“I just got a new puppy recently and realized he liked to bark. I have an apartment so the two don’t go together. I contacted Lorelei and she got back to me right away as I was in a panic the night before work. She was able to help watch Beau while I worked long hours. I got tons of videos and pictures reassuring me throughout the day. Beau came home tired and worn out from playing with the other dogs. Lorelei took into consideration he was a puppy and took him on lots of potty breaks and blocked off the stairs so he wouldn’t fall, since he was still new to those. I would recommend her 1000 times over. We are so appreciative of your time and everything you helped Beau learn as well! We will definitely be returning in the future.”
About: I've had dogs ever since I was a little kid and would do anything for them. I've also worked with dogs for the past 2 years. I have a Rat Terrier of my own and will make sure to treat your dog like they're my own. I’m used to all kinds of dogs whether it be age, energy level, or condition as I’ve had a mix of all at my job and growing up! I'm a student with lots of breaks between my classes meaning I’m usually only gone for less than two hours and I have lots of free time on the weekends. Max I’ll be gone is four hours, but that rarely happens. My dog is very friendly and energetic, but also knows when a dog doesn’t want to play. She’s very silly and loves to sleep! I live near the lake and can take your dog out often as there’s a nice trail along the lake and campus is pedestrian friendly. I live in an apartment, so I’m looking to host dogs who are comfortable in a quieter environment. Since I share walls with neighbors, I’m best suited for dogs who aren’t big barkers. That being said, I love dogs with a personality! A little energy and playfulness is totally welcome, I just ask that barking is kept to a minimum. Dogs are allowed to free roam around the apartment whether I’m with them or gone. If your puppy has energy to burn but knows when to settle down, we’ll get along great! In your own home I will take on any type of dog with any energy level! I will make sure to care for your dog while you are away just as you care for them while you’re in your house. A dogs safety and their comfort are a top priority for me! I also have a fenced in patio with dog grass if your pup needs a quick potty break!

“We are looking to find someone to board Ollie with for weekends. To start him out slow (he has separation anxiety), we had a Meet and Greet, a short (3hr) stay and later, a full day stay. Julie was clear that her dog Zilla's comfort with Ollie was a priority, which I fully support. I won't want to trust my dog to someone who isn't looking out for ALL the dogs involved. Julie was very responsive with messages, showed us around her home and yard and was generally very calm and patient. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages since I was a child! I grew up on a farm and have had Rottweilers, Pitbulls, cats, horses, and lots of animals of various sizes in between. I love all dogs and cats from chihuahuas to Great Danes and would love to care for your pet as well :) I currently work 3 days a week so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pet! I am available 4 days out of the week and will have those 4 days off to devote to your pet! I live right on the Katy Trail and walk there everyday. I have no pets of my own so there’s no need to worry about negative interactions. I am also willing to take your pets to any appointments they may have!

About: I have been caring for dogs since 2013, starting when I was just 9 years old! In 2010, we rescued our first dog, Belle, a rat terrier. In 2021, we adopted another senior dog, Destiny, a miniature poodle, to keep Belle company. Sadly, they both passed away due to old age in 2024. The following summer, my family and I realized how incomplete our lives felt without dogs, so we decide to rescue two more senior dogs, Beanie and Pam! I am heartbroken to say Pam passed away May 17, 2026. My family believes that senior dogs are often overlooked and forgotten, but I love dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. I look forward to the opportunity to take care of your furry friend! I will be taking asynchronous summer classes starting in mid-June. I’m hoping to start working as a PCW twice a week. I’m also waiting to hear back from research/phlebotomy positions. However, as of now, I am completely free all day every day! Studio apartment! Can take outside for walks etc. I want to ensure I’m home the whole time since it will be a new environment! Thank you for considering me as your dog sitter! Laura was absolutely amazing with my 6 month old puppy Apollo, I wish I could hire her as my own full time dog sitter! She was caring, an absolute animal lover, and she had a day full of activities for Apollo. I am a first time pup mama and it always makes me so nervous to leave Apollo with someone else. This is my first time sending Apollo to someone else’s home. Laura sent multiple updates through out the day with photos. Laura has her own dogs and cats and introduced them to my rambunctious puppy safely. I was most worried about my puppy being around other animals due to his extreme energy, but she was very reassuring that this is just how puppies are and not to worry. Best part is Laura makes her very own homemade treats, and was sure to ask about sensitivities and even sent me her ingredient list to be safe. 1000/10 recommend, will not hesitate to utilize her again.
