“Jenni is great. She has helped us get our high energy dog out for walks while we are at work. She is patient with our little pup, and he always seems happy on days they walk. She always takes great pictures of our dog, and is very communicative about what is going on with our dog. Would definitely recommend her.”

“Angelina was amazing! Earl needed his bedtime walk. I tried to stand up and realized I’d thrown out my back. Angelina replied quickly and happened to live across the street. She was over to take him out within minutes. She followed my instructions for my anxious pup and we’re super grateful she was able and willing to come over at 10pm in 36°weather! Earl came home a happy pup.🐶 ♥️”

About: I have a 20 year old siamese cat and an 11 year old terrier mix. They are the center of my life. I am semi-retired with a lot of free time to care for your animals as per your specifications. I am semi-retired, with lots of time to take care of your animal babies. Afternoons are preferred. I am flexible and appreciate strong communication about scheduling. I have a fenced yard and one gorgeously behaved 11 year-old terrier who is my best companion. Of course, with quick home pet care visits for your animals, my doggie does not need to be present. Flexibililty to your needs is key to my service offerings.
About: As a dog owner myself, I know the importance of providing dependable and loving care to your dog. I am an easy-going, laid back guy with a huge love and appreciation for dogs. Whether your dog loves going on hikes, walks, a trip to the dog park, or just a quick break, I am here to provide that service. I have experience with both puppies and senior care. Having put my youngest pup through several training classes, I know the value of maintaining and reinforcing puppy training. As well as giving medication and taking extra time with our senior pups. Both of my dogs are rescues and I am sensitive to the extra love, care, and training that is often required for rescue dogs. Especially to those dogs that experience anxiety when you are away. I work full-time from home during the week and off on the weekends. I’ll have plenty of time and flexibility to spend time with your pups! I strive to recreate the same experience that your pup is used to with you as the owner. Accommodating to any unique situations or special needs that your pup may have.
“The dogs get so excited when they see Desire coming up the steps. She takes great care in keeping them safe. Love the pics we get of their walk. Great communicator….I always know when she is on her way.”

“Nicole did a great job taking my dog for walks/play at the park. I came home to a happy tired pup. She’s a good communicator, quickly responds to any questions, and reliably showed up when agreed upon. Will definitely book with her again.”

About: I work from home full time and am able to not leave the dogs alone for more than 1-2 hours if needed. I understand the stress that comes with leaving your pet with a stranger, and we are here for all the questions, assurance, and instructions you have. I was a dog mom to a 15 year old pug, who I sadly had to let go in 2020. I also had a Shepherd/Border Collie mix for 10 years, so I have experience with more active dogs too. I adopted a pug mix, Gizmo, in 2021. I've had a love for dogs since I was a child, and have years of experience owning, walking, and training dogs. I've had many dogs throughout my childhood and adult life ranging from a Mastiff to a malti-poo. My pug Winston was blind and deaf, so I have extra skills and love for older dogs with special needs. I've been through the Pet Partners Therapy Training program and can help if you are trying to get your dog certified as a therapy pet. Safety is my main priority and treat all dogs as if they were my own pets. I volunteered for a local animal shelter before the Pandemic walking dogs and am used to handling all energies and personalities. I have been practicing and working with my dog Gizmo on getting him certified as a therapy dog through Pet Partners. I will make time to continue any training you are currently working on with your dog and can work on new skills while spending time with your dog. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am able to take many walks throughout the day and spend my evenings walking to the park. My dog Gizmo loves to play and we have way too many toys, so your pup will not be bored! I let them sleep on the couch so they will have a comfy place to nap as well. We have a small fenced in backyard. For dog daycare and boarding, we will do a meet and greet outside in a neutral place to see how your dog and Gizmo get along. Once they have had time to interact and if there are no immediate issues, we can bring them inside so they are both comfortable in this space. Let me know what kind of treats, chew toys or bones they enjoy and I can make sure I am stocked up to help reduce any stress they may have to being in a new space. When walking dogs, I use positive reinforcement techniques to gain the dogs trust and ensure they feel safe and happy when walking with a new person. I use treats to redirect and keep Gizmo's attention on the leash, but will use any techniques you find your dog reacts to (toys, treats, positive talk, affection, etc). I am an incredibly patient person and will take the time to work on growing skills in whatever area your pup needs to improve with every walk. I enjoy dog training, practicing, and learning with every dog I care for.
“I did not get to meet Makenzie personally, but my housemates did! Makenzie walked the full allotted time and sent plenty of pictures. The fact he pooped twice means he was truly walked a lot!! And followed directions for after walk instructions. Thanks Makenzie!!”

“Amazing dog walker. Jasper was on time and went above and beyond in caring for our pup. On an exceptionally rainy day they lent her a doggy rain jacket, and left us with a personally made pet portrait 💕”

“Brian stepped in when our summer walker for River was out of town. And we’re so glad he did. An incredibly compassionate caretaker of dogs. We trusted Brian with our best boy both immediately and implicitly! Thank you Brian!”

“Kelsey has been so great in getting to know our dog and so patient with the process of introducing him to someone new. We’ve had issues with him in the past with people entering the house and she is so calm and easy with him. I’m thrilled we found her!”

“Jessica was the best! Thoughtful and flexible with the scheduling, and loving and curious of my little guy Jojo. Jessica is very reliable and will also provide clear input and feedback. I strongly recommend Jessica. She's professional and on top of the details. Thanks so much Jessica.”

Montavilla dog parents share their Rover experiences
Lauren has walked my dogs for a week and done a great job. She has followed through with all the directions (especially all of the safety concerns- key back where it’s supposed to go and the gate latched on the fence). My dogs seemed very happy with Lauren, and she is very good about communicating.

Julia was a wonderful dog walker! When I submitted the rover request she responded quickly. She communicated well through booking and while walking the dogs. She took very good care of our dogs and I would reach out to her again for future dog walking needs. Thank you Julia!!

I cannot recommend Clio enough! It was clear from the moment she met Remy that she is absolutely great with dogs - she has a way of making them feel comfortable and loved. Remy has some pretty tough pulling issues, but Clio was incredibly patient and attentive, handling gun with so much care. Clio has previously dog sat for us. She was clear and responsive with her communications (sending cute photos of Remy) and took great care of Remy and our home! I am so grateful to I have found someone so trustworthy and passionate!
