Availability
I’ve made this my full-time job after leaving the Humane Society for SW Washington last September, and I couldn’t be happier! So, if you have a fur baby that needs extra companionship, or potty breaks every 2-4 hours then please feel free to reach out! I’d love to meet you and your family 🐾 I’m always keeping my calendar up-to-date to ensure accuracy, but if you don’t see the availability you were hoping for, feel free to send me a message and I can double check!

Safety, trust & environment
My sister and I live together, and she has an adult dog (Bae) and a senior cat (Cotton Ball). Bae can be a bit territorial around other dogs, and Cotton isn’t a fan of sharing space with dogs or other cats, so I typically don’t board dogs at my home. However, dog boarding could be an option in the future, depending on how well the dogs get along (but no cats, I’m sorry!). In the meantime, I’m happy to offer daily drop-in visits or dog walks since I have a reliable car. If house sitting works better for your pets’ needs, I can stay overnight as well. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages as often as you'd like. And when you return, you can count on coming back to a clean home with a happy, healthy pet (or pets)!
Information Tiana Z. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog(s) has any specific needs or behaviors, so I can provide the best care possible. Some examples might include, but not limited to: - Needing assistance with getting up or down - Food and/or environmental allergies - Door-dashing tendencies - Resource guarding behavior - Handling sensitivities - Reactivity to strangers, other dogs, or being on a leash - A high prey drive, etc. The more I know, the better I can care for your fur baby, so please don’t worry about scaring me away! If you’re a first-time client, I do require at least one Meet & Greet before confirming any booking—thank you for understanding. And if it’s your first time using Rover, be sure to ask me for a special discount code!
A typical day
I thoroughly enjoy playing and relaxing in the backyard, going on hiking trails, taking walks around the neighborhood, or visiting dog-friendly parks if your doggo enjoys meeting new friends. I’m also open to any and all suggestions of y’all’s favorite places to go—just let me know what they love, and I’ll make it work! Is your dog(s) toy and/or treat-motivated? I like to use both, and am more than happy to keep up with any training routines y’all have established. Quick note—I only use fear-free, positive reinforcement techniques to ensure your pet feels safe and confident throughout our time together.

Pet care experience
With over a decade of animal care experience, I’m ready to be your pet's temporary human and give them the love and attention they deserve. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime in the backyard, or simply offering some cozy companionship, I personalize each visit to fit your pet’s unique needs, using gentle, fear-free techniques I learned during my time at the Humane Society for Southwest Washington. I'm all about transparency, sharing the little moments, and making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable. I know how much your furry (or scaly, or feathery) family means to you, and I promise to treat them as if they were my own. Your pet's safety and well-being are my top priorities, so you can relax knowing they are in caring hands.
Reviews

Thank you so much for taking such good care of Tucker!

Tiana was wonderful with our sassy cat. She took good care of her and gave her all the attention she would take. We really appreciated her help while we were away.

She’s the best. Olive loves her. So we love her.

We were so pleased with Tiana's care of our cat! She was communicative with us the whole time we were away, and gave out little lady all the special attention she needed. We could not be more satisfied with Tiana's work!
