recommend her for especially big dogs.”

“Customers for life! Your kids are treated like their kids, always! We absolutely loved the adorable pet cottage, the amazing farm, and the extra personalized enrichment for our Bilbo!! Brian and Erica went above and beyond for our baby -as always!! We always recommend them to our family and friends - who have also become long time repeat customers because of their care, the peaceful space, ability to also do in-home pet care, and provide so much more one on one time than other pet care providers and boarding facilities!!”
“Bravo loves coming here! From the moment we drop him off, he’s excited and wagging his tail, and when we pick him up, he’s happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in great hands while we’re away. He always looks forward to his visits, and we couldn’t ask for a better place for him to stay. Highly recommend! 🐾”

“I was very appreciative of efficient communication during my dogs stay with Lynn. She communicated what his day was like and sent pictures of my pet a couple of time a day and took call as needed. This was my dog first boarding experience and i was happy with the services provided and i would utilize Lynn services again.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid of all ages, breeds, and sizes. I’m comfortable administering meds and receptive to specific instruction regarding crate-training, feedings, walks, and treats. I have a special place in my heart with dogs that are sick and/or elderly. Dogs in my home get just as much love as my own. I’m available for boarding on weekends in addition to Mondays and Fridays. My full-time appointment-based job makes my drop-in visit availability sporadic but certainly possible. I have a fenced yard that backs up to a large walking-trail park behind my property. If crate is provided, I can crate your dog as-needed.
“Amanda was awesome! She was very responsive and provided pictures during the stay. Her backyard is amazing for the dogs to play. Her kids are also a bonus for the dogs! Thanks Amanda!”

“Anna was more than a wonderful sitter for Nova! If I could give more than 5 stars I totally would. She was great at communicating and sending updated pictures. Nova loved her so much she started crying when she walked away. If you’re thinking about booking with Anna don’t think any longer go ahead and click accept! I will definitely book again! Thank you so much Anna!”

I just wanted to say thank you again for taking such great care of my dog. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands while I was away. I really appreciated the updates, care, and attention you gave. You were reliable, kind, and easy to communicate with, and I would absolutely trust you again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring dog sitter!

Alexa is the best Rover sitter I’ve come across and my first choice for watching my dogs. Her friendly demeanor put my dogs at ease and they immediately play once they’re in the backyard. The constant photo updates are great and let me know my dogs are well taken care of while I’m away!

Jalisa was great with my incredibly shy at first dog (Bucky). She accepted my incredibly last minute request for a sitter and then was extremely flexible with my pickup and drop off times. Bucky was very cozy in her home for the night and I know that because Jalisa was kind enough to send me pictures and videos of their fun activities throughout the night. If you ask me, she’s definitely undercharging for the warm and inviting presence she offers for our pets and I would recommend her to anyone.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in OK ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
